水-正丙醇-正丁醇三元体系常见于乙炔法生产1,4-丁二醇工艺产生的废液中,对该体系汽液平衡数据进行测定是对其进行分离回收的前提,而目前文献中,仅在极窄的温度范围内有很少的相关数据。今测定了99.2kPa时,在正丙醇与正丁醇的配料体积比分别为1/4、3/7、2/3、1/1和3/2,水含量直至气相出现液液分层条件下水-正丙醇-正丁醇溶液的三元汽液平衡数据,从而明显扩大了该体系的实验数据及温度适用范围;研究中还用扩展型UNIQUAC方程建立了溶液组分的活度系数模型,关联该体系的汽液平衡数据,通过单纯型法回归获得三元体系组分之间的相互作用能参数。计算结果表明,建立的模型应用相同的相互作用能参数,可以很好的关联本实验测定的数据及文献数据,一方面说明本实验数据与文献数据有很好的一致性,另一方面也表明建立的UNIQUAC模型可以可靠地预测水-正丙醇-正丁醇的汽液平衡数据。 相似文献

本文用沸点分析法测定了101.325kPa压力下,苯-甲苯二元体系和苯-甲苯-四氯化碳三元体系的汽液平衡数据。为了获得该三元体系的推算结果,同时又测定了苯-四氯化碳和甲苯-四氯化碳两组二元体系的汽液平衡数据,所有二元体系的汽液平衡数据用NRTL方程进行了热力学关联,并用获得的二元参数对三元体系的汽液平衡进行了预测,预测结果和实验结果符合良好。 相似文献

H2O2氧化环己烯制备环氧环己烷时有环己酮、环己醇等很多副产物产生。为了获得较纯的环氧环己烷需采用精馏进行分离,精馏提纯需要相关体系的汽液平衡数据,因此采用改进的EC-2汽液平衡釜测定常压(101.33 k Pa)下环己酮-环己醇二元体系和环氧环己烷-环己酮-环己醇三元体系汽液平衡数据。利用二元系汽液平衡数据拟合得到的Wilson方程配偶参数预测该三元体系的汽液平衡数据,并以汽相组成的误差平方和作为目标函数,用Wilson方程关联实验数据,结果表明预测值及关联值与实验值偏差较小,可满足工程上分离设计的需要。 相似文献

The experimental liquid-liquid equilibrium (LLE) data for six ternary systems containing (chloroform+propionic acid+water),
(chloroform+acetic acid+water), (diethyl ether+propionic acid+water), (diethyl ether+acetic acid+water), (trichloroethylene+propionic
acid+water) and (trichloroethylene+acetic acid+water) were measured at 288.15 K and at atmospheric pressure. An accurate and
simple titration method was used for determining of the concentration of carboxylic acid in the both liquid phases at equilibrium.
The reliability of the experimental tie-line data was confirmed by using the Othmer-Tobias correlation. The distribution coefficients
and selectivity factors were presented to evaluate the efficiency of the solvents for extraction of carboxylic acid from water.
The results show that chloroform and diethyl ether are satisfactory solvents for extraction of carboxylic acids from water.
Trichloroethylene separates propionic acid from water; however, it cannot be used as a solvent for separation of acetic acid. 相似文献

This article reports equilibrium data for the binary liquid-liquid system water + methyl propyl ketone at temperatures in the range 20-55°C, together with solubilities and equilibrium compositions of the ternary system water + acetic acid + methyl propyl ketone at 25, 35, 45 and 55°C. 用改进Rose釜测定了甲乙酮-醋酸、甲乙酮-水-醋酸体系在101.33kPa下的汽液平衡数据,其中二元体系汽液平衡数据均通过了热力学一致性检验.考虑醋酸的缔合效应,利用化学理论模型和Hayden-O'Connell(HOC)模型计算各组分的汽相逸度系数,校正汽相的非理想性,液相的非理想性全部归结到液相活度系数中予以校正.用NRTL、UNIQUAC模型对甲乙酮-醋酸的汽液平衡数据进行关联,并得到相应的模型参数、温度偏差和汽相组成偏差.用2组甲乙酮-水体系模型参数、5组水-醋酸体系模型参数结合本研究关联得到的甲乙酮-醋酸体系模型参数对甲乙酮-水-醋酸体系的汽液平衡数据进行了预测,通过比较预测偏差的大小筛选出了最优模型参数组合,用最优模型参数组合进行预测的结果为:温度的平均绝对偏差为0.51℃,甲乙酮、水、醋酸的汽相组成平均绝对偏差分别为0.0047、0.0065、0.0067.预测精度较好,说明采用的模型参数是可靠的,能够为精馏的设计和模拟计算提供基础热力学数据. 相似文献

Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) data for acetic acid+sec-butyl acetate and water+acetic acid+sec-butyl acetate systems were determined at 101.3 kPa using a modified Rose type. The nonideality of the vapor phase caused by the association of the acetic acid was corrected by the chemical theory and Hayden-O’Connell method. Thermodynamic consistency was tested for the binary VLE data. The experimental data were correlated successfully with the Non-Random Two Liquids (NRTL) model. The Root Mean Square Deviation (RMSD) of the ternary system was 0.0038. The saturation vapor pressure of sec-butyl acetate at 329 to 385 K was measured by means of two connected equilibrium cells. The vapor pressures of water and sec-butyl acetate were correlated with the Antoine equation. The binary interaction parameters and the ternary VLE data were obtained from this work. 相似文献
