运用注塑模具分析软件Moldflow对EDS2880智能控制电柜用手柄制件在注塑成型过程中的注塑翘曲变形工艺参数进行了优化。主要通过将UG创建的CAD模型导入CAE软件、进行网格划分和缺陷修改、按设计要求在Moldflow软件中创建浇注系统和冷却系统,并对其进行注射、保压、冷却、翘曲分析等注塑仿真试验,对各个试验环节结果进行分析。通过正交试验法安排注塑仿真试验,获得各种不同参数条件下塑件的翘曲变形量,将这些翘曲变形量进行极差分析排序,获得不同工艺参数影响塑件注塑翘曲变形的程度,最后按产生翘曲变形最小的原则进行工艺参数的组合,得出优化工艺参数,满足了客户需求。 相似文献

以厚壁塑料平衡块为研究对象,采用Moldflow模流分析为手段,对平衡块进行最佳浇口位置分析,确定其最佳浇口位置处于N810节点.针对Moldflow处理厚壁塑件的不足,提出改进措施,将双面流有限元网格转换为四面体有限元网格,并由此对平衡块的成型工艺参数进行优化分析,得出其最佳的工艺参数为冷却时间20 s,保压时间80 s. 相似文献

Abstract Conventional 2.5-D analysis technology, which adopts the “midplane model” was successful in predicting filling behavior for most plastic parts, especially for thin shell parts. The main drawback of this model is that it requires regenerating the midplane model rather than directly using the solid model information from computer-aided design (CAD). This study assumes the melt flow along the dual surfaces of plastic parts and regards the dual surface as the datum plane instead of the conventional midplane. The surfaces of the solid parts are meshed into triangle elements, with the nodes paired along the thickness direction. The imaginary hot runner elements in the thickness direction are added to the mesh model to connect each pair of nodes. This permits the conventional 2.5-D analysis technology to be applied in the whole-part domain without any special measures. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the validity of the proposed algorithm for the flow simulation with the solid model in injection molding. 相似文献

The mid‐plane model for warpage simulation of injection‐molded parts requires a mid‐plane mesh whose transformation is considerably time consuming. To overcome this drawback, a surface model‐based warpage simulation is presented, in which the part is represented as a perfect bonding of two half‐thickness plates with their reference surfaces at the outer boundary of the part. The plates over the surface mesh are modeled as flat shell elements, and a new triangular flat shell element is developed which combines an Assumed Natural DEviatoric Strain (ANDES) based membrane component and a Refined Nonconforming Element Method (RNEM) based bending component. The bonding is accomplished by multipoint constraints and a Lagrange multiplier based elimination method is proposed for constraint application. The results show that compared with some popular shell elements, ANSYS, Moldflow and the experiments, the presented model exhibits a high performance in computation accuracy. POLYM. ENG. This paper deals with a method of determining the midplane temperatures of vinyl extrusions. Knowing the surface temperature, cooling medium temperature, and flow rates, the theoretical midplane temperature can be calculated. Determining and controlling midplane temperatures of vinyl extrudates is essential for consistent part fabrication. Data are presented illustrating how flow rate of the cooling medium affects surface and midplane temperatures of the vinyl extrudate.
