将空心微珠和二氧化钛为填料的涂层做底层,反射型颜料的涂层做表层,制备了阻隔-反射彩色复合型反射隔热涂层。采用紫外/可见/近红外分光光度计、红外发射率仪、精密色差仪和扫描电子显微镜对涂层性能进行表征,自制隔热性能测试装置考察涂层的隔热性能。结果表明,采用复合型涂层结构可显著提高涂层的太阳光反射比和隔热性能,铬绿、群青和铁铬黑颜料掺量分别为20%、20%和10%时,复合涂层的太阳光反射比较高,可达0.646 1、0.602 1和0.539 8,比相同颜料掺量的表层高40.82%、31.03%和58.67%,隔热性能比相同颜料掺量的表层高2.5、1.9和2.8℃,其主要应用性能符合相关标准。 相似文献

Use of a liquid feedstock in thermal spraying (an alternative to the conventional solid powder feedstock) is receiving an increasing level of interest due to its capability to produce the advanced submicrometer/nanostructured coatings. Suspension plasma spraying (SPS) and solution precursor plasma spraying (SPPS) are those advanced thermal spraying techniques which help to feed this liquid feedstock. These techniques have shown to produce better performance thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) than conventional thermal spraying. In this work, a comparative study was performed between SPS‐ and SPPS‐sprayed TBCs which then were also compared with the conventional atmospheric plasma‐sprayed (APS) TBCs. Experimental characterization included SEM, porosity analysis using weight difference by water infiltration, thermal conductivity measurements using laser flash analysis, and lifetime assessment using thermo‐cyclic fatigue test. It was concluded that SPS coatings can produce a microstructure with columnar type features (intermediary between the columnar and vertically cracked microstructure), whereas SPPS can produce vertically cracked microstructure. It was also shown that SPS coatings with particle size in suspension (D50) <3 μm were highly porous with lower thermal conductivity than SPPS and APS coatings. Furthermore, SPS coatings have also shown a relatively better thermal cyclic fatigue lifetime than SPPS. 相似文献

In this study, a non-selenized CuInGaSe2 (CIGS) solar device with textured zinc oxide (ZnO) antireflection coatings was studied. The ZnO nanostructure was fabricated by a low-temperature aqueous solution deposition method. With controlling the morphology of the solution-grown tapered ZnO nanorod coatings, the average reflectance of the CIGS solar device decreased from 8.6% to 2.1%, and the energy conversion efficiency increased from 9.1% to 11.1%. The performance improvement in the CuInGaSe2 thin-film solar cell was well explained due to the gradual increase of the refractive index between air and the top electrode of solar cell device by the insertion of the ZnO nanostructure. The results demonstrate a potential application of the ZnO nanostructure array for efficient solar device technology. 相似文献

Material appearance is an important factor in product design because it tends to attract consumers. Effect coatings that contain aluminum and interference pigments are widely used in automobiles. The color and sparkle values of these coatings vary with the observation angle. Several methods have been proposed to study these variations with respect to the observation angle. However, a high angular resolution is required to understand human perception. Thus, we developed a measurement device that can analyze the color and sparkle values at a high angular resolution for multiple angles. The device captures the sample surface by using a line scan spectral camera. Because the lighting device rotates around the sample while the line scan camera is capturing images, each scan line that makes up the image contains different angle information. A comparison was performed among the results obtained from this study, a commercially available device, and a subjective value of sparkle perception. Twenty samples were required to confirm that the sparkle values calculated from this study correlated closely with the subjective scores. In addition, the difference between the color values obtained from the BYK-mac i spectrophotometer and the proposed technique was less than 3.5 (ΔE00). The findings of this study will help in developing the appearance of effective coatings. In addition, using evaluation values, quality control, and improvement are possible after mass production of coatings. 相似文献
