特种车辆雷电效应仿真分析

雷电是一种极具破坏性的自然现象,产生的电磁干扰会对电气设备造成影响,采取仿真分析的手段可提前发现车辆雷电防护设计的薄弱环节。针对某特种车辆热待机工况下,雷电击中附近避雷针时,对车辆所处的电磁环境特点进行了仿真分析,为特种车防雷设计和雷电验证试验提供支撑和参考。     

屏蔽电缆电磁脉冲屏蔽效能表征参数研究

屏蔽电缆广泛应用于电力系统,而其极易遭受雷电电磁脉冲（Lightning Electromagnetic Pulse, LEMP）的干扰。其雷电电磁脉冲耦合是工程电磁防护的一个重要研究内容。采用三同轴时域测量方法实际测量了某型同轴电缆芯线的电磁脉冲响应,计算了屏蔽层转移阻抗;利用FDTD、Agrawal耦合模型和转移阻抗一阶近似模型分析了雷电通道近区架空屏蔽电缆芯线上的感应电压。根据分析结果讨论了雷电电磁脉冲分析中转移阻抗的近似描述方法。     

雷电环境下供水系统电子仪表的防护措施

本文介绍了采用外部防雷、等电位连接、接地、线路浪涌拦截、线路屏蔽改造等雷电环境下供水系统电子仪表的防护措施,并给出了设计参数和经验做法。     

烷基化和废酸联合装置职业病危害防护设施效果评价

为了解烷基化和废酸联合装置职业病危害因素及防护设施的效果,采用职业卫生学调查和职业卫生检测相结合的综合分析与评价方法,对某石化分公司烷基化和废酸联合装置试运行期间的职业病危害防护设施效果进行评价。结果表明,项目运行过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素包括硫化氢、液化石油气、硫酸、氢氧化钠、溶剂汽油、噪声、工频电场等。除压缩机、部分机泵和介质输送管道定点噪声强度较高外,其余均符合国家职业卫生标准,表明该项目的职业病危害防护设施设计合理,防护有效。

滨医附院ECT室周围的电离辐射污染监测与调查分析表明:现役ECT工作场所γ空气吸收剂量率基本处于天然放射性本底水平,ECT室的辐射防护设施设计是合理的,具有重要的现实意义,该辐射防护设施具有推广价值.     

Assessment of the small modular reactor (SMR) marketing using modified network dynamics-based system dynamics (SD) method

Following the export success of the South Korean small modular reactor (SMR), it has been investigated for the marketing strategy of nuclear power plants (NPPs). The information feedback oriented method for the social-business matters, system dynamics (SD), is applied to the assessment of the marketing strategy in which the forecasting skills are performed. Each element has the Boolean value as 0 or 1 in which the values are selected by the random number generation. If the generated values are higher than the designed value decided by the operator, it is 1. Otherwise, it is 0. The networking based dynamical modeling is discussed. The modification of the linear networking is changed by the SD algorithm where the feedback and multiple connections are added to the original network dynamics theory. This new method has shown the complexity of the marketing strategy, especially for the NPPs.     

Analysis of uncertainty consideration in environmental assessment: an empirical study of Canadian EA practice

Identifying and communicating uncertainty is core to effective environmental assessment (EA). This study evaluates the extent to which uncertainties are considered and addressed in Canadian EA practice. We reviewed the environmental protection plans, follow-up programs, and panel reports (where applicable) of 12 EAs between 1995 and 2012. The types of uncertainties and levels of disclosure varied greatly. When uncertainties were acknowledged, practitioners adopted five different approaches to address them. However, uncertainties were never discussed or addressed in depth. We found a lack of suitable terminology and consistency in how uncertainties are disclosed, reflecting the need for explicit guidance, and we present recommendations for improvement. Canadian Environmental Impact Statements are not as transparent with respect to uncertainties as they should be, and uncertainties in EA need to be better considered and communicated.     

A coordinated control strategy using supercapacitor energy storage and series dynamic resistor for enhancement of fault ride-through of doubly fed induction generator

Power fluctuation and fault-related complication are the two major issues for doubly fed induction generator (DFIG)-based wind energy conversion system (WECS). The occurrence of fault leads to the rotor over current, stator over current, and DC-link overvoltage as well. These uncertainties may damage the rotor circuit, converter circuit and force the disconnection of wind system from the grid. To get rid of these issues, a supercapacitor energy storage element along with a passive series dynamic resistor (SDR) is suggested in this paper. Supercapacitor energy storage system (SCESS) is located across the DC-link, which able to handle the power fluctuation and the SDR is placed in rotor circuit, which will reduce the overcurrent possibility. Simulation is carried for a DFIG-based WECS for three phase to ground fault and two phase to ground fault. During symmetrical fault as well as asymmetrical fault, various operational disorders appeared such as rotor overcurrent, stator overcurrent and DC-Link overvoltage are found to be within their permissible limits. The results reveal the effectiveness of the proposed strategy over the conventional vector control scheme and SCESS as well.

自然生态小区建设指导原则及其建设内容探讨--以筠连县大雪山自然生态小区为例

自然生态小区是构建优美生态环境区域的生态“细胞工程”。它根据当地的自然状况和社会经济状况,以较小的经济和社会代价实现一定区域生态环境优美、生态文明有序、生态系统良性循环的社会经济生态综合体。由于自然生态小区的建设是新兴事物,其建设途径还有很多问题值得探讨。在自然生态小区建设投资方面,应当明确生态环境建设投资和生产赢利建设投资,对于前者应当以政府和政策性投资为主,而后者应当是在政策法规规范下的企业投资为主;在发展模式方面,应当促进环境友好的规模化高效益产业,包括有机绿色产业、地方特色产业、民族文化产业等;在效益分配方面,必须要充分考虑整个社区居民资源共享和利益合理分配,实现整个社区生态文明建设和经济发展目标的一致。

国家级名镇(村)的旅游价值与开发模式探析

阐述了历史文化名镇（村）的概念和意义，并对80个国家级名镇（村）进行了划分，在此基础上分析了历史文化名镇（村）的开发现状与存在的问题。指出在80个历史文化名镇（村）中，有的已经创建了等级旅游区点，或被评为优秀旅游城市等，已将资源优势转化为产品优势；有的目前则少有开发成效。基于区域经济学的增长极、点轴、网络开发理论和可持续发展理念，提出了历史文化名镇（村）可持续开发的模式与建议。     

构建严格的生态保护红线管控制度体系

生态保护红线制度是我国今后生态保护工作的核心制度安排,需要以更加严格的配套管控政策与措施予以支撑。本研究在分析生态保护红线管控要求的基础上,尝试提出了包括监测技术管控、监察执法管控、行政许可管控、法律强制管控和社会参与管控在内的生态保护红线管控制度体系,并从加快生态保护红线立法、构建"多规合一"机制、健全自然资源资产产权制度、改革政绩考核评价体系、推动离任审计制度、推进责任追究制度、建立健全生态补偿机制和推动信息公开机制与宣传教育等方面提出了相应配套措施,为严守生态保护红线,维护国家生态安全提供支撑。     

A STATISTICAL METHODOLOGY FOR PREDICTING THE POLLUTANTS IN A RIVER1

Urban and industrial areas continue to expand and consequently, to create serious water pollution problems to natural streams. The need for the development of accurate, reliable, and sensitive water quality prediction models is most desirable. The first objective of this research is to set guidelines for dividing a natural stream into more or less independent reaches based on some criteria. The second objective is to obtain the predicting equations of the water pollutants in a selected stream. The preliminary phase of this research evaluated water quality data sampled from the Pearl River which flows southwest and then turns south through the states of Mississippi and Louisiana. This evaluation served as guidelines to divide the total river basin into reaches (subsystems) appropriate to the objective of this research. Subsequent to this subsystem assignment, a stepwise multiple regression FORTRAN program was used to regress the pollutants (dependent variables) for both time and space on their water characteristics (independent variables). Based on the results obtained, the proposed statistical approach provides a practical tool for developing regression equations for the purpose of water pollutants' prediction.
