五种黏固剂下纤维/树脂复合材料桩钉固位力的研究   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3  
目的 比较纤维/树脂复合材料(FRC)桩钉在5种黏固剂下的固位力。方法 将FRC桩钉用5种黏固剂(磷酸锌水门汀、玻璃离子水门汀、聚羧酸水门汀、EB复合树脂、AB组份复合树脂)分别黏固于新鲜离体上前牙牙根内,在电子力学试验机上测试其固位力。结果 FRC桩钉在不同黏固剂下与根管的固位力由大到小的顺序是:AB组份复合树脂>玻璃离子水门汀>EB复合树脂>聚羧酸锌水门汀>磷酸锌水门汀。AB组份复合树脂的固位力最大,为(418.14±23.40)N。结论 新研制的FRC桩钉的固位力可以满足临床需要。  相似文献

不同粘固剂粘接金属冠与种植体钛基桩的固位力研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
目的:比较不同冠修复材料和不同粘固剂对种植体基桩与全冠之间粘固力的影响。方法:加工镍铬合金冠、钴铬合金冠、高金合金冠及钛合金冠各24个,每种金属冠分别使用玻璃离子水门汀、聚羧酸锌水门汀、磷酸锌水门汀、EB复合树脂粘固于钛基桩之上,测试拉伸强度。结果:4种金属冠在基底冠与钛基桩之间的固位力分别为542.11 N,560.45 N,843.14 N,780.70 N;4种粘固剂在冠与钛基桩之间的固位力分别614.33 N,606.67 N,708.38 N,797.03 N。结论:高金合金冠与钛基桩之间的粘接力最高,EB复合树脂粘接效果明显优于其他3种无机粘固剂。  相似文献

目的:研究4种玻璃离子类水门汀对ITI种植系统标准颈粘接固位基台和金属内冠之间的粘接力。方法将10只金属内冠与10只I T I标准颈粘接固位基台分别使用以下4种水门汀进行交叉粘固:A组为玻璃离子水门汀(日本);B组为树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀(美国);C组为暂时粘固用玻璃离子水门汀(日本);D组为玻璃离子水门汀(德国);粘固后测试并记录样本粘接力(N),同时观察并记录粘固界面的断裂模式,最后,对粘接力进行统计学处理。所有内冠和基台经清洗后重复使用。结果4种水门汀的粘接力及由大至小的排列顺序为C组(183.6±29.4) N〉D组(153.4±36.2) N〉B组(144.4±41.1) N〉A组(109.9±25.7)N,其中C组的粘接力最高,A组的粘接力最低,A组显著低于其它3种水门汀(P〈0.05)。对样本的断裂面观察显示,A组和D组样本断裂面发生在水门汀和基台表面之间,而B组和C组样本的断裂面则呈现混合断裂的模式。结论2种玻璃离子水门汀和树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀都具有临床可接受的粘接力,而暂时粘固用玻璃离子水门汀因粘接力太大,不适用对种植牙冠进行暂时粘固。  相似文献

目的探讨不同粘接剂对二氧化锆桩与根管内牙本质粘接强度的影响。方法将60颗完整无龋坏的离体上颌中切牙自釉牙骨质界处截断牙冠,根管桩道预备,制作二氧化锆桩核。60颗牙随机分为6组,分别用磷酸锌水门汀、聚羧酸锌水门汀、玻璃离子水门汀i、Bond加LuxaCore双固化树脂、RelyX Unicem树脂、32%磷酸加ESPE RelyX Unicem树脂粘固二氧化锆桩核。万能力学试验机进行推出测试,记录粘接强度,并对数据行统计学分析。结果 32%磷酸加ESPE RelyX Unicem树脂组、ESPE RelyX Unicem树脂组i、Bond加Luxa Core树脂组、聚羧酸锌水门汀组、玻璃离子水门汀组、磷酸锌水门汀组的二氧化锆桩粘接强度分别为(15.06±1.80)MPa、(11.57±1.33)MPa(、10.42±1.24)MPa(、7.30±1.05)MPa(、6.99±0.87)MPa(、3.97±0.95)MPa,固位力依次降低。其中32%磷酸加ESPE RelyX Unicem树脂组的固位力显著高于其他组,两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);ESPE RelyX Unicem树脂组与Luxa Core树脂组之间(P=0.590),聚羧酸锌组和玻璃离子组之间(P=0.490)的差异均无统计学意义;磷酸锌水门汀的粘接强度最低,与其它组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论临床粘固二氧化锆桩,树脂类粘接剂固位力较强,自粘接系统加用酸蚀技术可以显著提高二氧化锆桩在根管内的粘接强度。  相似文献

目的 研究用氟保护漆处理基牙后是否会影响用玻璃离子水门汀粘固的金属烤瓷冠的固位.方法将40颗离体上中切牙牙冠制备成烤瓷全冠预备体,制作镍铬合金烤瓷全冠,将标本随机分为两组,实验组在粘结前涂氟保护漆,对照组不做处理,用玻璃离子水门汀粘固,24 h后检测使全冠脱位时的最大拉力值.结果 实验组和对照组烤瓷冠脱位时的最大拉力值分别为(366.176±26.536)N和(386.120±27.527)N,经统计学分析无显著性差异.结论 氟保护漆对玻璃离子水门汀粘结的金属烤瓷冠固位没有影响.  相似文献

目的 旨在探讨现有的三种常用水门汀在纯钛种植体基桩上的全冠固位力差异。方法 通过精密机床技术加工凹形龈缘种植体基桩的纯钛代型 10个 ,按全冠要求制作熔模 ,常规包埋后用烤瓷合金 (镍铬合金 )铸造。用自凝塑料包裹全冠 ,通过万能实验机测量记录分别用氧化锌丁香酚、磷酸锌、玻璃离子水门汀粘接后的全冠固位力大小。结果 氧化锌丁香酚、磷酸锌、玻璃离子水门汀粘接的冠固位力分别为 6 1.5 0± 7.40N、2 81.35±2 3 .2 2N、2 46 .95± 2 0 .10N。结论 在纯钛基桩上 ,氧化锌丁香酚水门汀提供的冠固位力要远小于永久性粘固剂 ,磷酸锌水门汀表现出的冠固位力显著高于玻璃离子  相似文献

目的:比较四种粘固剂对种植体钛基桩与金瓷(非贵金属)基底冠之间粘结力的影响。方法:24个纯钛基桩和镍铬烤瓷合金基底冠,分为4组,分别使用玻璃离子水门汀、聚羧酸锌水门汀、磷酸锌水门汀、EB复合树脂粘固,测试拉伸强度。结果:4种粘固剂在基桩与基底冠之间产生的固位力分别为485.75N,504.33N,552.31N,626,06N。结论:使用EB复合树脂粘结钛基桩和金瓷基底冠时,固位力明显优于其它三种尤机粘固剂。  相似文献

目的:研究极固宁脱敏剂对全冠固位的影响。方法:将20颗离体磨牙牙冠制备成颈部直径8mm、高3mm、聚合度为6度、具备宽0.5mm的90度肩台预备体,制作镍铬合金全冠,将标本随机分为两组,I组在粘结前涂极固宁,II组在粘结前不涂极固宁,用聚羧酸锌水门汀粘固,在生理盐水中保存24小时后测得使全冠脱位时的最大拉力。结果:两组全冠脱位时的最大拉力分别为416.176±27.492 N和436.120±28.877N,经统计学分析二者无显著性差异。结论:极固宁对聚羧酸锌水门汀粘结的全冠的固位力没有影响。  相似文献

目的:评价以四种粘接剂分别粘接三种材料制作的核与镍铬合金全冠时,各组粘接强度间的差异。方法:将磷酸锌水门汀、聚羧酸锌水门汀、玻璃离子水门汀、复合树脂粘接剂用于粘接镍铬合金全冠和银汞合金核、复合树脂核、中熔合金核。各组试样进行500次5℃-55℃水浴循环后,在万能试验机上进行拉伸实验,获得不同粘接剂、核材料配对使用时与镍铬合金冠间的最大拉应力值。结果:银汞合金核使用磷酸锌水门汀粘接时的最大拉应力值显著高于其他组(P<0.01),复合树脂核使用四种粘接剂后的全冠固位力差异有统计学意义,使用磷酸锌水门汀获得最高全冠固位力;中熔合金核使用四种粘接剂后的全冠固位力之间差异无统计学意义。结论:银汞合金核使用磷酸锌水门汀粘接后的全冠固位力大于其他三种粘接剂;中熔合金核使用四种粘接剂所获得固位力相当;复合树脂核使用磷酸锌水门汀粘接获得较好的固位力。  相似文献

目的 比较国产碳纤维桩、进口碳纤维桩和镍铬合金铸造金属桩在固位力方面的差异,为国产碳纤维桩的临床应用提供理论依据.方法 使用因牙周病拔除的上前牙,去除牙冠后将国产碳纤维桩粘固于根内,放在万能实验机上,加载与牙长轴平行的拉力直到桩脱位,记录脱位时的最大拉力数值,同时用进口碳纤维桩、镍铬合金铸造金属桩做对照组.结果 国产碳纤维桩的固位力为(196.6±66.0)N,进口碳纤维桩固位力为(223.1±48.6)N,铸造金属桩的固位力为(159.6±30.5)N.统计学分析结果表明,国产桩和进口桩之间、国产桩和金属桩之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),进口桩和金属桩之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).拉力-位移曲线结果表明All Bond-2树脂粘接剂与进口碳纤维桩的粘接效果比与国产碳纤维桩的粘接效果好.结论 国产碳纤维桩的固位力大于临床常用铸造金属桩,能够满足临床要求.  相似文献

The authors report on the components of stimulated whole saliva from children with Down syndrome—including pH, flow rate, sialic acid and protein concentrations, and amylase and peroxidase activity. Saliva samples were collected from 35 children aged 6–10 years. Of the participants, 17 had Down syndrome and 18 did not. To stimulate saliva production, the children chewed a piece of parafilm for 10 minutes before the sample was collected. Soon after collecting the saliva sample, the authors measured pH using a portable pH-meter. Sialic acid levels were determined with a thiobarbituric acid assay. Protein content was determined with Folin's phenol reagent. Amylase was assayed and the authors measured the maltose produced by the breakdown of starch and peroxidase using ortho-dianisidine.
No statistically significant difference was observed in levels of sialic acid (free and total) between the two groups. Protein concentration was about 36% higher in the group with Down syndrome. However, the salivary flow rate, pH, and amylase and peroxidase activities were lower among the children with Down syndrome.  相似文献

目的:探讨柠檬精油对牙周致病菌的体外抗菌活性及对细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用微量液体稀释法测定柠檬精油对Pg、Fn、Aa、Pi的最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)及最小杀菌浓度(minimum bactericidal concentration,MBC);以较低浓度的MIC为标准稀释LEO作为实验组,采用MTT法测定柠檬精油对HUVECs的毒性作用,明确抑菌浓度下LEO的安全性。结果:柠檬精油对牙周主要致病菌均有抑菌作用,Pg、Fn、Aa、Pi的MIC分别是9.0 g/L、4.5 g/L、4.5 g/L、9.0 g/L,Aa、Fn的 MBC是9.0 g/L,Pg、Pi的MBC未测得。1/2MIC、1/20MIC浓度的LEO能够抑制人脐静脉内皮细胞的生长,而低于1/200MIC浓度的LEO则对人脐静脉内皮细胞的生长没有影响,其中1/200MIC浓度的LEO作用明显优于0.02%的CHX。结论:体外环境中,柠檬精油对牙周致病菌Pg、Fn、Aa、Pi具有抗菌活性,低浓度应用对机体相对安全。  相似文献

This review focuses on the capacity of the brain for plasticity and the utility and efficacy of oral implants in helping to restore oro‐facial sensorimotor functions, especially in elderly patients. The review first outlines the components of the oro‐facial sensorimotor system which encompasses both oro‐facial tissues and a number of brain regions. One such region is the sensorimotor cortex that controls the activity of the numerous oro‐facial skeletal muscles. These muscles are involved in a number of functions including reflexes and the more complex sensorimotor functions of mastication, swallowing and speech. The review outlines the use by the brain of sensory inputs from oro‐facial receptors in order to provide for exquisite sensorimotor control of the activity of the oro‐facial muscles. It highlights the role in this sensorimotor control played by periodontal mechanoreceptors and their sensory inputs to the brain, and how oral implants in concert with the plastic capacity of the brain may, at least in part, compensate for reduced sensorimotor functioning when teeth are lost. It outlines findings of ageing‐related decrements in oro‐facial sensorimotor functions and control. The changes in oro‐facial tissues and the brain that underlie these ageing‐related functional alterations are also considered, along with adaptive and compensatory processes that utilise the brain's capacity for plasticity. The review also notes the evidence t hat rehabilitation that incorporates adjunctive approaches such as sensorimotor training paradigms in addition to oral prostheses such as implants may enhance these processes and help maintain or facilitate recovery of sensorimotor functioning in the elderly.  相似文献
