This paper deals with the problem of robust H filter design for Markovian jump systems with norm‐bounded time‐varying parameter uncertainties and mode‐dependent distributed delays. Both the state and the measurement equations are assumed to be with distributed delays. Sufficient conditions for the existence of robust H filters are obtained. Via solving a set of linear matrix inequalities, a desired filter can be constructed. The developed theory is illustrated by a simulation example. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this paper the output tracking control problem for a class of non‐linear time delay systems with some unknown constant parameters is addressed. Such a problem is solved in the case that the non‐linear time‐delay system has full delay relative degree and stable internal dynamics. It is supposed moreover that the output and its time derivatives until n?1, where n is the length of the state vector (euclidean part), do not depend explicitly on the unknown parameters. This work is the first step towards the application of the methodologies of adaptive control for non‐linear delayless systems, based on tools of differential geometry, to non‐linear time‐delay systems too. This paper presents a new model for linear time‐delay systems with multiple delayed states where each delay contains finite number of successive components with different time‐varying properties, referred to as multiple‐delay system with successive time‐varying delay components (MDSSTDCs). General stability result and H performance conditions, under which the MDSSTDCs are asymptotically stable with certain H disturbance attenuation level, are derived by exploiting a general Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and by making use of novel techniques for time‐delay systems. The result is applied to two special types of time‐delay systems frequently used in engineering applications and corresponding conditions for stability and H performance are obtained. This paper is concerned with the problem of the fault detection (FD) filter design for discrete‐time switched linear systems with mode‐dependent average dwell‐time. The switching law is mode‐dependent and each subsystem has its own average dwell‐time. The FD filters are designed such that the augmented switched systems are asymptotically stable, and the residual signal generated by the filters achieves a weighted l2‐gain for some disturbances and guarantees an H ? performance for the fault. By the aid of multiple Lyapunov functions combined with projection lemma, sufficient conditions for the design of the FD filters are formulated by linear matrix inequalities, furthermore, the filters gains are characterized in terms of the solution of a convex optimization problem. Finally, an application to boost convertor is given to illustrate the effectiveness and the applicability of the proposed design method. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of exponential H model reduction for continuous‐time switched delay system under average dwell time (ADT) switching signals. Time delay under consideration is interval time varying. Our attention is focused on the construction of the desired reduced order models, which guarantee that the resulting error systems under ADT switching signals are exponentially stable with an H norm bound. By introducing a block matrix and making use of the ADT approach, delay‐dependent sufficient conditions for the existence of reduced order models are derived and formulated in terms of strict linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Owing to the absence of non‐convex constraints, it is tractable to construct an admissible reduced order model. The effectiveness of the proposed methods is illustrated via two numerical examples. This paper deals with state feedback adaptive control of parametric‐strict‐feedback (triangular) non‐linear systems with unknown virtual control coefficients. A priori knowledge of the signs of the virtual coefficients is not required, and control signals and adaptive laws are smooth. Asymptotic tracking of smooth reference signals is achieved while all the variables remain bounded. The proposed algorithms make use of backstepping and tuning functions, and enlarge the class of non‐linear systems with unknown parameters for which asymptotic output tracking can be achieved. This paper is devoted to designing iterative learning control (ILC) for multiple‐input multiple‐output discrete‐time systems that are subject to random disturbances varying from iteration to iteration. Using the super‐vector approach to ILC, statistical expressions are presented for both expectation and variance of the tracking error, and time‐domain conditions are developed to ensure their asymptotic stability and monotonic convergence. It shows that time‐domain conditions can be tied together with an H‐based condition in the frequency domain by considering the properties of block Toeplitz matrices. This makes it possible to apply the linear matrix inequality technique to describe the convergence conditions and to obtain formulas for the control law design. Furthermore, the H‐based approach is shown applicable to ILC design regardless of the system relative degree, which can also be used to address issues of model uncertainty. For a class of systems with a relative degree of one, simulation tests are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the H‐based approach to robust ILC design. This paper presents a neural‐network‐based finite‐time H control design technique for a class of extended Markov jump nonlinear systems. The considered stochastic character is described by a Markov process, but with only partially known transition jump rates. The sufficient conditions for the existence of the desired controller are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities such that the closed‐loop system trajectory stays within a prescribed bound in a fixed time interval and has a guaranteed H noise attenuation performance for all admissible uncertainties and approximation errors of the neural networks. A numerical example is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed theoretic results. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper addresses a study of fault‐tolerant control (FTC) for wireless networked control systems (WNCSs) in industrial automatic processes. The WNCSs is composed of many subsystems, which operate with different sampling cycles. In order to meet the real‐time requirements and ensure a deterministic data transmission, the time division multiple access (TDMA) mechanism is adopted in WNCSs. The data in WNCSs are transmitted following a TDMA‐based scheduler. According to the periodicity, WNCSs integrated with the scheduler is first formulated as discrete linear time periodic systems (LTPSs). Afterwards, a fault estimation method for LTPSs is developed under a H performance specification with a regional pole constraint. With the achieved state observer and fault estimator, an FTC strategy for LTPSs is explored. Finally, the proposed methods are verified on a physical experimental WiNC platform. It is a well‐known fact that linear time‐varying systems with a persistently excited state matrix are exponentially converging and input‐to‐state stable with respect to additive perturbations. Recently, several relaxed conditions of persistent excitation have been presented, which ensure an asymptotic convergence rate in the system. In the present work, it is shown that these conditions are similar and that, under such a relaxed excitation, only nonuniform in time input‐to‐state stability and integral input‐to‐state stability properties can be obtained. The results are illustrated by simulations for a problem of estimation in the linear regression model.  相似文献

This paper investigates the global adaptive finite‐time stabilization of a class of switched nonlinear systems, whose subsystems are all in p (p≤1) normal form with unknown control coefficients and parametric uncertainties. The restrictions on the power orders and the nonlinear perturbations are relaxed. By using the parameter separation technique, the uncertain parameters are separated from nonlinear functions. A systematic design procedure for a common state feedback controller and a switching adaptive law is presented by employing the backstepping methodology. It is proved that the closed‐loop system is finite‐time stable under arbitrary switching by utilizing the common Lyapunov function. Finally, with the application to finite‐time control of chemical reactor systems, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper considers decentralized stabilization problem for a class of large‐scale systems with interval time‐varying delays in interconnections. The time delay is assumed to be a continuous function belonging to a given interval but not necessary to be differentiable. On the basis of constructing a set of improved Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals, new sufficient conditions for the existence of decentralized state feedback controller are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities. The decentralized control design guarantees the system exponential stability. An illustrative example is given to show the validity of the results obtained in this paper. This paper investigates the problem of finite‐time boundedness and dissipativity‐based filter design for networked control systems together with parameter uncertainties and random packet dropouts. The packet transmission information is defined by using Bernoulli distributed white sequence which characterizes the measurement conditions. Some new sufficient conditions are established to ensure that the filtering error system is stochastically finite‐time bounded and strictly finite‐time dissipative. These sufficient conditions to design the filter parameters are derived by using linear matrix inequalities and reciprocally convex approach. Finally, an example is given to validate the effectiveness of the proposed filter design.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of continuous and discrete state estimation for a class of linear switched systems with additive faults is studied. The class of systems under study can contain non‐minimum phase zeroes in some of their ‘operating modes’. The conditions for exact reconstruction of the discrete state are given using structural properties of the switched system. The state space is decomposed into the strongly observable part, the non‐strongly observable part, and the unobservable part, to analyze the effect of the unknown inputs. State observers based on high‐order sliding mode to exactly estimate the strongly observable part and Luenberger‐like observers to estimate the remaining parts are proposed. For the case when the exact estimation of the state cannot be achieved, the ultimate bounds on the estimation errors are provided. The proposed strategy includes a high‐order sliding‐mode‐based fault detection and a fault identification scheme via the solution of a Volterra integral equation. The feasibility of the proposed method is illustrated by simulations. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper studies an observer‐based adaptive fuzzy control problem for stochastic nonlinear systems in nonstrict‐feedback form. The unknown backlash‐like hysteresis is considered in the systems. In the design process, the unknown nonlinearities and unavailable state variables are tackled by introducing the fuzzy logic systems and constructing a fuzzy observer, respectively. By using adaptive backstepping technique with dynamic surface control technique, an adaptive fuzzy control algorithm is developed. For the closed‐loop system, the proposed controller can guarantee all the signals are 4‐moment semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded. Finally, simulation results further show the effectiveness of the presented control scheme.  相似文献

This paper considers the design of reduced‐order state observers for fractional‐order time‐delay systems with Lipschitz nonlinearities and unknown inputs. By using the Razumikhin stability theorem and a recent result on the Caputo fractional derivative of a quadratic function, a sufficient condition for the asymptotic stability of the observer error dynamic system is presented. The stability condition is obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities, which can be effectively solved by using existing convex algorithms. Numerical examples and simulation results are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design approach.  相似文献

This paper deals with a decentralized autonomous control strategy of a super‐distributed energy system with a hierarchical structure in order to reduce the complexity of control. In this paper, distribution systems are assumed to be composed of multiple small‐scale power systems in which many customers with dispersed generators exist. A small‐scale power system can be considered as a unit with a generator state and a load state, or as a customer with dispersed generators. Control components of small‐scale power systems are interconnected with each other and are used to operate distribution systems. An expanded decentralized autonomous control method for a super‐distributed energy system with a hierarchical structure is proposed on the basis of the Hopfield neural network. It is demonstrated that super‐distributed energy systems with a hierarchical structure can be controlled autonomously by applying the proposed method. This paper presents a novel design approach for the finite frequency (FF) H filtering problem for discrete‐time state‐delayed systems with quantized measurements. The system state and output are assumed affected by FF external noises. Attention is focused on the design of a stable filter that guarantees the stability and a prescribed ?2 gain performance level for the filtering error system in the FF domain of input noises. Sufficient conditions for the solvability of this problem are developed by choosing an appropriate Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional based on the delay partitioning technique and using the FF ?2 gain definition combined with the generalized S‐procedure. Then, by means of Finsler's lemma, the derived conditions are linearized and additional slack variables are further introduced to more flexible result. Final filter design conditions are consequently established in terms of linear matrix inequalities in three different frequency ranges, ie, low‐, middle‐ and high‐frequency range. Finally, a simulation example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness and the merits of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper, a new adaptive robust stabilization scheme is proposed for uncertain neutral time‐delay systems. No upper bounds on the uncertainties are assumed to be available. An update law is first used to find estimates of these upper bounds. A state‐feedback controller is then designed, which is shown to stabilize the underlying system under some mild conditions. The asymptotic stability of the state trajectories is proved using the Lyapunov–Krasovskii approach. An example is provided, which demonstrates the efficacy of the proposed adaptive control scheme.
