不同施肥水平对桔梗土壤微生物和土壤酶活性的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
在陕西商洛香菊药源基地,采用氮,磷,钾3因素2次D-饱和最优设计施肥方案,研究氮磷钾不同施肥水平对桔梗土壤微生物数量和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,与N0P0K0相比,N0P2K2,N2P2K0,N3P1K3,N3P3K1增加了0~20 cm土壤的细菌数量,分别增加了144.34%,39.25%,37.17%,53.58%;N3P1K3处理20~40 cm土壤中细菌数量增加了163.77%;N0P0K3显著提高土壤中放线菌的数量,比N0P0K0处理增加了192.11%,其他处理作用不显著;N2P0K2N3P1K3显著增加了 0~20 cm土壤真菌的数量,分别比N0P0K0处理增加了35.27%,92.21%;N3P0K0显著增加了20~40 cm土壤真菌数量,增加了165.35%,其他处理较对照没有显著增加或者对真菌有不同程度的降低。除N2P0K2外,施肥极显著降低了0~20 cm土壤中过氧化氢酶活性,N2P2K0和氮磷钾三者配施(NPK)极显著增加了20~40 cm土壤中过氧化氢酶活性;施肥显著增强了20~40 cm土壤中蔗糖酶活性;施肥不同程度的降低了0~20 cm土壤中磷酸酶活性,除N1P3K3处理外,施肥却增强了20~40 cm土壤中磷酸酶活性;N3P0K0,N0P0K3,N2P0K2,N2P2K0,N3P1K3显著增强了0~20 cm土壤脲酶活性,分别比对照增加了18.22%,14.87%,17.84%,27.88%,24.54%。除N0P2K2外施肥显著增强了20~40 cm土壤脲酶活性。  相似文献

目的 采用星点设计-效应面法优选参芪消岩颗粒的乙醇渗漉提取工艺条件。方法 以乙醇体积分数(X1)、乙醇用量(X2)和渗漉速度(X3)为考察因素姜黄素提取率(Y1)和干膏得率(Y2)为考察指标采用多元线性回归、二次及三次多项式拟合建立考察指标与考察因素之间的数学关系根据最佳数学模型描绘效应面再根据效应面优选最佳条件。结果 多元二项式模拟的模型最佳:Y1=70.54+12.62 X1+0.61 X2-0.052 X3+0.32 X1X2-0.52 X1X3-1.12 X2X3-5.35 X12-0.28 X22+0.40 X32r1=0.873 5,P<0.01),Y2=8.46-1.00 X1+0.47 X2-0.18 X3+0.098 X1X2+0.24 X1X3-0.21 X2X3-0.32 X12+0.17 X22-0.081 X32r2=0.935 3,P<0.01),姜黄素提取率和干膏得率理论预测值与实测值偏差较小。最优提取工艺为16倍量80%乙醇渗漉速度13 mL/(min?kg)姜黄素提取率78.82%干膏得率8.35%。结论 建立的模型可较好地描述该实验中因素与指标的关系具有良好的预测性。  相似文献

对药食两用植物南烛的化学成分进行了研究。利用大孔吸附树脂、反相硅胶柱色谱和制备型HPLC等色谱技术从南烛枝叶中分离得到11个糖苷类化合物,运用质谱、核磁等波谱技术鉴定其结构分别为10-O-反式对羟基桂皮酰-6α-羟基-二氢水晶兰苷(10-O-trans-p-coumaroyl-6α-hydroxyl-dihydromonotropein,1),10-O-顺式对羟基桂皮酰-6α-羟基-二氢水晶兰苷(10-O-cis-p-coumaroyl-6α-hydroxyl-dihydromonotropein,2),乌饭树苷(vaccinoside,3),10-O-顺式对羟基桂皮酰-水晶兰苷(10-O-cis-p-coumaroyl monotropein,4),异落叶松脂素-9-O-木糖苷(isolariciresinol-9-O-β-D-xyloside,5),鸢尾苷(tectoridin,6),vicenin-3(7),槲皮素-3-O-鼠李糖苷(quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside,8),槲皮素-3-O-阿拉伯糖苷(quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside,9),槲皮素-3-O-半乳糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside,10),槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide,11)。其中化合物 12为新化合物 ,4,6,7为首次从该属植物中分离得到的已知化合物。  相似文献
