美国私立高校筹资方式对我国民办高校的启示

民办高校可持续发展离不开多渠道的资金筹措方式。受内外条件的制约,当前民办高校的筹资渠道单一,由于近年来高校生源的持续减少,"以学养学"的办学模式导致的资金缺乏已成为制约民办高校生存和发展的主要瓶颈。借鉴美国私立高校的筹资方法,结合我国民办高校办学的实际及特点,畅通资金渠道,实现多元化、全方面的筹资方式,对民办高校在新时期、新环境下应对生源减少新挑战,提升竞争力和知名度,取得健康长远发展具有重要意义。     

试论加强民办高校辅导员队伍建设的现实意义

我国民办高校和公办高校一样,是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,承担着为国家培养社会主义合格建设者和接班人的根本任务。民办高校与公办高校在办学主体、资金来源、管理体制等方面有着根本的区别,导致民办高校的生源质量相对较弱,辅导员相对来说是在民办高校与学生接触最多,了解学生最多的。民办高校学生的成长、民办高校的稳定与发展,都需要不断加强对民办高校辅导员队伍的建设。     

独立设置成人高校的现状与前景

近年来北京高等教育普及程度的不断提高，增加了人们进人全日制高等学校学习的机会，缩减了留给成人高校的生源数量：普通高校举办成人教育、继续教育．在已缩减的生源中又占据了较大的空间；在国家政策的支持下，民办高校亦如雨后春笋．不断出现，再次对所剩无几的生源进行分流。这样的办学体制和政策，使原本主要是由独立设置的成人高校承担的任务，变成现在的由多种办学机构分担，自然就出现了僧多粥少的局面，哪类办学机构都“吃不饱”。     

机会均等：我国民办高校法律地位的根本保障

笔者在分析了民办高校发展的历史后认为,民办高校与公办高校相比,在政策制度、财政、教师资源、生源、科研等方面存在机会不均等的状况,其根本原因是国家政策制度所致,要解决民办高校发展机会不均等的问题,国家应确保政策制度公平,并在经济、政治、文化、人力资源等方面实行积极补偿政策。     

民办高校开展硕士专业学位研究生教育的现状、问题与对策

自2011年5所民办高校获得硕士专业学位授予权以来,各民办高校研究生教育得到很大发展,但是仍然面临生源、学生思想、导师队伍建设等问题。民办高校需要采取切实措施努力提高人才培养质量,加大学校宣传力度,制定有吸引力的奖助政策吸引优秀生源,以求得生存和发展。

The context of a word consists of the other words surrounding it and the situation in which it is used.When we come across a new word in our reading,instead of looking it up in a dictionary for its definition,we can guess its meaning from its context.
