通过测试矿渣微粉筛余,比表面积和粒度分布,研究3种三乙醇胺系助磨剂对矿渣粉磨的作用效果,同时利用粒度粒形检测仪和扫描电镜分析了矿渣微粉的颗粒群形貌,并探讨了助磨剂对矿渣微粉活性指数及水泥-矿渣基胶凝材料标准稠度、凝结时间和安定性的影响.结果表明:三种助磨剂均能不同程度降低矿渣微粉筛余,提高其比表面积,提高幅度为5.3%~13.5%;掺入助磨剂后,矿渣微粉颗粒群的圆度降低,粗糙度与伸长度增加,粒度分布发生变化,0~20 μm颗粒含量显著增加;水泥-矿渣基胶凝材料凝结时间缩短,标准稠度变化不大,安定性符合国家标准;助磨剂能显著提高矿渣微粉的活性指数,提升其质量等级.三种助磨剂以三乙醇胺复配无机盐的效果最好. 相似文献

模拟水泥生产实际,对不同组分单掺、双掺和复掺情况下混合粉磨对水泥颗粒分布及水泥性能的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明:(1)粉煤灰、石灰石部分替代矿渣后能够显著降低水泥的特征粒径和均匀性系数,促进水泥的整体粒度下降;(2)粉煤灰不能显著增加水泥中微粉含量,而石灰石可以显著增加水泥中微粉含量;(3)混合材料的复掺对于改善水泥颗粒分布的效果优于单掺或双掺。另外,不同物料混合粉磨对水泥性能的影响主要是由于水泥颗粒分布的拓宽、水泥中微粉含量的增加,提高了水泥颗粒的堆积密度造成。 相似文献

尝试用数种化学试剂作为矿渣助磨剂,以评定它们的助磨效果。每种试剂都在完全相同的粉磨条件下与矿渣共磨,每隔一定时问测其比表面积并与矿渣空白样对比;之后对其中掺入有效助磨剂粉磨得到的矿粉试样进行激光粒度分析和图像分析仪的颗粒形貌分析;同时,又研究了助磨剂对矿渣—水泥体系标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、胶砂强度等各项性能的影响。并对有效助磨剂的合适掺量进行探索。 相似文献

矿渣微粉作砼掺合料,有着很好的应用价值。用试验小磨进行了不同比表面积矿粉的性能试验,同时进行了不同矿粉掺量砼的性能试验。结果表明:矿渣微粉的活性指数高,流动性好。生产矿渣微粉的最佳粉磨比表面积为450—500m^2/kg。另外用矿粉代替部分水泥后,砼28d抗压值接近甚至高于对比样;且砼流动性改善明显,1h塌落度损失少;同时还降低了砼的生产成本。所以矿渣微粉是配制高强高性能砼的优质掺合料。 相似文献

以同一品种矿渣制成不同颗粒尺寸分布的矿渣微粉样品,用Blain透气仪测各试样的比表面积,用激光粒度仪测其颗粒群分布。以50%比例将矿渣微粉掺入水泥中,测水泥浆体的屈服值和粘度,并以灰色关联分析原理和方法研究了矿渣微粉的颗粒尺寸分布与水泥浆体流变性能的相关性。结果表明:矿渣微粉中1.05-5.11μm颗粒的含量与其屈服值和粘度的关联度最大,即它是关键因子;0-9.82μm颗粒含量与屈服值和粘度的关联极性均为正,说明这些颗粒与屈服值和粘度的上升有积极贡献,而9.82-101μm颗粒含量与屈服值和粘度的关联极性均为负,说明这些颗粒均对屈服值和粘度的上升有削弱作用。 相似文献

This paper presents an investigation into the geometric characteristics of different ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS), including particle size distribution (PSD), shape and their influences on cement properties. Samples of GGBS with different PSDs are prepared using in three processing approaches, a ball mill, an airflow mill and a vibromill. The morphology of GGBS and the PSD is studied, respectively, with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and laser particle analyzer (LPA). The results indicate that the PSD of GGBS processed by an airflow mill is concentrated on a narrow range, whereas the size of GGBS made by a ball mill are distributed in a large range. The morphology of GGBS processed by a vibromill is mostly spherical and its surface is very smooth. The results also show that when GGBS has a similar surface area, the strengths of cement mortar, in which 50% cement is replaced by GGBS, are related to PSD of the GGBS. The early strength of sample containing GGBS processed by a ball mill is higher than that by an airflow mill, whereas the long-term strength of this mix is lower. When 0.05% ZS grinding assistant agent is added into the ball mill, the output of the ball mill increases by 18%, the fluidity of mortar containing GGBS is greatly improved and the fluidity ratio reaches to 106. Strengths of the mortars, consisting of 50% cement and 50% GGBS with and without grinding assistant agent, are similar. 相似文献

水泥粉磨系统已由早先的球磨机系统逐步发展到现在的球磨机+辊压机系统和立磨系统。通过分析流程和主要配置及运行参数,归类出比较典型的七种水泥粉磨系统的技术性能持点。其中,立磨终粉磨系统流程最简单,能耗最低,是水泥粉磨方案的首选;辊压机+球磨(带涡流选粉机)组成的联合粉磨系统及立磨和球磨组成的联合粉磨系统流程相近,能耗相近,可作为水泥粉磨系统的优选方案;辊压机和球磨机组成的开流及半开流系统缺点最多,应尽量避免选用。 相似文献

The influence of grinding technique on the liberation of clinker minerals and cement properties 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This paper describes a study of the relationship between the physical, chemical and mineralogical parameters of cement products obtained by different grinding mechanisms namely high pressure grinding rolls (HPGR) and ball milling, and their effects upon the properties of cements prepared from the ground clinker. Samples were prepared as narrow size fractions and also as distribution samples. Characterization parameters were ascertained by using XRF, laser sizing, Blaine and BET surface area and image analysis methods. HPGR grinding resulted in higher degrees of liberation of clinker phases arising from the intergranular breakage along the grain boundaries compared to ball mill grinding. As for service properties, water demand of HPGR products was higher than ball mill products resulting from high micro fissured structure. Despite high liberation of particularly alite mineral in HPGR grinding, the compressive strength of ball mill products was slightly higher than HPGR products for narrow size samples. Finally, particle size distribution effect on strength was more obvious for distribution samples; generally ball milling gave higher strength values. 相似文献

利用乙酸对三乙醇胺进行盐化,合成三乙醇胺乙酸盐助磨剂(YGA),进一步降低三乙醇胺的使用成本.合成助磨剂与水泥熟料和石膏以一定比例混合在球磨机中进行粉磨.在不同掺量下,通过测定水泥粉体筛余、比表面积、粒度分布以及水泥浆体的抗压强度、孔径分布、SEM,发现盐化后的三乙醇胺助磨效果较为显著.研究结果表明:以掺三乙醇胺为参比,YGA在最佳掺量0.03%时,45μm筛余减少6.2%,比表面积增加了8 m2/kg,3~32μm颗粒含量增加了2.5%,微小孔含量增加,各龄期强度均有所提高. 相似文献
