首先讨论了汽车传动轴振动故障的危害,然后分析了传动轴故障的振动特征。通过理论和实践证明,汽车传动轴不平衡故障的振动频率为轴旋转频率,其振幅值随不平衡加重而变大;传动轴十字轴磨损松旷的振动频率为轴旋转频率的二倍,其振幅随磨损加重而变大。  相似文献

Single pipes used in a conventional vehicle exhaust system are not enough to reduce exhaust noise to a satisfactory level, especially at high frequencies. Double pipes are effective for reducing noise, but still not enough, and they are heavy. The new method, `Braided Wire Damper’, is an exhaust pipe partly wrapped with braided wire net. Proposed here is the use of `Braided Wire Damper’ and it is found to be very effective for reducing not only the noise but also the weight of the exhaust system.  相似文献

基于1105单缸柴油机,开发了无凸轮轴电液配气机构.介绍了该机构的工作原理并进行了机构性能台架试验;探索了无凸轮轴电液配气机构的气门升程、气门启闭速度和落座冲击的影响因素.试验表明,该系统对气门正时、气门开启持续期和气门升程等参数可以实时控制,达到了设计要求.指出了该机构目前存在的不足及拟采取的措施.  相似文献

Brake systems of the future, including BBW (Brake-by-Wire), are in development in various forms. In one of the proposed hydraulic BBW systems, an electric booster system replaces the pneumatic brake booster with an electric motor and a rotational-to-linear motion mechanism. This system is able to provide improved braking performance by the design of controllers with precise target pressure tracking and control robustness for better system reliability. First, a sliding mode controller is designed using the Lyapunov function approach to secure the robustness of the system against both the model uncertainty and the disturbance caused by the master cylinder and mechanical components. Next, a simulation tool is constructed to validate the electric booster system with the proposed controller. Finally, the electric booster system is implemented into an actual brake ECU and installed in a vehicle for testing under various braking conditions. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed controller produces faster pressure build-up performance than the conventional brake system, and its tracking performance is sufficient to ensure comfortable braking.  相似文献

The development of an inner-piston-chamber temperature measurement system is a necessary step in engine development or when solving other fundamental problems related to automotive engines. There are various pre-existing measurement methods available, e.g., the linkage method, piston telemetry, templog, and the electromagnetic induction method. In this study, we first redesigned the coil sensor used in the electromagnetic induction method using PEEK and then used Taguchi methods to reduce the number of experiments in the development process and finally utilized piston telemetry via Bluetooth to verify the precision and accuracy of the redesigned PEEK coil sensor and electromagnetic induction method. The results displayed a reproducibility within 0.5 degrees and an accuracy within 2 degrees Celsius.  相似文献

Brake judder is abnormal vibration, which is mainly generated by uneven contact between the brake disc and pad. The abnormal vibration from BTV (Brake Torque Variation) is transferred to the suspension and the steering system during braking. In this paper, judder simulation is carried out using a multi-body dynamic analysis program to analyze the relationship between judder and the transfer mechanism, which consists of the suspension and the steering system. In order to verify the analytical model, test results are compared with the simulation results. A sensitivity analysis is also carried out. 电动车加速工况出现的轴向抖动问题,严重影响驾乘人员的主观感受。本文基于台架试验的方法,消除整车的干扰,研究电驱系统本体的轴向抖动问题。综合采用时频分析,对比分析等方法,首先确定了电驱系统轴向抖动的原因,然后对其影响因素进行了深入探讨,并根据研究结果提出改善该问题的设计建议。研究表明,加速工况轴向抖动是由于半轴的阶次激励激发了电驱系统的刚体模态而引起;半轴的阶次振动幅值随半轴安装角度的增大而有所增大,但GI节型半轴对安装角度更敏感;AAR节型半轴的阶次振动幅值远小于GI节型半轴的阶次振动;电驱系统布置设计时,应尽量减小半轴安装角度并使用AAR节型半轴。  相似文献

In this study, a large bus is tested to measure its dynamic response by the single-lane change test and the rapid stop test. A full car model is established by ADAMS/Car for computer simulation. For multibody modeling of a large bus, user-defined templates are used in the simulation. Simulation results of the single-lane change test and the rapid braking test are compared to the results of the physical experiments, in which several sensors are installed to measure the vehicle’s responses. The results obtained from the simulation show good agreement with the tests’ results. A dynamic model for the MR(magnetic-rheological) damper is also developed by employing the Magic Formula model, which is widely used in the nonlinear modeling of a tire. Bump simulation of a full car with the MR damper is carried out to verify the performance of the MR damper. The comparison of the simulation results obtained with the MR damper model to the results obtained with the traditional passive damper model showed improved response of the vehicle with the MR damper.  相似文献

The plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) has various driving modes used in both internal combustion engine and electric motors. The EV mode uses only an electric motor and the HEV mode uses both an engine and an electric motor. Specifically, when the PHEV of a pre-transmission parallel hybrid structure performs mode changing, its engine clutch is either engaged or disengaged, which is important in terms of ride comfort. In this paper, to enhance the mode changing process for the clutch engagement, a PHEV performance simulator is developed using MATLAB/Simulink based on system dynamics and experiment data. Vehicle driving analysis is carried out of the control logic and properties of the mode changing. A compensated torque is applied during the mode change. This results in the rapid speed synchronization with the clutch although the trade-off relationship of the mode change. In addition, the mode changing is conducted through the transmission shifting process to rapidly synchronize with speed. The control strategy implemented in this study is shown to improve the drivability and energy efficiency of a PHEV.  相似文献

This paper shows that laboratory measurements can be used for the identification of structure and parameters of commercial seat vertical suspension system model. A commonly used single-degree-of-freedom suspension model does not suffice. The system model presented is based on Zener's structure and clearly describes the dynamic properties of a vertical seat suspension with an adjustable damper. The model introduced, augmented with seat cushion dynamic model, predicts the seat vertical vibration mitigation properties under field conditions with a reasonable accuracy. Optimisation of the adjustable damper setting is performed using a two-objective function optimisation technique. This enables us to optimise not only the exerted vertical vibration acceleration but also the seat relative vertical displacement (stroke). Optimisation was facilitated for the particular suspended seat without the requirement of further field measurements. In addition, a two-parameter optimisation was performed showing possible further improvement in both objectives at the manufacturer's discretion. This study could be representative of driver's seats equipped with vertical seat suspension system using an air-spring and an adjustable damper.  相似文献
