塑件表面缩痕会影响到塑件外观质量,而在注塑成型时,塑件表面不可避免会产生缩痕,这与工艺参数的选择有很大关系。通过正交试验,得到塑料接线盒缩痕最小时的工艺参数组合为:注射时间1.5 s、保压时间35 s、保压压力120%、冷却时间13 s、模具温度45■和熔体温度210■。同时还得到了各工艺参数对缩痕的影响力大小,并发现各工艺参数对缩痕的影响都不小,说明影响缩痕的工艺参数是多指标的,这也体现了采用正交试验和CAE分析寻求对影响缩痕的工艺参数进行优化的必要性。 相似文献

采用正交试验法和Moldflow仿真模拟实验相结合,对PDA外壳面板的表面缩痕作了多成形工艺参数综合影响分析,用较少次数的仿真实验获得了能基本反映全面情况的试验资料,并研究不同成形工艺参数对注塑过程制品表面缩痕指标的影响程度,进而得到一组优化的成形工艺参数,避免了各因素单独分析的片面性,有效地解决了以往成形工艺参数设置不合理的现象.据此进行模具设计,可加快模具开发进度,缩短产品开发周期,提高企业的产品质量和竞争能力. 相似文献

为对大型锻件微观组织进行控制,提出了一种基于田口法和数值模拟的健壮参数控制方法。以圆柱体两步镦粗为例,研究坯料高径比、始锻温度、锻模击打速度和各工步压下量对终锻件微观组织均匀细小程度的影响,通过信噪比分析,获得了最优参数水平组合,方差分析表明,始锻温度和坯料高径比对微观组织影响很大,而各工步压下量和锻模击打速度对微观组织影响很小。虚拟试验验证表明,试验值与预测值比较吻合,该方法可以避免大量的仿真次数,减少计算时间,对控制大型锻件的微观组织具有一定指导作用。 相似文献

This paper is dealing with the influence of processing parameters for manufacturing of steel–carbon-fiber-reinforced-plastic (CFRP) hybrid plates by using the one-shot-hybrid resin-transfer-moulding (OSH-RTM) process. A design of experiments study was carried out. The quality of the manufactured parts was quantified by the bending modulus, the apparent interlaminar shear strength (ILSS), the maximum deflection and the density of the CFRP. The following changeable processing parameters were chosen: mould temperature, resin temperature, change in mass flow and maximum injection pressure. It is shown that the mould temperature and the change in mass flow show significant impact on the flexural modulus, density and maximum deflection of the plate while there is no significant impact on the apparent ILSS. Furthermore, the interaction between the mould temperature and resin temperature is having an influence on the flexural modulus and density. 相似文献

The influence of stress state on the high temperature workability of rolled AZ31 Mg alloy was investigated on the basis of
a processing map. To construct the processing map, high temperature compression tests were carried out on samples oriented
parallel to the rolling direction at various temperatures (25 °C∼450 °C) and strain rates (10−3 s−1∼5s−1), and then the results were compared with those of a torsion test. The overall efficiency profiles of both the compression
and torsion processing maps were similar to each other, but the index of dissipation efficiency in the torsion was somewhat
lower than that in the compression. The microstructure of the compressed specimens revealed much finer grained structure than
that of the torsion specimens. Such microstructural differences were attributed to the different tendencies of twin formation

The characteristics of temperature change on die and billet are very complex during the deformation process because of the interaction between them and some unstable external factors. In this paper, the numerical simulation model for the crank shaft die forging was established by means of the rigid-plastic FEM method. The model was validated by optical non-contact 3D measurement—ATOS. Based on available research results, this paper explored the effect of temperature conditions on material deformation and die wear. Three parameters, press velocity and initial temperature of billet and die, were chosen to illustrate the effects. From the experimental results, the effect of process parameters on deformation ability of the material is simple, while the effect on die wear is relatively complicated. The press velocity plays an important role on die wear when the initial temperature of the billet has larger influence on material deformation. A conclusion can be drawn that when the initial temperature of the billet is 1100 °C, the initial temperature of the die is 250 °C, and the velocity is kept in the range of 200-300 mm/s, the optimum solution for deformation ability of the material and die wear can be obtained. It is possible for the conclusion to be extended further for the control of temperature condition to optimize die life and material deformation. 相似文献

QFR-2型钩尾框是一种出口铁路车辆的关键部件,借鉴8000 t摩擦压力机的生产经验,对QFR-2型钩尾框在500 k J对击锤生产重新进行工艺分析,并制定了抬高尾部分模面和挂耳一体锻造的优化工艺方案。采用常温拉伸和高温压缩实验,测定了25MnCrNiMoA钢的材料常数和流变应力曲线,并导入Deform-3D软件,对制定的方案进行有限元分析。研究结果表明,优化后的方案更有利于金属的变形,可以减少打击次数,减少7道加工工序,使废品率从12%降低至3%,从而提高了设备使用寿命,降低了生产成本。 相似文献
