The geometry of plate after edge pre-bending mode is compared with that after roll-bending mode and the relationship among edge pre-bending angle, pre-bending edge length, and cylindrical desired radius is presented for a three-roller plate bender with bottom rollers adjustable horizontally. The analytical moment-curvature model and springhaek model for pure bending are established, assuming that the stress-strain relationship of material is linear, and the material is in plain strain and yields according to Mises yield criterion. The mathematical model for three- roller edge pre-bending of plate is developed considering the effect of pre-bending edge length, bottom roller radius, friction between plate and roller, etc. The plate tensile test and plate bending test are done and the numerical results agree well with the test data. The results are shown graphically and analyzed in the following aspects: (1) the error between numerical results and test data of top roiler force; (2) the influence of bottom roller radius, relative curva- ture, and bending arc length on springback angle; (3) the relationship between springhack ratio and edge pre-ben- ding angle.  相似文献

 The purpose of this study is decreasing content of CaF2 in dephosphorization slag. The dephosphorization effects with CaF2 replaced by B2O3 were investigated. The dephosphorization experiments were carried at 1450℃ in air atmosphere. The results show that the melting points and dephosphorization ratios change little when B2O3 replaced CaF2. The dephosphorization ratios which are all greater than 80% and melting points can meet the requirement of hot metal pretreatment. Because of the change of alkalinity caused by B2O3, the oxidation of slag increases with increasing of B2O3 contents. It is beneficial to pre-dephosphorization. As a result, for decreasing its pollution, CaF2 can be replaced by B2O3 to dispose fluoride-free pre-dephosphorization slag.  相似文献

Metal foams are usually used as light structural/functional materials.The nucleation,evolution and the solidification behavior of the metal foams can be influenced by the stirring mode and the foaming parameters.In this paper,the effects of electromagnetic stirring on metal foaming process were investigated.Comparative tests were carried out and the optimized parameters of the stirring modes were discussed.The stirring effects of the spiral electromagnetic field are better than the travelling wave electromagnetic field.The effects of the spiral electromagnetic-mechanical combined stirring are better than the situations of the single electromagnetic stirring or the single mechanical stirring.  相似文献

Influence of Light Rare Earth on Toughness of Welded Seam of LAHS Steel   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The influence mechanism of light rare earth elements, which are transited to the welding seam of low-alloy high strength (LAHS) steel through the covering of the electrode, on the toughness of the welding seam was studied. The experimental results show that proper amount of rare earth elements can desulfurate, dehydrogenate, reduce inclusions and purify the structure of the welding seam. Rare earth element additions have .the effect on welding seam and, at the same time, the transformation of side-batten ferrite is resisted while the pin-ferrite structure is promoted. The improvement of the toughness of the welding seam is due to the purifying action of rare earth elements as well as their refining effect on the structure. However, the toughness of the welding seam can decrease when the amount of light rare earth elements are added excessively because the crystal grains become coarser, porosities appear and the inclusions increase as well. The experimental results show that the suitable amount of light rare earth element additions is about 2%.  相似文献

The adsorption-desorption behavior of the mixed rare earth elements(RE)on the main types ofsoils of China,kaolinite and synthetic oxides was studied.The isothermal adsorption of RE was fitted toLangmuir.Freundlich and Temkin equations.The main factors determining the RE adsorption capacity ofthe soils are the type of clay mineral and the content of amorphous iron oxide in the soils.The above two fac-tors and the pH of soil determine the RE adsorption ability of the soils.The soil and synthetic iron,manga-nese oxides strongly adsorb RE specifically.  相似文献

Conclusions We examined the behavior of two materials during high-temperature oxidation: the singlephase -sialon and the material based on -sialon containing up to 8% residual -Si3N4 and the glass phase produced by reaction sintering of the charge based on -modification of silicon nitride. The results show that the maximum oxidation resistance in the temperature range 800–1300°C is exhibited by the single-phase -sialon Si5.5Al0.5O0.5N7.5. The oxidation resistance decreases in the presence of the residual -Si3N4 and the glass phase in the material. The oxidation kinetics are also determined by the structure and composition of the oxide film. The kinetic curves are governed by a parabolic law which indicates that oxidation of the sialons is limited by the diffusion processes. Effect of Cerium on the Viscosity of Liquid Fe-C Alloy of Eutectic Content   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The viscosities of liquid Fe-4.30C and Fe-4.30C-Ce alloys were measured by oscillating crucible viscometer. The results show that viscosity of Fe-4.30C alloy changes from 5.50 to 8.30 MPa~s when the liquid is cooled from 1425℃ to the melting point. The abnormity of viscosity of Fe-4.30C alloy near the melting point is reasonable due to the formation of graphite. The addition of cerium especially with content higher than 0.21% causes an evidently decrease in viscosity for eutectic alloy resulting from increase of free volume and size decrease of atom cluster in the liquids. It can be concended that the existence of C-Ce compound contributes to the discontinuous of viscosity at 1340 ~ 1370 ℃ for the Fe-4.30C-Ce alloy by experinments with differential scanning calorimeter.  相似文献

 Against the background of actual metallurgical equipment with linear electromagnetic stirring system,the study measures and analyzes the internal flow, the free surface shape and level fluctuation of liquid metal exposed to linear electromagnetic stirring with Doppler ultrasound velocimetry and laser liquid level apparatus respectively, and then desulphurization process with or without imposition of linear electromagnetic stirring is studied experimentally. The change of sulfur content of hot metal with respect to time is obtained, and the volume mass transfer coefficients corresponding to different stirring current is determined finally. The result shows that linear electromagnetic stirring can not only effectively promote the internal flow, but also effectively increase the level fluctuation so as to significantly improve the kinetic condition of liquid metal. The internal flow and level fluctuation of the liquid metal would increase in line with the increase of electromagnetic stirring intensity. The desulphurization experiments show that the linear electromagnetic stirring can significantly promote the desulphurization process of hot metal, and the technology has wide application prospect in promoting various slag-metal reaction.  相似文献

The microstructure of hot rolled AEREX350 alloy under various solution treatments was investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). It was found that with increasing solution temperature,η phase precipitated firstly at grain boundaries in parallel at 800℃ and then within grains at about 980℃. The η phase precipitated at grain boundaries played a role in preventing the migration of grain boundaries,and the η phase precipitated within grains would form Widmannsttten structure with further increasing solution temperature. η phase precipitated at grain boundaries was dissolved at temperature ranging from 1080℃ to 1095℃,resulting in grain growth promptly owing to release of the pinning effect on grain boundaries. γ' phase precipitated during the process of air cooling after hot rolling and dissolved at temperature ranging between 1010℃ and 1020℃.  相似文献

Aimed at the problem of short life of mixing head in KR mechanical mixing method for desulfurization of hot metal,a new type of mixing stir was proposed.CFD theory was used to simulate the characteristics of the fluid flow for the new type of stirring vessel of water model for KR mechanical desulfurization.Flow characteristics and structures of the flow field were investigated and compared with the traditional cross-flow type.The results show that the new type of impeller can not only improve the defects of the flow caused by stir structure of the traditional type,but also reduce the separation of mixing zone in the stirred tank and make the flow field more uniform to make the desulfurization more fully,thus shortening the mixing time,and improving the life of mixing head.Numerical simulation method has been proven to be sound by comparing with the experimental ones.  相似文献
