工作辊热凸度与轧制时间、轧制速度、轧制节奏、轧辊冷却水等有着密切的关系,充分了解轧辊热凸度在轧制过程中的变化,不仅可以提高宽带钢热连轧机组热辊形的模型控制及预报精度,而且可以通过及时调整轧制节奏,轧辊冷却水系统的工作情况调整轧辊热凸度,对于板形控制具有重要意义。  相似文献

随着酸轧机组高强钢排量的增加,带钢酸洗过程产生了大量的硅泥,硅泥引起管道、石墨换热器、酸洗过滤器和酸洗喷嘴堵塞,影响酸系统仪表测量精度,造成管道阀门关闭不严等不良情况,严重制约机组正常运行。介绍了硅泥成分及形成机理,并系统总结分析了硅泥对某冷轧酸轧机组酸洗设备的影响情况,有助于同类机组人员加强对硅泥的认识,提前做到研究与防范。  相似文献

针对复杂工业过程在多工况条件下缺乏标记样本无法进行软测量建模,而原有模型失准问题,研究了一种局部线性嵌入(locally linear embedding, LLE)和测地线流式核(geodesic flow kernel, GFK)相结合的无监督软测量建模方法。该方法首先通过局部线性嵌入提取各个工况间的公共模式信息,然后将已知工况数据和未知工况数据的公共模式信息投影到流形空间,利用测地线流式核框架在流形空间上实现域迁移,以减小不同工况间数据的分布差异。最后用偏最小二乘回归法建立软测量模型,得到主导变量的软测量值。通过对TE过程中不同工况下的成分变量软测量和不同工况下的球磨机负荷参数软测量结果,验证了所提算法的实用性和有效性。  相似文献

Extraction from oil sands is a crucial step in the industrial recovery of bitumen. It is challenging to obtain online measurements of process outputs such as bitumen grade and recovery. Online measurements are a prerequisite for innovating better process control solutions for process efficiency and cost reduction. We have developed a soft sensor to provide online measurements of bitumen grade and recovery in a flotation‐based oil sand extraction process. Continuous froth images were captured using a VisioFroth camera system on a batch flotation unit. A support vector regression (SVR) model with a Gaussian kernel was constructed to develop a soft sensor for bitumen grade and recovery using froth image features as the inputs. The model was trained and validated for batch flotation of different grades of oil sands ore at industry‐relevant process conditions. A Dean‐Stark analyzer was used to obtain offline grade and recovery measurements that were used to calibrate the soft sensor. Mean squared errors (MSE) of 62 and 74 were achieved for grade (%) and recovery (%), respectively, and this was obtained using 5‐fold cross validation. The developed soft sensor model has been applied successfully in the real‐time dynamic monitoring of flotation grade and recovery for different grades of ore and operating conditions.

It is well known that orientation can produce, at a minimum, an order of magnitude improvement in physical properties of low cost plastic resins. A unique, large-scale, commercial rolling mill process for continuous orientation of plastic sheet has been developed, A number of oriented materials have been commercially produced by this rolling mill process with a wide variety of physical properties attained. This has resulted in large volume sales of many interesting commercial products. Over the last thirty years, numerous researchers have conducted studies to evaluate the theoretical aspects of the rolling process, and the resultant properties. Most commercial oriented products are of relatively small cross sectional size such as fibers and film. The process reported herein produces heavy cross section oriented sheet. A new class of high strength thermoplastic materials is now available for design engineers to use. Long-term strength properties are often 10 to 100 times better than with unoriented thermoplastics.  相似文献

针对多工况条件下球磨机关键负荷参数测量面临的复杂性问题,提出基于流形正则化域适应(domain adaptation with manifold regularization,DAMR)湿式球磨机负荷参数软测量的方法。该方法首先采用集成流形约束、最大方差及最大均值差异寻找特征变换矩阵,然后,将源建模领域和未建模领域的特征信息投射到公共子空间,最后,在子空间建立模型得到球磨机关键负荷参数的预测值。实验结果表明该方法能以较高的精度实现未知工况下湿式球磨机关键负荷参数的预测,且该方法对于流程工业多工况软测量和过程监控研究有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

This paper presents a study of a roll compaction process as a dry granulation method for typical food materials such as maize powder. This process is widely applied in industry as it can continuously produce large quantities of granular product at comparatively low cost. The objectives of this work were to predict the roll compaction performance from a simple measurement involving uniaxial die compaction using the classical Johanson model. This involved determination of the optimum operating conditions for the production of granules as evaluated by apparent density.In the current work, a smooth counter-rotating rolling mill with a roller diameter of 0.08 m and a roller width of 0.20 m was used. The operating conditions for the rolling mill are shown to be influenced by parameters such as the roll gap, the roll speed, the feed powder amount, and the friction ratio. Material properties such as the compressibility factor and the angle of wall friction were investigated using uniaxial die compaction. The angle of wall friction was analysed using both contact mechanical and continuum mechanical approaches.The results indicated that this simplified approach can be used to provide a quantitative prediction of the extent of the roll compaction performance, and can be used to design optimal roller geometries and operating conditions.  相似文献

对带钢保护气氛循环喷射冷却热工过程建立了一维非稳态传热模型,采用有限差分计算方法计算了带钢的温度场,确定了带钢在不同厚度、初始温度及运行速度下所需的综合换热系数,考察了喷箱的结构参数和循环冷却介质的物性参数对带钢出口温度的影响。结果表明,不同厚度的带钢在满足性能要求及安全的条件下,存在最大运行速度,厚度超过3 mm的带钢的断面温差对带钢性能的影响不能忽略;带钢出口温度会随带钢至喷孔板距离(?)与喷孔直径(D)的比值增大而增大,但增大速率随?/D增加逐渐变小。喷孔间距(?n)与喷孔直径的比值存在最佳范围,且与?有关,因此在实际设计喷箱结构时,不仅需考虑?n/D的最佳值,还需结合?综合考虑;冷却介质(H2+N2)的温度每升高10℃,带钢出口温度增加约3℃。带钢出口温度随冷却介质中氢气含量及流速增加而减小,但减小速率随二者增加而逐渐减小。现场应用结果表明,带钢出口温度的模拟值与实测值吻合较好,误差约为3.4%,满足应用要求。  相似文献

Data-driven soft sensing approaches have been a hot research field for decades and are increasingly used in industrial processes due to their advantages of easy implementation and high efficiency. However, nonlinear and time-varying problems widely exist in practical industrial processes. Just-in-time learning (JITL) was proposed to solve these problems and has attracted great attention in practical applications. To present a comprehensive review of JITL-based soft sensor studies and provide detailed technical guidance for new researchers, this paper introduces the recent research on JITL-based soft sensor modelling methods in the industrial process from three aspects: similarity criterion, sample subset, and local model, which include the whole process of establishing a JITL-based soft sensor. Moreover, the future research and innovation directions of JITL-based soft sensors in industrial processes are also prospected.  相似文献

There is little detailed work relating the physical process that occurs during milling to the mechanical properties and mechanism of particle breakage. Very often, the selection of an appropriate mill and subsequently the determination of its optimum operating conditions are by trial and error. This paper look into optimizing the operating conditions of a ball mill through statistical analysis and the effect of temperature on the milling behavior of a common pharmaceutical excipient, microcrystalline cellulose (MCC). In addition, the bulk milling behavior of MCC is compared to its single particle breakage behavior. In this work, milling is conducted in a Retsch single ball mill where a bed of powder is subjected to impact by a steel ball in a horizontal cylindrical container. The container is vibrated horizontally at a set frequency, causing the ball to impact on the bed of particles. It is found that the finest MCC product can be achieved by milling a 2 g batch of material using a 12 mm ball size and at a frequency of 18 Hz. Temperature is found to have insignificant effect on the extent of breakage of MCC in both bulk milling and single particle impact testing. Milling and single particle impact experiments have both shown that MCC is more susceptible to breakage with increasing strain rate. In conclusion, the single impact tests could be used successfully for predicting the bulk milling behavior of the material, as shown in the case of MCC.  相似文献

在工况改变时,湿式球磨机的实时数据和建模数据分布不一致,不满足传统软测量建模方法要求的数据同分布假设,导致模型失准和性能恶化。为此,引入迁移学习思想,提出一种基于迁移变分自编码器-标签映射的软测量模型,实现多工况下湿式球磨机负荷参数的准确测量。首先,迁移目标域数据编码得到的隐变量分布参数,对源域数据对应隐变量进行拟合,再解码得到迁移数据;然后采用相似性度量选取相似样本构建标签映射模型,并得到映射标签;最后使用迁移数据和映射标签构建出最终的软测量模型。实验结果表明,该软测量方法显著优于现有方法,适用于多工况下的软测量建模。  相似文献

In this study, nine flat-sheet commercially available hydrophobic PTFE membranes were used in desalination by direct contact membrane distillation and their characteristics were investigated under different operating conditions including feed temperature, feed flow rate, cold stream flow rate, and feed concentration. Membrane properties, i.e. pore size, thickness, support layer, and salt rejection were also studied. Moreover, membrane module designs including flow arrangements (co-current, counter-current and tangential) for process liquid and depth both on hot and cold sides were tested experimentally. Finally, the long-term performance of the selected membranes for direct contact membrane distillation as a stand-alone desalination process was investigated. The results indicated that increasing feed temperature, hot feed flow rate, and module depth on the cold side led to increase permeate flux. On the other hand, increasing membrane thickness and module depth on the hot side (at constant flow rate) had negative effects on the flux. The highest permeation flux and salt rejection was achieved when the membranes with a pore size of 0.22 μm were used in the cross-current follow arrangement of hot and cold streams. In addition, the requirements for support layer for a successful DCMD process has been extensively discussed.  相似文献
