本文结合某亚临界330 MW机组的全四维通流优化改造,根据机组状况分析机组改造潜力,对机组的高中低压缸进行了全方位的设计和改造,最后在改造完成后,对改造前后机组的性能、主要经济指标以及节能效果进行对比分析。结果表明,实施汽轮机全四维通流优化改造后,在机组额定工况,实际热耗降低390 kJ/kWh,比原始设计热耗降低25.3 kJ/kWh;在75%THA工况,实际热耗降低435.2 kJ/kWh,比原始设计热耗降低21.5 kJ/kWh,机组运行经济性得到显著改善。 相似文献

汽轮机通流部分改造已被证实是提高机组经济性、改善机组能耗水平有力措施,对燃煤发电企业实现节能减排目标具有重要意义。目前,对于汽轮机通流部分改造的需求愈来愈强烈,同时对于改造后性能的要求与期望也逐渐提高。与以往不同的是,目前的通流部分改造更加关注中低负荷经济性。因此,结合实施全工况通流改造技术的某空冷机组实际情况对通流改造技术进行研究。这种新技术与改造前的相比,汽轮机效率与出力提升,机组的气动热力性能得到了改善,机组在不同工况运行时的经济性得到综合提升,因此使得机组在相同低负荷工况运行时与改造前相比热经济性有显著提高。 相似文献

Cross-diffusion gradients, such as the Soret and Dufour effects, play a big role in the formation of binary alloys, the movement of oil and groundwater contaminants, and the separation of gas mixtures. Other applications where cross-diffusion gradients are useful include: Temperature fluctuations cause matter diffusion, known as Soret effects. Concentration gradients drive heat diffusion, or the Dufour effect. This effect is named after its French discoverer. These findings could be applied to many engineering and industrial contexts and have many intriguing and potentially useful effects. Joule heating unites Soret and Dufour's work. The traditional nonlinear differential approach yields enough permutations. Convergent series can be used to solve temperature, velocity, and concentration problems. These changes can occur in temperature, velocity, or concentration. The drawings clarify all about the system's most important qualities and components. A comprehensive analysis of the Nusselt and Sherwood values is also done. After graphing the Nusselt and Sherwood values, they are analyzed. We are discussing computer science. This study found that Hartman number increases reduce one's perception of radial velocity. As Prandtl and Soret molecules increase, fluid temperature decreases. In this study, we employ numerical methods to solve the micropolar fluid flow problem on a stretched and curved disk. Our methods allow us to model fluid flow in three dimensions. We focus on micropolar fluid flow. Applying the necessary transformations to a set of partial differential equations simplifies it into a set of ordinary differential equations. The equations in both sets are transformed using similarities to convert one set of partial differential equations into another set of ordinary differential equations. The gunshot method and the Runge–Kutta algorithm can solve coupled equations numerically. The nondimensional radius of curvature can quantify and characterize many physical phenomena. In the frame of an Interreg IIIC Network-Operation named RegEnergy, that unites 18 partners from 11 countries of Europe, the feasibility of using the woody by-products for heating purpose in a typical Mediterranean region was investigated. Focusing on the Abruzzo Region as representative sample area, it came out that a significant amount of the above mentioned renewable energetic material is annually available as a consequence of well-consolidated and economically significant agro-industrial activities, forest maintenance and industrial wood production and transformation. In particular, it was found that the total amount of woody residues, as dry substance, are more than 700 kt/a, with 30% resulting from pruning activities related to the cultivation of about 360 km2 of vineyards and 450 km2 of olive-groves; these residues are concentrated in the hilly part of the region close to the Adriatic sea coast. Starting by this pleasant situation, the feasibility of a properly localized wood pellets production plant was supported by both the economic and energetic analysis. Additional suggestions related to optimal plant localization and to the best use of the woody pellets as substitute of natural gas for heating purposes were reported along with the positive impact of the whole action on the quality of the environment and on the recovery of soil fertility. 相似文献
