农业自然资源调查与农业现代化

人类和自然界是不可分割的整体,人本身就是自然界的产物。人们的一切活动均离不开自然界,既受它的限制、影响、危害,又受它的哺育、滋补、抚养。虽然人类社会发展到阶级社会阶段后,人们的活动无不打上阶级的烙印,但从根本意义上说,人们的一切活动都是直接或间接地认识、利用和改造自然界的活动。农业自然资源是农业生产的物质基础,农业生产的过程,就是人们不断地合理利用农业自然资源的过程。人们利用农业自然资源不是永远停留在一个水平上,而是随着社会生产的发展在不断前进着。人     

新疆农业自然资源及合理利用问题

农业自然资源赴发展农业生产的物质基础。农业生产离不开自然界,农业生产过程,就是人类利用自然和改造自然的过程。新疆地域辽阔,自然资源丰富多样,为发展农业生产提供了优越条件。新疆农业发展已有几千年的历史,在利用自然和改造自然的过程中,各族人民积有丰富的经验。但由于自然条件本身的演变和人类活动的影响,在合理利用方面也存在一些问题,同时,也有一些农业自然资源尚待开发。     

自然资源经济评价的标准和综合指标问题

苏共中央和苏联部长会议在《关于加强自然的保护及改进自然资源之利用的补充措施》决议(1978年12月)中强调指出:“在工业、运输业、农业…迅速发展的条件下,保护自然和合理利用自然资源,是苏维埃国家的一项极为重要的经济任务和社会任务。”最优化地利用自然是经济地理学以及有关邻近学科的最重要任务。经济地理学在上述问题上已取得了显著的成就。     

论自然资源的经济评价问题

随着工业、农业和运输业的迅速发展，自然保护和自然资源的合理利用日益成为国家最重要的经济和社会任务之一。而解决旨在资源利用最优化的自然资源经济评价问题则是经济地理学及其邻近学科的最重要的任务。本文试图从理论上论证自然资源经济评价的方法论与方法问题。首先提出了自然资源经济评价的理论依据，讨论了自然资源经济评价的标准与指标，然后分析了作为自然资源经济评价指标的级差地租与总产量，最后就自然资源经济评价的标     

农业布局与技术条件

农业技术是人类在农业生产中,对自然条件进行开发、利用、改造的手段,是农业生产力的重要因素。它不仅可以提高劳动生产率、土地生产力,而且能增强生物对自然环境的适应能力,改善农业生态环境,使原来不能利用的自然资源得到利用,缩小不利自然条件对农业布局的制约作用。从而为扩大农业布局的空间创造条件。

甘肃省自然资源地域组合类型与开发模式研究

区域自然资源是由各资源要素及其运动过程所形成的复杂系统。在构建综合评价指标体系的基础上。应用系统分析方法，对甘肃省自然资源的空问组合特征进行定量研究。文章认为甘肃省自然资源的空间组合类型可分为4种。即河西整体优越型。陇中、陇东工业资源主导型，陇南农业资源主导型，甘南旅游资源主导型。不同类型资源区的资源总量不同，与区内外具有较强的互补性，建立区内外资源开发经营合作机制，促进资源要素合理流动是甘肃自然资源持续利用的必然选择。其中省内合作是主导，省际、国际合作为保证。     

自然资源合理利用与建立绿洲持续农业构想——以高台绿洲为例

绿洲生于干旱生境中，系统脆弱，自然资源配置不佳且利用不合理，生态与经济效益低下，不利于其长期稳定的发展，本文以高台经洲为例对绿洲自然资源合理利用及其发展方向作一简要,分析指出持续农业是其发展最佳持续，并对建立绿洲持续农业提出初步构想。     

在西部大开发中广西自然资源的可持续利用

在分析广西自然资源特点的基础上 ,探讨了广西自然资源可持续利用中存在的问题 ,并针对问题提出了 1以西部大开发为契机 ,充分发挥广西自然资源优势 ;2加强对海洋资源的综合开发 ;3对农业自然资源进行集约化开发 ,大力发展生态农业 ;4充分开发旅游资源 ,创建旅游大省 ;5积极培养和引进人才 ,为广西自然资源的开发提供技术和智力支撑 ;6改善生态环境 ,实现自然资源的可持续利用等对策。     

长江中游自然资源结构与深度开发

长江中游水资源优势特别突出，矿产资源丰富，农业自然资源具有深厚法办。水资源可通过水产，水电，水运进行多向开发，矿产资源可跨地域，跨行业联合开发，农业自然资源则宜采取集约开发战略。
