清水混凝土保护剂具有优异的防水性能,极大地提升了清水混凝土建筑的使用寿命。为精确确定清水混凝土保护剂对清水混凝土抗碳化性能的影响,本文研究了水溶性有机硅类渗透型保护剂和丙烯酸类成膜型保护剂对清水混凝土抗碳化性能的影响。结果表明:成膜型保护剂和渗透型保护剂均可有效降低清水混凝土碳化深度,成膜型保护剂降低效果更为显著;涂抹两种类型保护剂试件的碳化深度均随养护龄期的增加而降低,养护龄期和渗透型保护剂独立发挥作用,而养护龄期和成膜型保护剂相互促进,两者作用可进一步降低清水混凝土碳化深度;建立了清水混凝土碳化深度预测模型,该模型考虑了保护剂种类和厚度对清水混凝土抗碳化性能的影响。 相似文献

Service life of the concrete structures depends on the protective action provided by the cover concrete against the susceptibility of the reinforcement to the corrosive environment. Depending on the level of the oxidation of metallic iron, corrosion products may have much greater volume than the original iron that gets consumed by the process of corrosion. This volume expansion is mainly responsible for exerting the expansive radial pressure at the steel-concrete interface and development of hoop tensile stresses in the surrounding concrete resulting ultimately in the through cracking of the cover concrete. This cover cracking would indicate the loss of the service life for the corrosion-affected structures. In the present paper, an attempt has been made to develop analytical models for predicting the time to cover cracking by considering the residual strength of the cracked concrete and the stiffness provided by the combination of the reinforcement and expansive corrosion products. The problem is modeled as a boundary value problem wherein the governing equations are expressed in terms of the radial displacement and the analytical solutions are presented considering a simple 2-zone model for the cover concrete viz. cracked or uncracked. The analytical models are then evaluated through their ability to reproduce available experimental trends and subsequently a sensitivity analysis has also been carried out to show the influence of the various variable parameters of the proposed models with reference to the experimental trends. 相似文献

The possibility of performing the thermochemical synthesis in the M1 oxide ceramic coating under surface heating in order to produce mullite structures is considered with the aim of extending the field of application of protective oxide ceramic coatings and decreasing the power consumption. The coating is applied to a ShA chamotte brick. Then, the synthesis of mullite and mullite-like structures is provided with the use of surface heating by thermochemical compositions and the thermal insulation prepared from the refractory cellular concrete for the control of the heat removal. 相似文献

岛礁建设工程对于维护我国合法权益有着重要意义,从大陆运送混凝土原材料到岛礁费时费力,且不经济,因此利用岛礁已有资源制成海水海砂混凝土成为岛礁建设工程中重要的建筑材料。本文系统介绍了海水海砂混凝土材料静动态力学性能、新型复合纤维材料(FRP)筋-海水海砂混凝土组合结构力学性能方面的研究现状,并指出应对海水海砂混凝土的动态力学性能作进一步的研究。进一步总结得到:海水海砂混凝土具有较高的早期强度且最终强度与普通混凝土相当,合理掺量纤维的加入可以明显改善海水海砂混凝土的力学性能,海水海砂混凝土拥有更为明显的应变率效应,FRP筋-海水海砂混凝土组合结构以其良好的耐腐蚀性可以更好地应用于广阔的海洋环境,是岛礁防护结构的重要选择。当前国际形势较为复杂,岛礁建设工程会遭受爆炸、侵彻等极端荷载的作用,因此,开展FRP筋-海水海砂混凝土组合结构抗冲击、抗爆性能研究是下一步的研究方向。 相似文献

Corrosion of steel rebars in reinforced concrete constructions, particularly those located in marine environments and industrially polluted areas is one of the major problems baffling the construction industry all over the world including India. A suitable protective coating to rebar is found to improve the durability of such structures under aggressive exposures. The performance of a few polymeric coatings based on different resins such as acrylic polyol-aromatic isocyanate, polyester polyol-aromatic isocyanate, acrylic resin and epoxy–silicone–polyamide containing ordinary Portland cement or flyash as extenders and titanium dioxide and zinc phosphate as main pigments on rebar in concrete has been evaluated using mechanical strength tests and accelerated corrosion tests. It is observed that, of the 16 coating formulations, four have been found to perform well as effective and durable coatings. 相似文献

Conclusions The protective coating made of air-setting concrete of chrome-magnesite composition protects the lining of forked and single steel-discharge gutters from the effects and penetration of molten metals and slags.The chemical inertness toward basic and fireclay refractories enables us to use the chrome-magnesite coating to protect concrete and brick linings of steel discharge gutters made of basic and fireclay refractories.The capacity of chrome-magnesite concrete based on magnesium-sulfate to become friable at 700–1100°C facilitates easy removal from the gutter of the slag and metal residues built up on the weakened zone of the protective layer.Easy restoration of the protective layer with chrome-magnesite mortar enabled us to introduce protective coatings at the North Steel plant without considerable expense and the use of equipment.Restoration of the concrete coating after each heat increased the life of the firebrick lining.The method proposed for increasing the life of the lining of forked and single gutters can be used in any steel plant. 相似文献
