结合113个医疗团队问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型分析了员工多元化属性、冲突以及团队绩效之间的作用关系.研究结果表明:(1)教育背景、团队任期多元化与实质性冲突和团队绩效显著正相关;(2)年龄多元化与情感性冲突正相关,与团队绩效负相关,而性别多元化与情感性冲突相关性不显著,但与团队绩效显著正相关;(3)实质性冲突在教育背景、团队任期多元化与团队绩效间的中介效应显著,情感性冲突在年龄多元化与团队绩效间的中介效应显著,而在性别多元化与团队绩效间不显著.  相似文献
