该文研究猪粪在酸雨条件下释放污染物的规律,分析释放物的环境危害性。试验配置pH值为3.60、4.80和5.60的淋溶液,模拟广东省内的酸雨降水环境,对新鲜猪粪进行24d的淋浴,然后对各组淋出液和猪粪残留化学成分进行分析,得出不同pH值淋溶下污染物重金属铜、锌、砷和氨氮、总磷、CODGr等时间-浓度曲线。结果表明,新鲜猪粪在酸性淋溶下,其渗滤液的pH有所降低,在24d淋溶过程中渗滤液重金属(Zn、Cu、As)的浓度总体上呈下降趋势,以pH4.8时滤出重金属的速度较pH3.6、5.6快;COD、氨氮早期溶出较快,以后逐步减缓。新鲜猪粪经酸性淋溶后,渗滤液中铜、砷以及COD、总磷、氨氮含量均显著增加。因此对即使临时堆放亦需采取措施,以防止因雨水等导致的渗滤液污染。  相似文献

近年来,随着畜禽养殖规模化的快速发展,养殖粪水的处理和利用已成为养殖业健康发展的难点和热点,粪水酸化技术是通过向粪水中添加酸化剂以降低氨气排放,减少粪水贮存中氮素损失的技术,目前此技术已经在丹麦等国推广应用,但中国对此技术的研究尚未起步,为探究粪水酸化固持氮素的效果,该研究以硫酸和明矾为粪水酸化剂,以固液分离前后奶牛粪水为处理对象,通过向粪水中添加酸化剂降低粪水pH值至6.0,分析粪水贮存中氨气排放、氮素转化以及粪大肠菌群数等指标,探索粪水酸化贮存过程氮形态转化机理。研究表明:向养殖粪水中添加酸化剂可降低6.3%~11.1%的总氮损失,能够降低粪水贮存初期中氨气的排放,同时有效抑制了奶牛粪水中粪大肠菌群的活性,使其更易达到无害化处理。酸化剂的加入一方面抑制粪水中微生物作用下的有机氮向无机氮素的转化,提高粪水贮存中有机氮的含量,减少铵态氮的产生量,另一方面酸化剂与粪水中的铵态氮结合生成稳定的铵盐,抑制了粪水中铵态氮向氨气转化的化学平衡,降低了粪水中因氨气排放导致的总氮损失,从而达到减少粪水贮存中氮素损失。  相似文献

畜禽粪水酸化贮存能够有效调控粪水贮存中微生物、环境与氮素间的作用关系,实现粪水氮素的减损增效,是一种具有广泛应用前景的关键技术。该研究系统综述了粪水酸化贮存中氮素的迁移转化机理,比较评价了常见酸化剂和不同酸化贮存工艺的应用效果,分析了酸化贮存技术对粪水氮素减损增效的影响。梳理总结得到,粪水酸化存储中氮素的迁移转化机制主要包括有机氮矿化、铵态氮固持、无机氮转化的抑制及硝化3个关键环节,可以依靠改变微生物作用和化学平衡状态实现氮素的减损;与其他酸化工艺相比,长期酸化工艺具有酸化效果更加稳定、应用范围较为广泛等优势;粪水酸化技术能够大幅降低NH3排放,以及部分N2O的排放,进而提高粪肥还田后土壤肥效,但不合理的酸化贮存技术及施用方式也会降低粪水肥效,甚至引起二次污染;未来应重点从氮素迁移转化路径的定量分析、复合酸化剂的开发、粪肥施用效果及风险的评估应对等方面进行深入研究。  相似文献

连续四年施用规模化猪场猪粪温室土壤重金属积累研究   总被引:21,自引:1,他引:21  
分别采集连续施用0~4年猪粪的蔬菜温室土壤和蔬菜果实样品,测定土壤和果实中Cu、Zn、Pb、Mn、Cr、Cd、Ni和As全量以及土壤中Cu、Zn、Pb、Mn、Cd和As有效态含量,对测定数据进行了Fisher小样本非参数随机化显著水平检验,研究连续4年施用规模化猪场猪粪的温室土壤重金属积累、重金属有效态含量变化及对蔬菜可食部分的影响。结果表明,连续4年施用猪粪,主要导致土壤中Cu和Zn的积累,As有一定积累,Pb、Cd、Ni和Cr短期积累效应不明显,Mn积累不明显,长期大量施用猪粪,Pb、Cd、Ni和Cr有积累的风险;土壤pH值降低;Cu、Zn有效态与全量呈显著正相关(p<0.05),与pH值呈极显著负相关(p<0.01);Pb、Cd和Mn有效态与pH值呈显著负相关(p<0.05);Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd和Mn有效态含量增加;有效态As与全As含量和pH值相关性不明显,但连年施用猪粪As有效态含量增加;连续4年施用规模化猪场猪粪的温室生产的部分番茄和黄瓜As含量超标。若连续以150 m3/(hm2·a)的猪粪施用量于该研究区蔬菜温室,土壤中全Cu和全Zn含量分别经过10年和15年可能超过国家农田土壤二级标准。该研究可为降低温室土壤重金属污染风险提供依据。  相似文献

采用连续提取法研究了猪粪堆肥处理中重金属浓度和形态的变化以及不同添加比例的重金属钝化剂对其浓度和形态的影响.结果表明:经过堆肥处理后,重金属As,Cu和Zn的浓度普遍升高;堆肥处理能促进重金属As,Cu和Zn的形态向活性降低的方向转化,因此堆肥处理可以降低重金属的生物有效性.在3种重金属钝化剂及不同添加比例处理中,猪粪堆肥重金属As的最佳钝化剂及其添加比例为7.5%的粉煤灰,对可交换态As的钝化效果为51.4%;重金属Cu的最佳钝化剂及其添加比例为2.5%的粉煤灰,对可交换态Cu的钝化效果为29.7%;重金属Zn的最佳钝化剂及其添加比例为5.0%的钙镁磷肥,对可交换态Zn的钝化效果为50.0%.因此,堆肥处理中添加重金属钝化剂可以降低猪粪堆肥中重金属的有效性,有利于降低猪粪堆肥土地利用中重金属污染的风险.  相似文献

利用黑水虻处理猪粪为一种高效的环境友好型的技术,但猪粪中重金属的含量对黑水虻的转化产生影响。该研究在30 ℃环境下猪粪中接种7日龄的黑水虻幼虫,研究黑水虻的生长和对猪粪的转化效率,以及猪粪中的重金属(Cu、Zn、Cr、Cd、As)在黑水虻虫体和虫粪中的变化情况。结果表明:在8 d的生长过程中,0~2 d时,生长速率最慢,4~6 d时生长速率最快,在第8天时虫体干质量最高。黑水虻对猪粪的转化率随着时间的延长而增加,在第6天时达到了最大11.5%,而到第8天时下降。在转化过程中虫体中Cu、Cr、As的浓度随着黑水虻幼虫生长降低,在第8天时,虫体Cu、Cr、As浓度较第2天分别降低了24.5%、21.7%、33.1%。Cd含量随着黑水虻幼虫生长增加,在第8天时,虫体Cd浓度较第2天增加了75.3%。Cu、Cr、As、Cd在虫粪中浓度的变化同虫体变化相反。Zn在虫体和虫粪中含量没有发生显著变化。在第8天时虫粪中的Cd含量显著低于猪粪,而Cu、Cr、As、Zn含量与猪粪比没有显著差异。黑水虻幼虫对猪粪中Cd的富集系数最高,达到了3.8,其余都小于1,各重金属的富集顺序为Cd>Zn>Cu>Cr>As。转化后Cu、Cr、As、Zn有83.6%~92.7%分布于虫粪,而Cd有49.8%~69.7%分布于虫粪,30.3%~50.2%分布于虫体。转化后Cu、As的生物活性提高,Cr、Cd的生物活性降低,Zn的生物活性没有明显的变化。研究结果为畜禽粪便的黑水虻生物转化提供参考。  相似文献

通过室内培养试验,以硫酸为对照研究了磷酸对石灰性土壤的酸化效果及微量元素有效性的影响。培养1周结果表明,随酸浓度增加,土壤pH降低,低浓度时磷酸对石灰性土壤的酸化效果强于对照硫酸,高浓度时硫酸酸化效果强于磷酸,有效Fe、Mn的含量随着酸浓度的增加先增加后降低,有效Zn的含量随着酸浓度的增加而增加,有效Cu的含量随着磷酸浓度的增加而增加,但随着对照硫酸浓度的增加有效Cu含量先增加后降低。  相似文献

为探索连续施用酸化粪水对土壤养分淋溶及重金属累积情况的影响,采用新鲜粪水和酸化粪水,开展土柱淋溶试验。试验分别设置1个对照组、新鲜粪水和3个不同pH值(6.5、6.0和5.5)的酸化粪水,每个处理分别设置6次粪水淋溶。结果表明:施用新鲜粪水和酸化粪水均能增加土壤养分,施用新鲜粪水、pH值6.5、pH值6.0和pH值5.5的粪水后土壤总养分(N、P、K)的增长幅度分别为1%~40%、15%~66%和5%~21%,重金属Cu和Zn的增长幅度为4%~48%和4%~11%,重金属Cd和Pb的增长幅度为2%~14%和1%~18%;连续施用酸化粪水会使土壤pH降低、土壤电导率值升高以及土壤重金属不断累积,这也是导致土壤环境遭到破坏的风险因素,实际应用过程中应特别注意;建议每两季作物施用一次pH值为6.5的粪水;每三季作物施用一次pH值为6.0的粪水;每四季作物施用一次pH值为5.5的粪水。该研究通过对比分析连续施用新鲜粪水和不同pH值的酸化粪水后土壤养分和重金属浓度的变化,探讨了酸化粪水的还田效果,为连续施用酸化粪水的研究提供技术支撑。  相似文献

【目的】以富士(Fuji)、 秦冠(Qinguan)嫁接在平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensis Rehd.)上的当年生盆栽苗为试验材料,采用砂培方法,研究了缺氮胁迫和干旱对富士和秦冠生长情况、 光合参数、 植株各部位氮磷钾含量及氮素利用效率的影响,分析比较了低氮干旱条件下富士和秦冠生长及氮素利用的差异,以期为果树生产高效肥水利用提供理论指导。【方法】试验共设四个处理: 正常氮正常水(ZZ)、 低氮正常水(DZ)、 正常氮干旱(ZG)、 低氮干旱(DG)。氮素和水分均设置两个水平,分别为正常氮(6 mmol/L NO-3-N)、 低氮(0.3 mmol/LNO-3-N)、 正常供水(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的80%~85%)、 干旱处理(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的60%~65%)。【结果】富士和秦冠的生物量(茎和叶)、 株高茎粗等生长指标以及光合速率、 气孔导度、 蒸腾速率均为正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG),并且相对应处理下秦冠的以上指标均高于富士;正常供水下,缺氮处理使富士、 秦冠的根冠比比正常氮处理均有所增加,富士提高了2.05%,秦冠提高了22.40%。富士和秦冠的氮、 磷、 钾含量均表现出正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG); 氮、 钾元素含量在植株各部位的分布顺序依次是叶>根>茎,磷元素则是根>叶>茎;光合氮素利用效率(PNUE)和氮素利用效率表现为秦冠处理之间差异极显著,富士处理之间差异不显著;秦冠的PNUE和NUE明显高于富士,在低氮正常水(DZ)处理下,秦冠氮肥利用率比富士高42.07%,在低氮干旱(DG)处理下高64.14%;低氮胁迫下富士和秦冠的NUE显著提高,并且秦冠提高的幅度高于富士。【结论】施用氮肥能够显著提高富士与秦冠的干物质量,同等水肥条件下,秦冠生长优于富士;水分亏缺会减少叶片对氮的吸收,干旱条件下适度增施氮肥,可提高果树的抗旱能力;低氮干旱胁迫下秦冠的生长指标、 光合指标及氮素利用效率指标均优于富士,表现出较强的抗低氮干旱胁迫的能力。  相似文献

Staff members of the Department of Botany of Palacký University in Olomouc and Gene Bank Department – Workplace Olomouc, Research Institute of Crop Production in Prague, Czech Republic, conducted an expedition in seven European countries (Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland) in August/September 1999 to collect wild Lactuca spp. germplasm and study its geographic distribution, ecology and biodiversity. During the mission, more than 600 locations were visited resulting in the collection of 602 seed samples (accessions) of wild Lactuca species and 13 seed samples of related genera (Chondrilla and Mycelis). Lactuca serriola f. serriola, L. serriola f. integrifolia, L. saligna and L. viminea subsp. chondrilliflora were prevalent in southern Europe (Italy, France), however, only L. serriola was common in central and western Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland). The greatest diversity of Lactuca species was found in France, where also the most seed samples (165) were collected. The most characteristic habitats with a high density of Lactuca spp. populations were observed along roads and highways, grassy ditches, ruderal communities, and dust-heaps. Natural infections by powdery mildew (Erysiphe cichoracearum) and downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) on some wild Lactuca spp. were observed. Recent observations concerning the geographic distribution, population structure, habitats, and natural occurrence of diseases of Lactuca spp. are discussed. This assemblage of genetic resources of Lactuca spp. can serve as the basis of future studies of species diversification, spatial population structure, plant microevolution, domestication processes, and genetic variability of host-parasite interactions.  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a new technique for the analysis of plant material. This study investigates the application of LIBS to pasture-based plant samples. The LIBS measurements were obtained from pelletized pasture samples (100 samples) that had been also analyzed by inductively coupled plasma–optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) following microwave digestion for calibration and comparison purposes. Comparisons for elements sodium (Na), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), boron (B), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S) showed that LIBS could be used for almost all the standard profile total elements with concentrations down to low mg/kg levels (observed error of Na: 0.024 percent, K: 0.18 percent, Mg: 0.016 percent, Ca: 0.073 percent, P: 0.017 percent, Mn: 31 mg/kg, Fe: 150 mg/kg, Zn: 6.6 mg/kg, and B: 1.1 mg/kg). Elemental analysis at less than mg/kg levels was not possible using LIBS. The elements S and Cu were particularly difficult to analyze with reliability using LIBS at the concentration levels found in the plant samples. Replacing microwave digestion and subsequent ICP analysis with a direct analysis of dried plant samples using LIBS has the potential to improve the productivity and reduce the cost of testing.  相似文献

We have studied the effect of anaerobically digested (ADMSW) and composted municipal solid waste (CMSW) on mineralization and foodweb dynamics to verify the hypothesis that ADMSW would immobilize N right after addition to soil in contrast to addition with CMSW. Another hypothesis was that the mesofauna (enchytraeids and microarthropods) would stimulate N release from the decomposer community. We measured excretion of -N and urea-N from the mesofauna and hypothesized that enchytraeids would release urea. ADMSW and CMSW were amended to pots with sandy loam and barley. The pots were divided into treatments with or without mesofauna. Mesofauna, plant N and biomass, soil N and ergosterol (fungal biomass) were measured over a 113-day period of four equidistant samplings. Soil respiration, N mineralization and N release by the mesofauna were modelled from concurrent studies. ADMSW- and CMSW-treated soils initially (<20 days) immobilized N. The amendments did not increase plant growth substantially, and this was probably due to N-limitation in the early stages of plant growth. Enchytraeid abundance was about three times higher in ADMSW- than CMSW-treated soils, indicating that ADMSW contained more labile compounds, bacteria, and microfauna. The mesofauna did not affect N-content, but the cumulated -N excreted by the mesofauna was estimated to be substantial and about one-fifth of total plant N in ADMSW. An explanation for this discrepancy might be that in the absence of the mesofauna, other members of the detrivore and microbivore community performed the mesofauna’s function. Neither enchytraeids nor microarthropods excreted urea.  相似文献

“Wicked” problems are those that are complex and that change when solutions are applied. Many conflicts in conservation fall into this category. The study approached the problem of how to constrain the apparent wickedness of a problem in the conservation management of a species by using simple empirical indicators to carry out iterative assessment of the risk to a population and to document how this risk evolves in relation to the addition of new data and the implementation of management actions. Effects of high levels of uncertainty within data and also concerning population structure were examined through stochastic simulation and by exploration of scenarios. Historical trends in the example used, the Steller sea lion, showed rapid declines in abundance in some regions during the 1980s. The current total population is 130,000-150,000 Steller sea lions through Alaska and British Columbia and this number has been stable since about 1990 in spite of regional differences in population dynamics. Regional differences in the sequence of changes in the number of pups and non-pups, suggested that an internal re-distribution of juveniles could have happened between 1980 and 1990. Current productivity also appears close to the long-term mean. Stochastic population projection using various scenarios showed that, based upon this history, the risk of extinction for the population has declined and is below reasonable thresholds for considering the population to be endangered. The trends in risk suggest that management actions taken since 1990 have probably been effective. Consequently, the conservation management objectives for the Steller sea lion are probably being met. The approach provides a mechanism, based upon experience and scenario analysis, for exploring future policy options and may help to constrain the debate amongst stakeholders about the cost-benefit trade-offs associated with different options.  相似文献

Nutrient distributions under no tillage (NT) compared with conventional disk-and-bed tillage (CT) management in the warm, humid region of the southeastern USA need to be assessed so that future placement, quantity, and type of fertilizers can be altered, if necessary, to efficiently match crop demands. We determined soil-profile distributions of pH, N, P, S, K, Ca, Mg, Na, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cu to a depth of 0.9 m at the end of 8.5 years of continuous CT and NT management on a Weswood silty clay loam (fine, mixed, thermic Fluventic Ustochrept) in southcentral Texas. Most dramatic changes occurred within the 0–0.05 m depth, where soil under NT had lower pH, Fe, and Cu than under CT, but greater P, K, Zn, and Mn. Greater P and K under NT than under CT also occurred below the till-zone (0.15–0.3 m). At a depth of 0–0.3 m, soil under NT contained greater amounts of extractable P, K, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cu than under CT. Nitrogen fertilization had little effect on nutrient distributions, except resulting in greater extractable K at 0–0.05 m and greater nitrate at 0–0.15 m. Few changes in soil-profile distributions were observed for extractable S, Ca, Mg, and Na. Long-term continuous use of NT on this fine-textured, high-fertility (except for N) soil had no apparent adverse effects on nutrient distributions relative to CT, but enhanced conservation and availability of P, K, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cu near the soil surface where crop roots proliferate.  相似文献

The responses of tallgrass prairie plant communities and ecosystem processes to fire and grazing are well characterized. However, responses of invertebrate consumer groups, and particularly soil-dwelling organisms, to these disturbances are not well known. At Konza Prairie Biological Station, we sampled soil macroinvertebrates in 1994 and 1999 as part of a long-term experiment designed to examine the effects and interactions of annual fire, mowing, and fertilization (N and P) on prairie soil communities and processes. For nearly all taxa, in both years, responses were characterized by significant treatment interactions, but some general patterns were evident. Introduced European earthworms (Aporrectodea spp. and Octolasion spp.) were most abundant in plots where fire was excluded, and the proportion of the total earthworm community consisting of introduced earthworms was greater in unburned, unmowed, and fertilized plots. Nymphs of two Cicada genera were collected (Cicadetta spp. and Tibicen spp.). Cicadetta nymphs were more abundant in burned plots, but mowing reduced their abundance. Tibicen nymphs were collected almost exclusively from unburned plots. Treatment effects on herbivorous beetle larvae (Scarabaeidae, Elateridae, and Curculionidae) were variable, but nutrient additions (N or P) usually resulted in greater densities, whereas mowing usually resulted in lower densities. Our results suggest that departures from historical disturbance regimes (i.e. frequent fire and grazing) may render soils more susceptible to increased numbers of European earthworms, and that interactions between fire, aboveground biomass removal, and vegetation responses affect the structure and composition of invertebrate communities in tallgrass prairie soils.  相似文献
