再生混凝土的应用能够解决建筑废弃物日益增多的难题,但再生混凝土与普通混凝土性能之间仍存在一定差异。本文对再生粗骨料的基本性能进行系统的试验与检测,参照普通混凝土配合比设计方法对C30再生粗骨料混凝土进行配合比设计,对不同类别再生粗骨料混凝土的工作性能和力学性能进行研究,并测定混凝土拌合物工作性相同的条件下再生骨料混凝土与天然骨料混凝土的性能差异。结果表明,直接沿用普通混凝土配合比设计方法,再生混凝土抗压强度有所提高,但降低了工作性能,因此在配合比设计时应考虑再生粗骨料吸水特性,调整拌合用水量,可以使再生混凝土在符合设计抗压强度要求的同时,工作性能满足工程实际要求。  相似文献

本文对自密实堆石混凝土和普通自密实堆石混凝土从抗压强度、本构关系、弹性模量三个方面进行了对比研究。结果表明,再生自密实堆石混凝土和普通自密实堆石混凝土二者抗压强度相近、本构关系相似、弹性模量相差不大,再生自密实堆石混凝土在一定程度上可以替代天然自密实堆石混凝土。  相似文献

One of the main applications of recycled aggregates is the construction of sub-bases for roads as unbound materials, substituting for natural aggregates. For this application, recycled aggregates obtained from crushed concrete are mostly used. Nevertheless, in the Mediterranean area, a large amount of mixed (concrete plus masonry) recycled aggregates is produced, making it advantageous to investigate the possible applications of this type of material, which has a highly variable composition.This work is focused on studying the possible relationship between different constituents of recycled aggregates and their mechanical behaviour for possible application in roads. To meet this goal, 31 types of aggregates have been studied (four natural and 27 recycled from 11 different treatment plants). Characterisation trials were carried out on all of them, together with mechanical behaviour tests (Los Angeles coefficient, Modified Proctor and C.B.R.). The obtained results were analysed using the standard statistical tests ANOVA and simple and multiple linear correlation analysis.  相似文献

对目前国内再生混凝土弹性模量试验结果进行了搜集整理,建立了再生混凝土弹性模量数据库。在此基础上,分析了再生混凝土弹性模量的基本特征,探讨了普通混凝土弹性模量计算公式对于再生混凝土的适用性。研究结果表明,普通混凝土弹性模量计算公式不适用于再生混凝土;基于试验数据的统计分析,建议了再生混凝土弹性模量的计算公式,该公式计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。利用给出的计算公式,对各强度等级再生混凝土弹性模量的取值给出了建议。  相似文献

This paper reports the results of an experimental study on some of the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) as compared to those of the conventional normal aggregate concrete (NAC). Ten mixes of concrete with target compressive cube strength ranging from 20 to 50 MPa were cast using normal or recycled coarse aggregates. The development of the cube compressive strength and the indirect shear strength at ages of 1, 3, 7, 14, 28 and 56 days, the compressive strength, the strains at maximum compressive stress and the modulus of elasticity tested by using concrete cylinders at 28 days are reported. The results show that the 28-day cube and cylinder compressive strength, and the indirect shear strength of recycled aggregate concrete were on the average 90% of those of natural aggregate concrete with the same mix proportions. For concrete with cylinder compressive strengths between 25 and 30 MPa, the modulus of elasticity of RAC was only 3% lower than that of NAC. The trends in the development of compressive and shear strength and the strain at peak stress in recycled aggregate concrete were similar to those in natural aggregate concrete.  相似文献

The effect of replacement of fine and coarse aggregates with recycled glass on the fresh and hardened properties of Portland cement concrete at ambient and elevated temperatures is studied. Percentages of replacement of 0–100% of aggregates with fine waste glass (FWG), coarse waste glass (CWG), and fine and coarse waste glass (FCWG) were considered. Soda-lime glass used for bottles was washed and crushed to fine and coarse aggregate sizes for use in the concrete mixes. Samples were cured under 95% RH at room temperatures (20–22 °C), heated in the oven to the desired temperatures, allowed to cool to ambient temperatures, and then tested for their residual compressive strength. The compressive strength of the concrete samples made with waste glass was measured at temperatures up to 700 °C. Moreover, the effect of the percentages of replacement with recycled glass on the slump values and initial and final setting time of concrete has also been measured.  相似文献

通过对3根相同配筋率、相同混凝土抗压强度、不同再生粗骨料取代率的再生混凝土简支梁的抗弯试验,探讨了再生混凝土受弯构件正截面受力变形性能和破坏特征。试验结果表明:再生混凝土梁正截面在受力过程中,仍具有弹性、开裂、屈服和极限4个明显特征;正截面平均应变服从平截面假定;相同条件下,再生混凝土梁的开裂弯矩和极限抗弯承载能力接近于普通混凝土受弯构件,抗弯刚度小于普通混凝土受弯构件。最后,本文根据现行《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)提出的普通混凝土梁的计算公式,验算了再生混凝土梁的开裂弯矩、极限弯矩、挠度和最大裂缝宽度。初步验算结果表明,除极限弯矩计算公式外,普通混凝土梁的开裂弯矩、挠度和最大裂缝宽度计算公式均不再适用于再生混凝土梁。  相似文献

作为建筑垃圾主要组成之一的废弃混凝土,可以通过回收处理变为再生混凝土骨料,部分或全部代替天然骨料而再次应用到建筑工程中。通过扫描电子显微技术,对破碎后的骨料表面的微观状态进行了观察分析,得到了再生骨料表观特征以及微裂缝分布情况。同时依照JGJ 52-2006《普通混凝土用砂、石质量及检验方法标准》对再生粗骨料进行了基本性能测试,并与天然粗骨料的基本性能进行对比。通过实验,得出了再生粗骨料具有表观密度小、吸水率与含水率高、压碎指标值较高、针片状含量小的特点。还对实验结果进行了分析,为制备再生混凝土提供了依据。  相似文献

Failure mechanism of recycled aggregate concrete   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The use of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) acquires particular interest in civil construction regarding sustainable development. Recycled aggregates usually present greater porosity and absorption, and lower density and strength than natural aggregates. Microstructural studies on RAC indicate differences in the characteristics of the interfacial transition zones between the cement paste and the aggregates. At the same time most experiences verify that reduction in concrete stiffness is higher than in strength. The failure mechanisms in RAC can be affected by the above stated factors. In this paper, three Series of concretes with different compressive strength levels are presented. Each Series includes a reference concrete prepared with natural crushed stone and two RAC prepared with two coarse aggregates obtained by crushing a normal strength and a high strength concrete. Flexural tests on notched beams and uniaxial compression tests on standard cylinders were performed. In addition, the characteristics of the fracture surfaces were analysed in order to determine the amount of broken aggregates. RAC present lightly lower strengths (1–15%), lower modulus of elasticity (13–18%) and significant reductions in the energy of fracture (27–45%) and, consequently on the fracture zone size, when it is compared with a concrete prepared with natural coarse aggregates.  相似文献
