The effect of the thickness of DLCs sputtered on video heads upon the value of the playback signal and visibility of the gap in the ferrite surface was examined. It was found that DLCs improve the wear resistance of the heads, whereas the playback quality depends on the probability of the DLC peeling off during friction on the video tape. Technological regimes involving vacuum-pulsed arc sputtering of graphite in combination with ionic bombardment of the ferrite surface and the DLC were worked out. These regimes provide a good adhesion and smoothness of the film surface. Tests of video heads covered with DLCs showed that the wear resistance and the ‘still frame’ time of these heads are several times larger than those of standard video heads. A reliable and highly efficient commercial technology for the production of DLC video heads has been developed.  相似文献

Using the magnetic susceptibility measurements (MSM) at high temperature and in situ video observation, the mechanism of seeded infiltration growth (SIG) process was investigated. This process offers the opportunity to verify the main phase transition by measuring the magnetic force acting on the sample. Mixing performance in continuous rotary drums has been studied. The video analysis method was developed to evaluate different configurations of straight lifters in the rotary drum. The method converts a captured video into a single image, called stack image. The color marker tracking was estimated based on the color saturation of the stack image. Coefficients of variation and mixing indices were calculated from the color saturation profiles for different straight blade lifter configurations. The video analysis method was confronted to the impulse response of acid concentrations in water solutions. The developed analysis method has been superior with viscous fluids compared to traditional tracer impulse method in mixing evaluations. Water and 1% CMC-water solution were used in this mixing study for covering broadly different viscous materials. The drum lengthwise results for one lifter configuration were obtained from a single experiment due to the block representation of the image analysis method. It enables mixing analysis of axial segments and interaction analysis of mixer configurations. Thus, the axial mixing can be studied in more detail with rotary drums. The increase of lifters, residence time, and tip speed improved axial mixing in the studied experimental setup.  相似文献

We have designed a configurable stand‐alone Matlab‐based software to simulate dichromatic perception of video streams. The algorithm used is an extension for video streams of the “corresponding pair algorithm” by Capilla and coworkers for simulation of dichromatic perception of images. The software allows the user to upload a video sequence and to process it using different dichromatic color vision models and viewing conditions. The output video may be generated in different spatial and temporal resolutions and file formats. 在萃取装置中研究了激励相界面的硝酸传质过程。该装置是一个改进的传质槽,它有保温夹套和一条穿过两相用于激励相界面的带子。硝本匠变化采用插入水相的电导仪探针检测,用录象方法记录实验中的界面现象。实验采用TBP、TOA和THA作为萃取剂,用四氯化碳,甲苯或7~13℃烷烃做萃取溶剂。实验结果表明,激励相界面能够提高传质速率;在传质开始前对界面失要息和老化可以改变传质的初始速率。通过录象证实,激励相界面能够  相似文献
