依托安徽淮北港区孙疃作业区综合码头工程,开展内河高桩码头大直径预应力高强混凝土(PHC)管桩沉桩现场试验及参数优化研究。通过初始地勘报告获得沉桩参数后,进行沉桩可打性分析并优化施工工艺,进行试沉桩、高低应变和静载试验,并根据试验结果进行桩基设计参数优化。结果表明:结合沉桩现场试验中的桩端进入持力层深度和最后贯入度结果,验证了内河高桩码头大直径PHC管桩施工工艺、沉桩设备、沉桩控制参数和停锤标准的可行性;明确了内河高桩码头大直径PHC管桩单位面积极限侧摩阻力标准值和极限桩端阻力标准值的调整系数范围为5%~10%;采用⑦层粉细砂作为桩基持力层,同步优化桩基参数。 相似文献

陆上大直径、大斜率(斜率1∶6)PHC管桩设计桩基密度大,沉桩施工精度高、难度大。针对这些问题,结合某挖入式出运港池工程,进行了工程试沉桩及静载试验。为了减少沉桩挤土效应对桩基的不利影响,采用先沉斜桩、后沉直桩、自中间向两边对称沉桩的施工方案,并且采取避免碰桩和难以沉桩的施工措施。结果表明,所采用的施工方案切实可行,沉桩效果良好,桩基检测结果均为Ⅰ类桩,可为类似工程的PHC管桩的设计及施工提供参考。 相似文献

预应力高强混凝土管桩具有明显的优点,在码头工程得到广泛使用。然而在制造、施工及服役使用中,管壁极易产生裂缝,对大直径PHC管桩而言,其裂缝桩的出现概率5%~30%,较大的裂缝会降低管桩的承载力和耐久性,本文以长江中游某码头的管桩裂缝检测和修补加固工艺为例,进行了实践和探讨。 相似文献

结合某跨海大桥桩基试验项目,对4组大直径PHC桩进行了竖向承载力静载试验,并通过桩身预埋的应变式钢筋计测试桩身轴力分布.试验结果表明,随着桩端土层刚度的提高,单桩极限承载力也将进一步增大,因此对于大直径PHC桩,也应选择较好土层作为持力层;随着桩顶荷载的不断增大,桩端阻力分担荷载所占的比例也逐渐增大,表明大直径PHC桩呈端承摩擦桩的承载性状;对于桩端持力层较好,而上覆软弱土层较厚的大直径PHC桩,尚应考虑上部土层侧摩阻力软化现象的影响;尽管大直径PHC桩桩身刚度较大,但在设计工作荷载下,此次试验的桩顶实测沉降主要由桩身压缩引起. 相似文献

曹妃甸工业区某工程船闸桩基采用预应力高强度混凝土管桩,施工中某区域PHC管桩未达到设计高程时,出现贯入度突然减小、个别桩头碎裂的异常情况。经过对PHC管桩质量、施工区域土质、降水对土体结构影响等原因分析,考虑预松土+沉桩、射水辅助沉桩、振冲后沉桩等施工工艺及费用、破坏土体、施工环境等因素来解决沉桩异常问题。经试验证明,采用预松土+沉桩的方法,可有效解决沉桩异常问题。 相似文献

The technical and economic conditions of World War II that led to the building of Liberty vessels and compared with those that led to the building of the present very large and ultralarge crude carries (VLCCs and ULCCs) for the purpose of revealing similarities that could indicate when a massive replacement of the existing large tankers is to be expected. The Liberties were replaced within a relatively short time by ships of twice their efficiency and in a situation where transport demand was growing and insurance premiums for old vessels greatly increased. International rules and regulations played on great role. The development of tankers has not produced ships that from an economical point of view are markedly better than previously existing vessels; the demand for tankers has not increased during the last 15 years; the insurance coasts of existing tankers have increased only moderately; and the introduction of new international and national rules for tanker design have made it worthwhile to conserve existing vessels. Although there is a similarity in age distribution between the Liberties and the VLCCs and ULCCs, the situation of the two categories of vessel is otherwise so different that a demand for a VLCC and ULCC replacement of the same magnitude as was experienced for the Liberties cannot be expected. 相似文献

The hydroelasticity of a very large floating plate with large deflections in multidirectional irregular waves is discussed. After a brief introduction on wave loads on a flexible structure, the paper derives the generalised fluid force acting on a floating structure in multidirectional irregular waves. The nonlinear sectional forces induced by the membrane forces in the plate are deduced. The hydroelastic response equations of a floating plate with large deflections in multidirectional irregular waves are established, and a solution method in the frequency domain is discussed including extreme value statistics. A very large floating structure is chosen as an example. The numerical results show that the influence of the membrane forces on the vertical displacements and the bending moments is noticeable but not that large. 相似文献

对于只靠剩余浮力(含负浮力)作用的潜水器垂直面内下潜、上浮运动,将会出现攻角α在±120.内变化.此时进行运动性能研究,潜水器所受流体动力无法用传统的多项式表达方式表示.本文提出了直接利用流体动力试验结果,无需将其用多项式数学描述,借助于MATLAB/Simulink仿真技术,可方便地进行潜水器运动的仿真. 相似文献
