稀土元素具有独特的电子层结构,是一类丰富的发光材料宝库。将稀土配合物应用于有机电致发光显示器件(OLED)对于实现全彩色显示具有重要意义。与通常的有机电致发光显示器件相比。稀土配合物有机电致发光器件具有高色纯度发射和高内量子效率的优点。本文概述了稀土配合物分类、稀土配合物有机电致发光器件研究进展和优点,着重研究了稀土离子及其OLED器件的发光机理。 相似文献

Tb(p-MBA)3phen与PVK混合体系发光性质研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
研究了铽配合物Tb(p-MBA)3phen与聚乙烯咔唑PVK共掺杂体系的电致发光(EL)和光致发光(PL)特性。结果发现,在EL中,PVK的发光完全被抑制,只能看到明显的Tb^3 绿光发射;而在PL中,除了Tb^3 发光外,还可以看到明显的PVK发光。这是由于两种发光机理不同造成的。通过测量材料的发射光谱和激发光谱,初步探讨了器件的发光机理,认为Tb^3 的发光可能来源于2个方面:1)PVK到稀土配合物的Foerester能量传递;2)PVK作为一种空穴传输材料,而稀土配合物作为电子陷阱,受激的空穴和电子直接被稀土配合物俘获,在稀土配合物上形成激子复合发光。所制作的单层器件的最大亮度达24.8cd/m^2。 相似文献

报道了将多种稀土铕配合物复合于苯乙烯(ST)/甲基丙烯酸(HMA)的共聚体系,研究了含稀土配合物透明光学树脂的光学性能。发现其具有发光效率高,光谱呈现尖锐的线状谱带及相对于纯稀土配合物粉末来说掺有稀土配合物的光学树脂的发射产生光谱红移等特点。特别是用电子云重排效应(当中心稀土离子与不同配体结合时,其相同的J能级间的跃迁谱带位置略有移动的现象)解释了掺有稀土配合物的光学树脂发射光谱红移现象。并推断出在含稀土配合物复合于光学树脂后。稀土中心离子和配位原子间距离有所减小。 相似文献

PbSnYbTe is a new and potentially useful material for fabricating double hetero junction PbSnTe diode lasers by molecular
b<sam epitaxy. These lasers should have improved carrier and photon confinement, resulting in improved external quantum efficiency
and higher device operating temperature. It is found from room temperature optical transmission studies that the band gap
of Pb1−x Ybx Te increases approximately as dEg/dx =; 3.3 eV for x < 0.04, and that the index of refraction decreases with increasing x.
Doping studies of (Pb1−y Sny )0.97 Yb0.03Te indicate that> it can be doped heavily p-type at low temperatures for y ∼ 0.10. The lattice constant of (Pb0.85 Sn0.15)1−x Ybx Te is independent of x up to x ∼ 0.10. these characteristics make (Pb1−y Sny )1−x Ybx Te well-suited for the fabrication of lattice-matched double heterojunction lasers with y∼ 0.10. 相似文献

采用激光熔覆技术在Q235钢基体上制备了不同La2O3含量的镍基纳米Al2O3复合涂层。通过扫描电镜观察分析了熔覆层的微观组织结构,并对熔覆层的显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能进行了测试。试验结果表明,加入1.5wt%稀土La2O3时,熔覆层组织显著细化,由细小的等轴树枝晶和共晶组织组成,熔覆涂层的显微硬度在651.4HV0.2至732.4HV0.2之间,耐磨性能显著提高。 相似文献

The nitride phosphor Sr2Si5N8:Eu2+ was synthesized by the high temperature solid-state method. The properties of Sr2Si5N8:Eu2+ were discussed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscope (SEM) and spectra analysis. The XRD pattern shows that the single phase produces when strontium nitride is a bit excessive. The SEM photo implies that the excessive strontium nitride works as a flux in the reaction system. The position of emission peak is also located at about 612 nm as strontium nitride is excessive. The luminescent intensity of the phosphor adding excessive strontium nitride is higher than that of the phosphor introducing stoichiometric strontium nitride. The optimized content of nitride strontium was 2.05 mol/mol for the obtained phosphor with excellent properties. 相似文献
