评估了激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)在废钢料分析中的使用,以用于电弧炉中废钢料的元素监测。开发了一个LIBS原型用于现场试验,并将其安装在位于废钢料填充区和电弧炉之间的钟摆式输送槽上。LIBS原型距离电弧炉大约25 m。废钢料填充的钟摆式输送槽的宽度和深度分别为大约2 m和1 m。调整废钢料的平均速率在0.3~5.5 m/min的范围内,使之满足电弧炉的装填要求,从而使废钢料的生产能力达到100 t/h。在安装地点,低合金废钢料中高含量硅的检测基本上对电弧炉控制的改进很有帮助。由于测量体积受限在600×600×180 mm3,研发的原型仅检测了一小部分的钢料表面。但是,在线LIBS测量还是显示了在工业环境下测定高硅废钢料样品的能力。为了拓展在加料、过程控制及管理上的应用,应增加测量体积从而进一步提高其性能。 相似文献

针对目前钢铁企业料场配料落后的生产调度模式,开发了一种基于计算机控制的无线配料调度系统,系统包含调度中心控制系统、车载终端及配套软件。利用车载终端与调度中心的双向通信,实现对整个工艺流程的数据处理、物流跟踪、作业调度、设备状态监视以及为L2和ERP提供配料数据,同时通过与L1和L2系统的数据通信,使配料过程的图文与声音互补,从而使配料更加精确,系统具备可追溯性。该系统在具体工程项目中得到应用,投入后实现了配料过程的计算机管理和料场的全面调度管理,料场设备运行高效、有序,减少了人员配备,降低了调度和管理人员劳动强度,提高了工作效率,保障了生产安全。 相似文献

We developed an automated homogeneous immunoassay, based on immune lysis of dinitrophenyl (DNP)-labeled liposomes, for measuring total complement activity. Liposome lysis caused by complement activity was detected spectrophotometrically from entrapped glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity. Complement activity in human sera was quantified by comparison with a calibration curve. For ease of application to fully automated routine clinical analyzers, we adopted a two-reagent system, one reagent containing a homogeneous population of small DNP-labeled liposomes and one containing antibody/substrate. This system required calibration only once a week. Within-run and between-run CVs were 0.4-1.3% (n = 10) and 1.8-4.7% (n = 10), respectively. Serum results were linear upon dilution (with saline) over a twofold range. Bilirubin, hemoglobin, Intrafat, and serum proteins such as rheumatoid factor, M protein, IgG, and IgA did not affect the assay results. The results (y) correlated well with those from a hemolytic complement activity test (x): y = 1.05x - 1.14, r = 0.92, on 66 samples in the range < 10- > 50 kU/L. This method should therefore be of great use for the determination of complement activity. 相似文献

The company METPROMMASh has been developing and introducing metallurgical technologies and equipment for the nonferrous metals
sector for more than 10 years. A particular focus of the company has been the construction of furnaces for recycling aluminum-and
copper-bearing scrap and waste products. Furnaces made by METPROMMASh are currently being used by shops and factories that
recycle nonferrous metals, these furnaces being suited for recyclers that process from 100 to 2000 tons of scrap a month.
The furnaces are built on the grounds of the customer’s scrap storage facility after the most efficient location has been
chosen for the metallurgical and auxiliary equipment, the system for handling the movement of materials has been planned,
and the feasibility of further processing of the recycled metal has been determined. Depending on the composition of the metallurgical
equipment, a recycling complex can be built in a minimum of four months on an area 300 m2 or larger.

In an ECSC project several aspects of tramp element control in steel were studied by a group of steel producers and research institutes in the European Union. Upgrading of incinerator scrap and shredded automobile and consumer durable scrap was realised through size and density separation and by pre‐dismantling and sorting of goods before shredding. Removal of tin from tinplate by pre‐treatment with reactive gases was investigated. A dezincing process was developed by dissolution of the zinc‐alloy layer in caustic soda followed by electrochemical deposition of zinc. Results of laboratory scale trials showed that generation of high mass transfer between the phases metalslag‐gas as well as vacuum distillation of the solute elements influencing the evaporation rate can remove copper and zinc from steel melts. A mass balance for the distribution of zinc and lead between metal, slag and dust during scrap melting in an EAF was established. Additional sponge iron charging is a very efficient measure to lower zinc and lead content due to the CO boiling effect during melting. 相似文献
