我国的传统巷道掘进采用掘进机+单体锚杆钻机的方式,巷道锚护采用单体锚护钻机需要多人配合完成,费时费力且锚护效率低。同时掘进时无法锚护,锚护时无法掘进。锚杆转载机组从根本上解决了这一突出问题,实现了掘进时的锚杆同步锚护,搭载多个钻臂可实现多钻臂同时锚护作业,大大提高了锚护效率。锚杆转载机组在黄陵二号矿使用过程中,锚护效率提高到传统锚护的2倍以上,给矿方带来了可观的经济效益。  相似文献
