Textilbeton ist ein neuer, effektiver und sehr innovativer Baustoff zur Verstärkung von Tragwerken. Im Rahmen der laufenden Forschung stehen die weitere Verbesserung des Verstärkungsverfahrens und die stetige Weiterentwicklung der Faser‐Matrix Kombination im Mittelpunkt der Untersuchungen. Aufgrund der hohen Garnzugfestigkeiten sind bei Verwendung textiler Bewehrungen aus Carbon sehr effektive Verstärkungen herstellbar. Bei ungünstiger Konfiguration der textilen Bewehrungen können jedoch verbund‐ und festigkeitsschädigende Rissbildungen innerhalb zugbeanspruchter Textilbetonbauteile auftreten. Diese Rissbildungseffekte werden in Abhängigkeit von der Belastung maßgeblich durch die wirkenden Verbundkräfte und die verarbeitungsbedingte Garnwelligkeit beeinflusst. Dabei ist die Gefahr eines Verbundversagens durch Delamination besonders in den Bereichen der Lasteinleitung in die textile Bewehrung, wie z. B. Endverankerungen und Übergreifungsstößen, kritisch. Dies führt zu einer Reduzierung der nutzbaren Zugtragfähigkeit der textilen Bewehrung im Gesamtbauteil. Um die Effizienz der textilen Bewehrung zu erhöhen, wurde daher ein verbessertes Textilherstellungsverfahren auf Basis der Nähwirktechnik entwickelt. Dadurch wird die ungünstig wirkende Garnwelligkeit deutlich reduziert. Der vorliegende Aufsatz beschreibt vergleichende Untersuchungen der Verbund‐ und Festigkeitseigenschaften zugbeanspruchter Textilbetonbauteile. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass mit der Entwicklung des erweiterten Nähwirkprozesses ein maßgeblicher Schritt im Hinblick auf eine weitere Verbesserung der Eigenschaften des Textilbetons erreicht werden konnte. Efficiency Increase of Textile Reinforced Concrete by Use of Textile Reinforcements from the Extended Warp Knitting Process The composite material textile reinforced concrete (TRC) is a new, effective and very innovative method for the strengthening of load bearing structures. Apart from further improvements to the strengthening methods, a continual further development of the fibre‐matrix combination is at the centre of ongoing research. Due to the high tensile strengths of textile reinforcements made of carbon, it enables very effective strengthening of concrete constructions. However, if the textile fabrics are unfavourably configured, bond and strength damaging crack formations within TRC members can occur. Depending on the load, these crack formation effects are substantially influenced by the bond and the size of yarn undulation, which depends on the processing of the fabric. The danger of bond failure by delamination, which particularly occurs in areas of concentrated load introduction into the textile reinforcement, such as final anchorages and overlaps, is especially critical. It results in a reduction of the usable tensile load bearing capacity in the entire member. For this reason, an improved textile manufacturing method based on warp knitting technology was developed. By means of this method, yarn undulation can be reduced considerably. The article on hand describes comparative examinations of the bond and strength properties of tensile loaded TRC elements. The results show that the development of the extended warp knitting process was a substantial step toward a further improvement of the properties of TRC.  相似文献

The Italian construction industry was rocked by the scandals regarding procurement by the public sector during the early 1990s. Although not confined to construction, the role of the state in construction demand meant that it was one of the most heavily implicated sectors. Known as 'tangentopoli', the scandals have prompted a major reform of public sector procurement in the Italian industry which, combined with changes required to conform with EU directives, is leading to a profound cultural change in the industry. This paper provides an authoritative review of the changes in the procurement codes and the roles and relationships within the construction industry. It shows how the project management of public sector programmes is being strengthened, and how the procurement of the design and construction processes is being separated to provide greater transparency in the process. Although it is too soon to tell what the actual impact of these changes will be upon construction industry practice, some suggestions are made in the concluding comments. En Italie, le secteur de la construction a ete secoue par les scandales concernant les approvisionnements par le secteur public au debut des annees 1990. Bien que n'etant pas limitee a la construction, la part de l'Etat dans la demande pour les travaux de construction temoignait que c'etait bien l'un des secteurs les plus impliques. Connus sous l'appellation de 'tangentopoli', ces scandales ont declenche une vague de reformes qui a touche les approvisionnements par le secteur public qui, combines aux changements necessaires pour se conformer aux directives de l'UE, conduisent a un profond changement culturel de cette industrie. La presente communication constitue une etude documentee des changements qui affectent les codes d'approvisionnement ainsi que les roles et les relations qui s'etablissent au sein de l'industrie de la construction. Elle montre comment la gestion de projets, lorsqu'il s'agit de programmes du secteur public, se trouve renforcee et comment la fourniture de prestations d'etudes et de travaux de construction joue en faveur d'une plus grande transparence du procede. Bien qu'il soit trop tot pour dire quel impact auront ces changements sur les pratiques dans le secteur de la construction, l'auteur conclut en faisant certaines recommandations.  相似文献

Research of production and maintenance costs for alternative concepts to ensure the durability of parking buildings There is currently an intense discussion about how to ensure the durability of parking buildings. Without having carried out a comprehensive cost analysis for the alternatives for durability concepts costs are nevertheless used as an argument for or against a certain execution. In this publication the costs of various execution concepts are compared on the basis of a virtual two‐storey underground garage with standard dimensions for the two major components of ”suspended ceiling“ and ”baseplate“. For instance the cost analysis includes the production costs for the minimum reinforcement in dependence of the examined surface protection or of the waterproofing system respectively. Furthermore the costs for maintenance, inspection and repair among other aspects are compared in dependence of the surface protecting system for a service life of 50 years. This cost approach takes into account consists of market fluctuations as well as scheduled maintenance cycles by considering medium, minimum and maximum costs. For the suspended ceiling the following coating or waterproofing systems respectively are examined: surface protection system ”OS 11“; ”mastic asphalt (single/double layer) with asphalt sheeting ”; ”mastic asphalt (single/double layer) with surface protection systems OS 10“ and ”PMMA“ protecting surface system. For the base plate two load cases are investigated: ”water exchange zone“ (WW) and ”water pressure“ (WD) in combination with the following surface protection systems: ”OS 11“, ”mastic asphalt (single/double layer) with asphalt sheeting“ and ”OS 8 with accompanying crack treatment“. For the ongoing maintenance costs, engineering values are chosen in accordance to the current state of knowledge. It is expected that current research projects are going to provide scientific results in the near future allowing an update of this cost analysis.  相似文献
