电针足阳明经穴对家兔胃粘膜损伤细胞保护作用的研究   总被引:24,自引:4,他引:20  
本实验采用无水乙醇灌胃造成胃粘膜损伤后 ,分别电针足阳明经“四白”、“梁门”、“足三里”三个不同段代表穴 ,及“足三里”外 2cm的对照点 ,观察其对胃粘膜损伤后的细胞保护作用 ,以证实足阳明经与胃的相关性。结果发现 ,分别电针“四白”、“梁门”、“足三里”7日后 ,均能使胃粘膜损伤指数显著降低。电针“足三里”后 ,胃液及胃粘膜PGE2 与其他各组比较均显著增高 (P <0 0 5或 0 0 1 ) ,血清NO与模型组、电针“足三里”外 2cm组比较亦见明显增高 (P <0 0 5) ;电针“四白”、“梁门”、“足三里”以及空白组胃粘膜EGF与未经电针的模型组比较均有显著差异 (P <0 0 5或0 0 1 )。提示 ,电针家兔足阳明经不同节段的腧穴均对胃粘膜损伤细胞有保护作用 ,其中以“足三里”最满意 ,说明足阳明经与胃具有相关性 ,与此同时 ,同一经脉的穴位对相关脏腑的作用亦有着相对的特异性  相似文献

目的:通过观察电针不同穴位对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)及心钠素(ANP)的影响,探讨不同穴位对SHR血压影响的规律及可能机制。方法:雄性SHR60只随机分为模型组、曲池组、足三里组、神门组、肩髃组及尾尖组,每组10只。10只同体重Wistar大鼠作为正常组。分别电针"曲池""足三里""神门""肩髃"及尾尖,连续波,频率2Hz,强度2mA,电针30min。使用无创血压测量系统检测针刺前后各组大鼠收缩压和舒张压,放射免疫法检测血浆AngⅡ、ALD及ANP含量。结果:曲池组、足三里组、神门组收缩压及舒张压较针刺前及模型组均明显降低(P<0.05);肩髃组、尾尖组收缩压及舒张压与针刺前及模型组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);曲池组和神门组治疗后收缩压低于肩髃组和尾尖组(P<0.05);曲池组、足三里组及神门组舒张压较肩髃组及尾尖组显著降低(P<0.05)。模型组血浆AngⅡ显著低于正常组,血浆ALD水平显著高于正常组(P<0.05);曲池组、足三里组、神门组血浆AngⅡ及足三里组、神门组ALD水平与模型组比较显著下降(P<0.05);神门组血浆AngⅡ及ALD水平低于尾尖组(P<0.05)。模型组血浆ANP水平显著低于正常组(P<0.05);治疗后神门组血浆ANP水平显著高于模型组和肩髃组(P<0.05)。结论:电针"曲池""神门""足三里"可以即刻降低SHR血压,其降压作用可能与对血浆AngⅡ、ALD及ANP的调整作用有关,并有一定的穴位特异性作用。  相似文献

目的 :观察电针对狗胃粘膜血流量的调控作用及其与血浆、胃粘膜组织中内皮素水平变化的关系 ,以探讨电针对胃粘膜保护作用的机制。方法 :将 2 0条狗随机分为四组 :空白对照组、非经非穴组、“上巨虚”组、“足三里”组 (每组 5条 )。采用激光多普勒血流仪监测狗胃粘膜血流量的变化 ,同步测定血浆及胃粘膜组织中内皮素含量 ,并观察其变化规律。结果 :给予电针 3 0min ,停针 3 0min后“足三里”组胃粘膜血流量较针前显著升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,血浆及胃粘膜组织中内皮素含量显著下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,电针后“上巨虚”组仅血浆内皮素含量较针前下降 (P <0 .0 5) ,而胃粘膜血流量及胃粘膜组织内皮素含量无显著变化 ,其他组各监测指标无显著变化。结论 :电针可使狗胃粘膜血流量增加 ,对胃粘膜具有保护作用 ,这种变化与影响胃粘膜血流量某些脑肠肽的含量改变有关 ,具有一定的穴位特异性  相似文献

目的:探讨电针“足三里”对胃粘膜损伤大鼠保护作用的机制。方法:Wistar大鼠30只,雌雄各半,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、电针“足三里”组,每组10只。采用乙醇灌胃造成胃粘膜损伤大鼠模型,观察电针“足三里”对损伤指数(LI)、胃粘膜血流量(GMBF)、血清一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素(ET)的影响。结果:胃粘膜损伤模型存在GMBF下降、LI升高、血清NO下降及血浆ET升高。电针“足三里”后可使NO回升,ET回降,GMBF亦明显增加,LI下降。结论:电针“足三里”对胃粘膜损伤起保护作用,其机制可能与调节血中NO、ET水平有很大关系。  相似文献

目的 :观察电针“足三里”、“三阴交”穴对胃酸分泌的影响及血浆、胃液GAS、EGF的变化 ,比较阴阳经穴对脏腑功能影响的差异关系 ,探讨电针调节胃酸分泌的机制。方法 :75只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、非经非穴组、“足三里”穴组、“三阴交”穴组和联合穴位组 ,测定空腹胃液量、胃液 pH值及胃液酸度 ,同时放免法测定血浆和胃液胃泌素 (GAS)、表皮生长因子 (EGF)含量。结果 :电针后“足三里”穴组和“三阴交”穴组胃液量均显著减少 (P <0 .0 1 ,0 .3 0± 0 .1 1mL ,0 .43± 0 .0 7mL ,与 0 .63± 0 .1 2mL对照 ) ,胃液 pH值变化不大 ,前者胃液酸度明显下降 (P <0 .0 5,3 0 .5± 3 .3mmol/L ,与 40 .9± 8.9mmol/L对照 ) ,后者无变化。二穴联合酸度显著下降 (P <0 .0 1 ,2 8.3± 4.5mmol/L ,与 40 .8± 8.9mmol/L对照 )。“足三里”穴组胃液胃泌素显著下降 (P <0 .0 5,2 72 .6± 60 .8ng/L ,与 2 84.3± 3 1 .9ng/L对照 ) ,EGF显著升高 (P <0 .0 1 ,3 .2 2± 1 .1 μg/L ,与 1 .8± 0 .4μg/L对照 ) ,“三阴交”穴组胃液GAS升高 (P <0 .0 1 ,453 .9± 8.1 1ng/L ,与 2 84.3± 3 1 .9ng/L对照 ) ,胃液EGF也升高 (P <0 .0 1 ,2 .6± 0 .2 μg/L ,与 1 .8± 0 .4μg/L对照 ) ,各组胃液EGF和GAS均无相关性 ,“  相似文献

Experiments were carried out on rats anaesthetized with uraethane. The sponta-neous discharges and nociceptive responses of convergent neurons in the right trigerninal nucleus cau-dalis(TNC) to noxious stimuli at receptive field (cheek) were recorded extracellularly with glass mi-cro-electrode. Electroacupuncture (EA ) was applied at bilateral " Xiaguan" (ST 7 on face ) or "Zusanli" (ST 36 on shank) acupoint with Iow (2V) and high (18V) intensity. The noclceptive re-sponse of convergent neurons in TNC could be inhihited by low intensity EA applied at "Xiaguan" butnot "Zusanlil", showing the specificity of acupoints. High intensity EA at either "Xiaguan" or "Zusan-li" also reduced the nociceptive responses, showing the analgesic extensiveness of acupoints. We sug-gest that "the gate of control" mechanism plays a main role in low intensity EA and "diffuse noxiousinhibitory controls" (DNIC) rnechanism does so in high intensity EA.The results suggest that we should pay attention to the location of acupoints,  相似文献

Objective: To investigate the specificity of the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) at different acupoints on gastric functional activity and gastric blood flow after colorectal distension (CRD) in the rat.Methods: Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: a control group,a Zusanli group,a non-point group,a Taichong group and a Neiguan group.Rats were anesthetized after 18 h of fasting,and a rat model of nociceptive blood pressure elevation and abnormal electrogastrogram (EGG) and gastric tension (GT) was prepared by gasbag-induced CRD.EA was given bilaterally,and its effects on gastric blood flow (GBF) of the arcus vasculosi of the greater omentum,blood pressure,EGG fast wave properties,and gastric smooth muscle tension (GT) were quantified.Results: CRD induced an increase in blood pressure that was significantly inhibited by EA at all points (all P<0.05),and the inhibitory effects were greater in the Zusanli and Neiguan groups compared to the non-point group (both P<0.05).CRD also caused reductions in GT and GBF,and in the amplitude,frequency and duration of EGG waves (all P<0.05).These effects were also reversed by EA.The effects of EA on EGG wave amplitude,GT,and GBF were superior in the Zusanli group compared to the Taichong group,Neiguan group,and the non-point group.Conclusion: EA significantly counteracted CRD-induced changes in blood pressure,GBF,EGG; and GT.The effects of stimulation at Zusanli (ST 36) were significantly greater compared to other points,indicating relative specificity of this acupoint.  相似文献

目的:通过对针灸治疗肠易激综合征相关古代文献的归纳和整理,总结用经选穴应用规律。方法:以《中华医典》(第五版)中针灸推拿分部作为检索源,将有关腹泻型肠易激综合征的内容进行整理、分类,并建立数据库。对穴位频数及归经进行归纳和整理,运用Clementine 12.0软件,采用Apriori算法进行关联分析,运用SPSS 22.0软件进行聚类分析。结果:本研究最终获得针灸有效处方204条,共有77个穴位(含经外奇穴1个)。腧穴总频数为1004次,频数最高的穴位分别是天枢、脾俞、足三里,特定穴中使用频率最高的是背俞穴和募穴。关联分析支持度排前五位的是足三里→天枢、下脘→天枢、中脘→足三里、天枢→足三里、天枢→中脘。聚类分析将频数超过20次的穴位分成4个聚类群:天枢-下脘-足三里-中极、胃俞-脾俞-中脘、阴陵泉-公孙-三阴交、其余诸穴。结论:古代文献中针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征用穴较为广泛,以腹部的穴位为主,注重足太阳膀胱经、足阳明胃经、任脉及特定穴的运用,常采用俞募配穴法。  相似文献

目的:观察电针不同穴位后小鼠肝组织内ET-1、NO含量变化,探究电针对小鼠肝脏血管活性物的影响以及电针不同穴位效应的差异。方法:将实验动物随机均分为电针足三里组、电针曲泉组、电针非经非穴组和对照组;各电针组电针30min和对照组不电针30min后,用放射免疫法检测各组肝组织内内皮素-1(ET-1)含量,用硝酸还原酶法检测各组肝组织内一氧化氮(NO)含量;分析比较各组肝组织内ET-1、NO含量水平的差异。结果:肝组织内ET-1平均含量水平为对照组>电针非经非穴组>电针曲泉组>电针足三里组;NO平均含量水平为电针足三里组>电针曲泉组>电针非经非穴组>对照组;电针曲泉组、电针非穴组、对照组肝组织内NO平均含量与电针足三里组比较,电针非穴组、对照组肝组织内ET-1平均含量与电针足三里组比较,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组肝组织内ET-1平均含量与电针曲泉组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针作用可使正常小鼠肝组织内NO含量增高,ET-1含量降低;这一效应具有穴位特异性,即电针足三里穴产生的效应最强。  相似文献

The nucleus of solitary tract(NTS) is a primary center for both visceral afferents and somatic afferents.Previous experiments demonstrated that NTS is associated with the connection of the stomach and acupoints in Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming(ST Meridian).In this study, extracellular recording and immunochemistry method were used to analyze the discharging neurons and c-Fos protein expression in NTS after electroacupuncture at different acupoints and non-acupoint.A total of 104 discharging neurons were detected in the NTS of 52 rats, of which, 86 were provided with complete data.After acupuncturing at Sibai(ST2), Zusanli(ST36), Neiting(ST44), Quanliao(SI18) and non-acupoint, the response neuron occurring rates(RNORs) in NTS were 65.12%, 51.16%, 46.51%, 34.88% and 31.40% respectively.For RNORs, there was a significant difference among Sibai(ST2), Zusanli(ST36), Neiting(ST44), Quanliao(SI18) and nonacupoint(P0.01 or P0.05).Accordingly, in other 48 rats, the number of c-fos immunoreactive(c-fos-IR) neurons in the NTS after electroacupuncture(EA) at Sibai(ST2) was significantly higher than that of at other acupoints and non-acupoint(P0.05 or P0.01).Both EA at Zusanli(ST36) and Neiting(ST44) increased c-fos-IR neurons significantly compared with that of at Quanliao(SI18) and non-acupoint(P0.05 or P0.01), while there was no difference between EA at Quanliao(SI18) and nonacupoint(P0.05).The experiments demonstrated that the afferent convergence in NTS is different by body surface point stimulus, which suggested that NTS might be a primary center in the central nervous system(CNS) which received acupoint stimulus from ST Meridian.  相似文献

目的:观察电针对足底切口痛大鼠痛阈、下丘脑和脊髓内β-内啡肽(β-EP)、中缝背核(DRN)内5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响,探讨电针对足底切口痛大鼠的镇痛作用机制。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、电针穴位组、电针非穴位组,每组8只。采用足底切口复制痛模型。电针穴位组选取右侧"足三里""昆仑"穴,电针非穴位组选择两穴位旁开3mm非穴位处,每天电针1次,每次20min,治疗3次。观察各组大鼠痛阈变化,采用酶联免疫分析法、免疫组化法测定下丘脑、脊髓内β-EP以及DRN内5-HT的表达水平。结果:模型组大鼠机械痛阈及热痛阈均较正常组明显降低(P0.05);下丘脑β-EP含量较正常组明显升高,β-EP阳性细胞数明显增多(P0.05);DRN内5-HT表达水平较正常组明显升高(P0.05)。治疗后,电针穴位组大鼠的机械痛阈和热痛阈明显高于模型组和电针非穴位组(P0.05);下丘脑β-EP含量和阳性细胞数较模型组与电针非穴位组明显升高(P0.05);DRN内5-HT表达水平较模型组和电针非穴位组明显升高(P0.05)。各组脊髓内β-EP含量的变化差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:电针对大鼠足底切口疼痛的镇痛作用可能是通过提高下丘脑β-EP含量进而激活DRN内5-HT的表达介导。  相似文献

目的 :探讨原癌基因c fos在穴位电针对胃运动影响中的表达及其意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法及电生理的方法 ,观察电针刺激“足三里”等不同穴位 ,c fos在中枢延髓的孤束核(NTS)及迷走神经背运动核 (DMV)中的表达 ,同时采用浆膜法检测胃电变化情况。结果 :电针刺激“足三里”等不同穴位c fos在NTS及DMV中的表达情况不同 ,且胃电也发生较为明显的变化。结论 :穴位电针对胃运动具有调节作用。以c fos的表达作为激活标志 ,提示这种调节作用可能是通过对NTS及DMV神经元的激活而实现的  相似文献

目的:评估穴位的组织特性(不同经络、组织、神经节段)对电针针感频率、强度及产生针感电流量的影响。方法:电针针刺21名健康志愿者,根据穴位不同组织特性配成5组:足三里vs阳陵泉(ST 36 vs GB 34,不同经络)、内关vs大陵(PC 6 vs PC 7,不同组织)、足三里vs水道(ST 36 vs ST 28,不同神经节段)、关元vs中脘(CV 4 vs CV 12,不同神经节段)、足三里vs关元(ST 36 vs CV 4,不同组织、经络、神经节段)。电针频率为15 Hz,电流量以受试者能忍受但不产生尖锐性疼痛为度,间断电针3次,通电时间共90 s。记录酸感、麻木、胀满、沉重、麻刺、压感、钝痛、热感及冷感针感和产生针感的电流量,比较配对穴位间各种针感发生的频次、强度及电流量间的差异。结果:各种针感频次在配对穴位间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),电针针刺的9种感觉中,胀满、麻木和酸感最常见和最明显,沉重、压感和麻刺次之,钝痛、热感和冷感的发生频次均较低;部分针感强度在配对穴位间存在差别,酸感、胀满、沉重感在ST 36较ST 28更强(均P<0.05),胀满、麻木在ST 36较CV 4更明显(均P<0.01),胀满在CV 4较CV 12更明显(P<0.05);电针针刺电流量在配对穴位间相近(均P>0.05)。结论:在产生针感的电流量未见明显差异的状态下,电针针感次数与穴位的不同组织间未见明显相关,穴位间针感强度的差异可能与穴位位于不同神经节段相关。不同时间电针刺激同一穴位产生的各针感频次及其强度具有相对稳定性。  相似文献

目的:观察电针对直-结肠扩张(CRD)大鼠血压、心率(HR)及心率变异性(HRV)变化的影响,比较不同穴位对内脏痛、自主神经系统变化调节效应的相对特异性。方法:45只Wistar大鼠,随机分为对照组、足三里组、非穴组、太冲组及内关组,每组9只。麻醉状态下,用肛门内气囊扩张(压力为50~60 mmHg)大鼠直-结肠5 min,电针"足三里""太冲""内关"及非穴区各15 min。电生理记录仪记录颈-胸导联心电图、HR、颈动脉平均压(MAP)及HRV,用频域测定法分析HRV的高频(HF)、低频(LF)成分,并计算其比值。结果:CRD后,大鼠MAP、HR、LF及LF/HF均明显增加(P0.05),HF变化不大(P0.05)。与对照组比较,电针后5、15 min及停针后10 min,足三里组及内关组MAP明显降低(P0.05)。电针15 min、停针10 min时内关组及停针10 min时足三里组的HR明显低于同组各自CRD期间的值(P0.05)。电针5 min时足三里及内关组,15 min时足三里、内关、太冲组,停针10 min时足三里组的LF均明显低于对照组(P0.05)。停针10 min时足三里及内关组的LF/HF明显低于对照组(P0.05)。各电针组之间的HR、LF及LF/HF值差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:电针"足三里""内关"穴可显著降低大鼠CRD后异常升高的MAP、HR及LF/HF,提示电针该两穴区可明显缓解内脏痛,良性调节CRD引起的自主神经功能紊乱,而"太冲"和后肢非穴区作用不明显。  相似文献

目的 :观察电针“足三里”对大鼠脑肠肽含量的影响及其对免疫系统的调控作用。方法 :将大鼠随机分成正常对照组、非经非穴组、免疫抑制组、“足三里”组、“足三里” +免疫抑制组。应用放射免疫法测定脑垂体和外周血P物质放免活性 (ir SP)和血管活性肠肽放免活性 (ir VIP)含量的变化 ;应用流式细胞仪技术 ,通过微量全血直接免疫荧光染色法测定外周血T细胞亚群以反映细胞免疫功能 ;应用红细胞C3b受体 酵母菌花环试验和红细胞 IC花环试验检测红细胞免疫功能。结果 :电针刺激“足三里”穴可提高正常大鼠和免疫抑制大鼠的细胞免疫功能和红细胞免疫粘附功能 ,同时 ,脑垂体和外周血中ir SP、ir VIP的含量也明显升高。结论 :针刺治疗可以提高机体免疫力 ,其机理可能与相应脑肠肽的合成和释放增多有关 ,并通过这些免疫递质对神经 内分泌 免疫调节网络发挥作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨电针对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)大鼠白介素-18(IL-18)的影响及治疗NAFLD的机制。方法:将44只SD大鼠随机分为造模组33只,空白组11只。造模大鼠喂养高糖高脂饲料5周制备NAFLD模型,造模成功后,随机分为模型组、电针组和非穴组。电针组针刺"足三里""丰隆""三阴交""太冲"穴(连续波,频率2Hz,强度1.5V),非穴组针刺大鼠尾巴中1/3段随机4处,每日治疗1次,连续4周。采用全自动化学分析仪检测大鼠空腹血糖(FBS),放射免疫法检测空腹胰岛素(FINS),计算空腹胰岛素抵抗指数(FIRI),采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测血清及肝组织匀浆IL-18含量变化,HE染色观察肝组织病理学改变。结果:针刺4周后,模型组FBS、FINS、FIRI、肝组织和血清IL-18与空白组比较都显著升高(P<0.01),模型组肝组织出现不同程度的脂肪变性;电针组FBS、FINS、FIRI、肝组织匀浆IL-18和血清IL-18与模型组比较都显著下降(P<0.05),电针组肝组织内脂肪性变减轻;非穴组FBS、FINS、FIRI、肝组织匀浆IL-18和血清IL-18与模型组比较变化都不明显(P>0.05),非穴组肝组织内脂肪性变无明显改善。结论:电针可能通过降低肝组织及血清IL-18,阻断多糖攻击肝脏所致的损伤作用,改善肝脏功能,而实现对NAFLD大鼠的治疗作用。  相似文献
