伏牛山森林生态系统灌木植物功能群分类   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4

伏牛山国家级自然保护区位于中国东部亚热带和暖温带的过渡区,植被优势种明显,以灌木优势种为主体进行植物功能群分类,可以对森林生态系统的功能、框架结构及类群分布有一个明确的认识.采用群落生态学的调查方法,在伏牛山南北坡设置66个典型样方.根据调查结果,通过计算重要值,选取优势度相对较大的灌木树种进行种间联结及相关性分析,以X2(卡方)检验为基础,结合联结系数AC和共同出现百分率PC来测定灌木优势种间的联结性,根据优势种间的联结性及其在海拔梯度上的变化异同来划分植物功能群,把灌木优势种划分为7组植物功能群.植物功能群间物种表现出显著正联结,一起在同一生境中出现的几率较大,在长期的生长演化过程中,能适应相似的资源环境和对干扰有相似的响应,所以将其划分同一组植物功能群.植物功能群内有一些重要的形态特征有相似之处,功能群间的形态特征有明显的区别,如叶片的大小、形状等,功能群的这些相似及区别还需要生理生态学的进一步研究.  相似文献

伏牛山国家级自然保护区是中国东部森林样带中的亚热带和暖温带的结合点,随着环境梯度(海拔)的变化,林下植物优势种变化明显.草本植物对环境的反应较为敏感,能较好的反映出植被与环境的动态关系.采用群落学调查方法,对伏牛山南北坡的植被进行调查.以X2检验为基础,结合联结系数AC和共同出现百分率PC来测定草本层优势种间的联结性,根据优势种间的联系性及其在海拔梯度上的变化异同,以优势种为主体划分伏牛山自然保护区林下草本植物功能群.研究结果表明,以优势种为主体对森林生态系统草本植物进行功能群划分可行性高,有较强的代表性.对草本优势种共划分了7组植物功能群:Ⅰ"伴人型",Ⅱ"高山型",Ⅲ"阴湿型",Ⅳ"耐旱型",Ⅴ"林隙型",Ⅵ"基础型",Ⅶ"原始型".每一组都有其特定的分布区域和形态特征,较好了反应出环境与植被的动态关系,为今后森林生态系统研究和植物功能群划分寻找新的思路.  相似文献

Quercus wutaishanica is warm temperate deciduous broad leaved forest region one of the typical vegetation types. Qwutaishanica vegetation types as a representative of Shanxi, is the main part of shanxi forest. Past research focuses on the subject of Qwutaishanica results, the study of the herb layer seldom reported. The understory layer dominant species of Qwutaishanica community on Qiliyu of Taiyue Moutains, whose abundances clearly vary along environmental(altitudinal) gradients.Herbaceous plants highly responsive to changes in environmental conditions that reflect the dynamic relations between vegetation and environment. In this paper, using the method of sample, investigated the community of Qwutaishanica on Qiliyu of Taiyue Moutains, Shanxi. We used the results of this investigation to calculate species importance values and frequency, which were used to identify 27 dominant species in herbages. χ2 tests, together with association coefficient and percentage cooccurrence, were used to measure interspecific associations of the dominant species of herbaceous. Plant functional types (PFTS) were defined according to interspecific associations and cluster analysis of the dominant species. In studies of forest understory plant assemblages, designating PFTs according to dominant herbaceous species is feasible. Dominant herbaceous species formed seven PFTs: each with its unique spatial distribution and morphological characteristics, are identifiedⅠ.amphigenous Ⅱ.pelouse edge Ⅲ.wet sparse Ⅳ.gap drought resistant Ⅴ.hill edge Ⅵ.alpine Ⅶ.dank. Plant functional types(PFTs) of herbaceous plants varies with altitude gradients, which reflect the relationship between Qwutaishanica and environment well.  相似文献

为明确山脉过渡区森林群落的建群种,以及验证植物多样性是否符合"中间高度膨胀"理论,沿天津最高峰聚仙峰设置海拔样带,分析得出:(1)乔木、灌木和草本层优势种垂直变化规律不同。乔木层物种组成具有变化规律,研究区下部是槲栎和栓皮栎,随海拔升高核桃楸占优势并混生油松,然后蒙古栎占优势地位,至山顶发展为紫椴和蒙古栎混交林,槲栎和栓皮栎为伴生种,可见栎属植物不仅在各海拔段均有分布,而且优势地位显著,是该区群落的建群种;灌木层以小花溲疏为各海拔段绝对优势种;草本层优势种无规律。(2)α多样性指数具有垂直变化规律。物种多样性S在600~700 m(中低海拔)最高;Simpson指数在800~900 m(中高海拔)最高,群落信息量和复杂度达到最大值;Shannon-Wiener和Pielou指数均为双峰格局,数值在700~800 m(中海拔)低于两侧。因此,燕山和太行山脉过渡区聚仙峰的物种多样性不支持"中间高度膨胀"理论。研究结果和结论丰富了山脉过渡区生态学理论,也提供了北方山地植物多样性信息。  相似文献

以浙江天台山常绿阔叶林为研究对象 ,用“空间序列代替时间变化”的方法 ,对该群落优势种群的结构和动态进行了分析 ,结果是 :甜槠、木荷、东南石栎种群的存活曲线均表现为极显著的线性关系 ,种群的年龄结构为稳定型或增长型 ,马尾松、短柄种群的年龄结构为衰退型 ,小叶青冈种群的年龄结构由稳定型趋向衰退型。用方差比率 (VR)和通过 2× 2联列表进行 X2 检验的方法 ,检验了常绿阔叶林乔木层 2 0个主要树种、灌木层 2 2个主要种类的总体相关性和各种对间的联结性。结果是乔木层、灌木层主要种类间在总体上均呈显著的正相关 ,正联结的种对多于负联结的种对。  相似文献

采用Hegyi的单木竞争指数模型对天台山的甜槠种内、种间的竞争强度进行定量分析。结果表明 ,甜槠种内竞争强度随着林木径级的增大而逐渐减小 ,种内竞争较之与其伴生树种间的竞争剧烈。甜槠种内、种间竞争强度的顺序为 :甜楮 >木荷 >马尾松 >尾叶冬青 >虎皮楠 >短柄木包 >珍珠栗。竞争木对对象木的竞争强度与对象木的个体大小服从幂函数关系 ,竞争强度和对象木个体的大小呈极显著的负相关关系。当甜槠胸径达到 30cm后 ,竞争强度变化不明显 ,说明此时该生态系统已基本达到稳定状态。  相似文献

采用多样性指数、丰富度指数和均匀度指数对山西历山森林群落物种多样性进行了研究.结果表明,各群落类型的物种多样性指数的顺序为:青榨槭+五角枫林>青榨槭+鹅耳枥林>辽东栎林>栓皮栎林>华山松+红桦林>油松+栎林>白桦林>侧柏+栓皮栎林>红桦林>华山松林>侧柏林>油松林>红桦+山杨林;森林群落灌木层多样性指数和丰富度指数大于草本层和乔木层,而均匀度指数在乔木层、灌木层和草本层则表现出多样化的趋势;海拔1 000~1 920 m之间,Shannon-Wiener指数、Hill多样性指数及物种丰富度与海拔梯度均呈正相关(P<0.05),海拔大于1 920 m则呈现负相关;这些指数沿海拔梯度的变化呈现出“中间高度膨胀”的规律,即中等海拔高度上物种多样性高而低海拔和高海拔物种多样性低.这主要是由于在中海拔(约1 900 m)地段水热条件组合较好,人类活动干扰较少所致.  相似文献

Aims Litter decomposition is a critical pathway linking the above- and belowground processes. However, factors underlying the local spatial variations in forest litter decomposition are still not fully addressed. We investigated leaf litter decomposition across contrasting forest stands in central China, with objective to determine the spatial variations and controlling factors in forest floor leaf litter decomposition in relation to changes in forest stands in a temperate forest ecosystem.Methods Leaf litter decomposition was studied by using litterbag method across several typical forest stand types in Baotianman Nature Reserve, central China, including pure stands of Quercus aliena var. acuteserrata, Q. glandulifera var. brevipetiolata and Q. variabilis, respectively, and mixed pine/oak stands dominated by Pinus armandii and Q. aliena var. acuteserrata, as well as stands of pure Q. aliena var. acuteserrata trees ranging in stand age from ~40 to>160 years. Measurements were made on litter mass remaining and changes in litter chemistry during decomposition over a 2-year period, along with data collections on selective biotic and environmental factors. A reciprocal transplant experiment involving Q. aliena var. acuteserrata and Q. variabilis was concurrently carried out to test the occurrence of 'home-field advantage (HFA)' in local forests when only considering contrasting oak tree species. Correlation analyses and path analyses were performed to identify the dominant drivers and their relative contributions to variations in leaf litter decomposition.Important findings Significant variations were found in the rate of leaf litter decomposition among stands of different tree species but not among stand age classes. The values of decay constant, k, varied from 0.62 in Q. aliena var. acuteserrata stands to 0.56 in Q. variabilis stands. The reciprocal litter transplant experiment showed that the rate of leaf litter decomposition was on average 5% slower in home-fields than on reciprocal sites. Path analysis identified litter acid-unhydrolyzable residue (AUR) to N ratio, soil microbial biomass carbon (MBC), soil pH and soil organic carbon (SOC) as most prominent factors controlling the rate of leaf litter decomposition, collectively accounting for 57.8% of the variations; AUR/N had the greatest negative effect on k value, followed by weaker positive effects of SOC and MBC. Our findings suggest that tree species plays a primary role in affecting forest floor leaf litter decomposition by determining the litter quality, with site environment being a secondary factor contributing to the local variations in leaf litter decomposition in this temperate forest ecosystem.  相似文献

对子午岭油松林的主要物种进行实地调查,并根据林下灌木层各物种的重要值确定主要树种,然后用聚集强度指数、x2值和关联度指数对林下灌木层主要树种的空间分布格局和种间关联性进行分析.结果显示:(1)13个主要树种中除辽东栎的K值和CA值小于0外,其余种群皆表现为K>0,C>1,CA>0,I>0,m*/m>0;(2)x2检验显示,大多数树种种间关联性不显著;(3)种间关联度分析显示,树种呈正联结的共计36对,呈负联结的也有36对,有6对是关联强度低的种对.结果表明,在子午岭油松林中辽东栎与其它树种相比,具有广泛均匀分布的倾向,与其它树种之间存在强烈的竞争关系,辽东栎树种具有一定的种间竞争扩张优势.  相似文献

The lower altitudinal limit of the montane avifauna in Africa has generally been set at 1 500- 800 m, corresponding to vegetation belts of the main mountain ranges of East Africa. However, much lower limits have been reported from the East Usambaras (Tanzania), Mount Cameroon, and Bioko Island. Basilé Peak is a volcano of 3 011 m which constitutes the northern half of Bioko Island. Below 400–900 m the forest has been logged and largely replaced by cocoa plantations, but the vegetation is relatively undisturbed at higher altitudes. Annual rainfall ranges between 2 000 mm and 3 500 mm. From January 1990 to July 1992 mist-nets were set at 13 standardised stations on Basilé Peak; 1 427 birds of 71 species were captured. Previous data from non-standardised mist-netting at 6 other localities, together with sight and sound records, published data, and 1 047 skins in the collections of Museo Naçional de Ciençias Naturales (Madrid), Estacion Biologica de Donaiia (Sevilla) and the Natural History Museum (Tring) were also used to compile distribution lists. From published botanical surveys, I recognised four vegetation zones: Lowland Rain Forest up to 800 m; Mountain Rain Forest at 80CL1 800 m; Araliaceus Forest 1 800–2 500 m; and Ericaceus Stands above 2 500 m. An analysis of similarity (using the index of Czechanowski) grouped 68 bird species into altitudinal classes at 200 m intervals. This suggests a division between lowland and montane birds at 800–1 000 m, broadly coinciding with the change between Lowland and Mountain Rain Forest. There does not seem to be a discrete bird community restricted to either of the upper zones (Araliaceus Forest or Ericaeus Stands), with only the Yellow Bishop Euplectes capensis restricted to the upper 500 m of the mountain. Most species which reach the summit are found in all vegetation zones, notably the endemic subspecies of the African Goshawk Accipiter tachiro lopezi. It is suggested that low temperatures, high rainfall, and in particular the seasonal distribution of rainfall, may explain the lower altitudinal limits of the montane avifauna on Bioko and on Mount Cameroon.  相似文献

利用DIVA-GIS软件对中国栓皮栎的地理分布及气候特征进行研究,并用该软件中的Bioclim和Domain两个模型评估未来潜在分布区对气候变暖的响应.结果表明: 中国栓皮栎分布区可分为横断山脉区、云贵高原区、华北山地区、华东山丘区、辽鲁半岛区、台湾海岛区和秦岭巴山区7个亚区,跨越7个温度带、2个干湿区、17个气候区,包括8种气候类型.秦岭-大巴山-伏牛山为栓皮栎的现代多度中心.适合栓皮栎生长的年平均温度为7.5~19.8 ℃,年降雨量为471~1511 mm.Domain和Bioclim模型的受试者工作特征曲线下的面积(AUC值)分别为0.910、0.779,前者预测的高度适生区为秦岭、大巴山、伏牛山、桐柏山、大别山、云贵高原东部和西部、苏皖南部丘陵和华北部分山地.气候变暖趋势下栓皮栎潜在分布区可能向北回缩,面积减小.  相似文献

利用Hegyi的单木竞争指数模型对黄土高原马栏林区辽东栎(Quercus liaotungensis)的种内和种间竞争强度进行了定量分析.结果显示:(1)辽东栎种内竞争强度与种间竞争强度的总和大致相等,其种内及种间竞争强度均随对象木胸径的增大而逐渐减小,其关系服从幂函数规律,竞争主要发生在胸径小于15 cm的幼树阶段.(2)各组成树种对辽东栎影响程度(竞争指数)的大小顺序为:辽东栎>油松(Pinus tabulaeformis)>白桦(Betulaplatyphylla)>山杨(Populus davidiana)>杜梨(Pyrus betulaefolia)>湖北山楂(Crataegus hupehensis)>茶条槭(Acer ginnala)>陕西鹅耳枥(Carpinus shensiensis)>葛萝槭(A.grosseri).(3)油松是该地区的次优势种,对辽东栎有较大的竞争压力,在群落发展中可能会形成以油松占优势的混交林.(4)辽东栎胸径小于15 cm时,种内种间竞争是导致大量个体死亡的主要原因;胸径超过15 cm时,人为砍伐可能是个体死亡的主要原因.研究结果认为马栏林区混交林油松的密度不宜过大,尤其是在与未成熟辽东栎种群混交时密度应合理,应对该林区的混交林进行人工抚育,及时择伐密度过大的油松,而在辽东栎胸径达到15 cm之前择伐长势较差的植株,以促使森林群落尽快趋于稳定.  相似文献

采用改进的竞争指数模型研究安徽天柱山黄山松的种内和种间竞争强度。结果发现:(1)随对象木胸径的增大,黄山松种群因自然稀疏过程中密度调节作用,植株距离增加,种内竞争强度降低;(2)黄山松群落内其它物种虽然较多,但个体普遍较小,结果种间竞争相对较弱,种内与种间竞争关系顺序为:黄山松—黄山松>杉木—黄山松>枹栎—黄山松>其它树种—黄山松;(3)竞争强度和对象木胸径的关系服从幂函数关系(CI=AD-B),当黄山松胸径达到20cm以上时,竞争强度变化不大,所得的预测模型能很好地预测黄山松种内和种间的竞争强度;(4)改进的竞争指数模型能很好地度量黄山松的种内和种间竞争强度,改进的确定邻体范围的方法能有效地确定黄山松的竞争范围。  相似文献

运用χ2检验、联结系数和共同出现程度,测定秦岭山地油松天然次生林灌木层20个主要植物种群的种间联结性.结果表明: 在190个种对中,具有较明显正联结的种对数占总种对数的7.4%,胡枝子与胡颓子、漆树与油松、卫矛与毛樱桃等表现为极显著正联结,绝大多数种对表现为弱联结,正负联结比值均小于1.表明灌木层主要植物种群种对间联结较松散,物种之间存在一定的独立性,处于动态演替的中期阶段,群落稳定性较差.通过种间联结和聚类分析,结合生物学和生态学特征,将灌木层20个主要植物种群划分为4个功能群.同一功能群内物种的生态要求和资源利用方式相近,联结紧密,而不同功能群间联结较为松散.  相似文献

The Atlantic Forest is one of the most threatened tropical forests in the world. Leguminosae, by its great richness and dominance among arboreal stratum elements, is of major importance in the floristic composition and structure of this forest. We investigated the distribution of legume species on an altitudinal gradient to find out the altitudinal zones with higher richness of species; the altitudinal zones with greater floristic similarity; the possible presence of species that may be exclusive to certain vegetation types and the altitudinal amplitudes of those species, as well as the occurrence of species substitution along the altitudinal gradient. Therefore, thirty one studies conducted in different altitudinal levels between 5° S and 29° S were analyzed. A matrix with 142 tree species distributed in altitudinal zones (every 100 m) from sea level to 2100 m was built. The greatest species richness was observed in the Submontane Forest (50–500 m) with 92 species. The cluster analysis revealed a strong dissimilarity of the 1400–2100 m (Upper Montane) and 0–10 m zones (Restinga Forest). The Submontane and the Montane Forest share the highest number of species (38 ssp.). Forty species are unique to Submontane. Substitution of species was verified. Some species have their preferred habitat located at a specific altitudinal amplitude, as is the case of Inga laurina and I. subnuda (0–10 m), I. lanceifolia and Machaerium scleroxylon (800–1200 m). The Leguminosae, although well adapted to the first colonization and establishment of diverse environment, was poorly represented above 1500 m altitude.  相似文献

本文对贡嘎山麦吊杉群落各优势种群的分布格局进行了分析,结果表明除麦吊杉和铁杉等大型针叶树种呈随机分布外,其余优势种群皆呈聚集分布。结合种群结构的分析表明,种群的分布格局随树龄的变化是个动态因子,并与微环境条件的变化有关。通过种间联结系数半矩阵的分析,对62种乔木的种间联结、种群分布与生态幅度进行了描述,划分出麦吊杉群落中不同的生态组合,表明各种群间也有不同的竞争和结合关系,但总体上显示出各生态组合的适应共性。  相似文献

2007年7月和2008年7月,采用典型取样法,沿海拔梯度对蒙山自然植被进行调查,发现区域地带性植被为麻栎(Quercus acutissima)林,主要植被类型为麻栎群落、赤松(Pinus densiflora)群落、油松(Pinus tabuliformis)群落、日本落叶松(Larix kaempferi)群落、黑松(Pinus thunbergii)群落和刺槐-麻栎(Robinia pseudoacacia-Q.acutissima)群落,麻栎群落略占优势,已具备继续向温带落叶阔叶林演替的条件基础.蒙山各层次植物物种丰富度呈现出草本层>灌木层>乔木层特征,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Simpson多样性指数整体规律为灌木层>草本层>乔木层.以蒙山森林群落不同层次的各种物种多样性指数和森林群落总体重要值为测度指标,均判断蒙山植被演替正处于亚顶极群落阶段.蒙山植物多样性沿海拔梯度呈现出近似中海拔高的单峰格局,这除受温度、湿度、人为干扰与面积外,蒙山植被亚顶极群落演替现状与所调查区域仅有800 m的海拔梯度也是重要影响因素.  相似文献

IntroductionDistribution pattern and diversity of flora was compared along an altitudinal gradient using the stratified random sampling design for identifying major plant communities of Kedarnath Wildlife Sanctuary of Garhwal Himalaya, India. The reconnaissance of flora is presented, along with the analysis of the distribution of species, genera, and families within five (5) altitudinal zones. Kedarnath Wildlife Sanctuary which is situated in the Indian Himalayas harbours a rich variety of flora and fauna. The Himalayas are recognized for diverse vegetation distributed over a wide range of topographical conditions.ResultsThe analysis of diversity within five (5) altitudinal zones was carried out and a total of 324 plant species, representing 219 genera belonging to 92 families, were found. The dominant family was Asteraceae; the co-dominant family was Rosaceae, followed by Lamiaceae and Ranunculaceae. Eight (8) families were observed in all the altitudinal zones, while forty (40) families were observed in a single altitudinal zone, and the remaining forty-four (44) families were found in more than one (1) altitudinal zone. Most of the tree species were contagiously distributed, but a few of them were randomly distributed in all the altitudinal zones. The shrubs and herbs were contagiously distributed in all the altitudinal zones. The correlation analysis (P < 0.05) between altitude and number of species showed that altitude is negatively correlated with tree (r = −0.96), shrub (r = −0.61), and herb species (r = −0.20). As per the cluster analysis of tree layer, altitudinal zone - III (2450–2650 m) and altitudinal zone - IV (2900–3100 m) were found most similar. Altitudinal zone–V (3350–3550 m) was found to be dissimilar from the other zones for herbs.ConclusionsAlthough species composition varies with altitude, but there is a complex relationship between species richness and altitudinal gradient. A decreasing pattern in both species richness and family richness for trees, shrubs and herbs, was recorded with increasing altitude. The predominant factors underlying this variability in plant species and biogeography appear to be climatic and specific to each taxonomic group.  相似文献

树木死亡作为森林生态系统中一个重要的生态学过程,研究其如何影响物种的空间分布格局及种间关联性,可以为揭示树木死亡机制及群落动态变化规律提供重要参考。本研究根据木论25 hm2喀斯特常绿落叶阔叶林动态监测样地两次木本植物调查数据,采用点格局分析方法,分析了树木死亡前后空间格局和种间关系的变化。结果表明: 样地内个体死亡前后主要表现为聚集分布,但死亡后聚集分布的物种比例较死亡前略微下降,小尺度上呈现随机分布的物种比例有所增加,个体的死亡呈非随机性死亡。在物种水平上,13个优势种的死树和活树之间在0~30 m各尺度上呈显著正关联,表明样地内优势物种个体之间种内和种间竞争作用不激烈;树木死亡前后种间关联性主要为正关联,且大部分物种种间关系在死亡前后并未发生变化,表明群落已发展到相对稳定的阶段;死亡后,在1~30 m尺度上表现为正关联的物种对比例有所增加,负关联和无关联的物种对在大部分尺度上有所减少,说明个体死亡发生后,各个物种之间的竞争压力在一定程度上有所缓解。  相似文献

栓皮栎群落是我国暖温带和亚热带落叶阔叶林的重要森林群落类型之一,也是赣北珍稀森林群落之一,在森林演替和植物资源利用中占有重要的地位。通过对江西云居山栓皮栎(Quercus variabilis)群落进行实地调查,采用区系分析、生活型谱分析、物种多样性和双向聚类等方法对其群落特征进行了研究,发现云居山自然保护区栓皮栎群落结构简单,层次明显,多样性程度不高。物种调查及区系研究结果显示,云居山栓皮栎群落维管束植物共计43科56属70种,植物区系主要以泛热带、东亚及北美间断、北温带分布为主,表现出从温带区系向热带区系过渡的特征;生活型谱以高位芽植物为主(占70%),其他生活型相对较少,反映出中亚热带森林以高位芽植物为主的特点。群落物种丰富度、多样性指数均为乔木层小于灌木层和草本层,均匀度指数分析表明,乔木层为聚集分布、灌木层和草本层为均匀分布。双向聚类分析表明,调查的5个样地均为栓皮栎群落,以乔木层物种多度可将5个样地分为3类,组成群落的24个主要物种可分为10类。  相似文献
