真空蒸馏方法以其流程短、消耗少、对环境无污染等优点,成为高纯金属,特别是低熔点金属的研究热点和工业生产中的最主要的方法之一.综述了真空蒸馏技术在高纯金属提纯方面的现状与前景,详细介绍了真空蒸馏技术的分馏机理和影响因素,包括饱和蒸气压、分离系数和蒸发速率3个方面对真空蒸馏提纯效果和效率的影响.介绍了真空蒸馏技术在高纯金属铋、锑、铟3种低熔点金属制备中的应用,并探讨了采用多种方法联合提纯获得超高纯金属的可行性,通过真空蒸馏与区域熔炼两种方法相结合制备了纯度大于99.999 9 %的超高纯铋. 相似文献

锂、镁是真空蒸馏法生产高纯金属镱工艺的重要质控指标,是影响材料性能的关键杂质。实验通过优化激光剥蚀参数,建立了激光剥蚀-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(LA-ICP-MS)测定高纯金属镱中痕量锂和镁的方法。通过试验确定的激光剥蚀工作参数如下:能量密度为8 J/cm2,剥蚀孔径为160μm,扫描速率为25μm/s,载气流量为500 mL/min,脉冲频率为10 Hz。在优化的条件下,对高纯金属镱质控样品进行测定,根据参考值计算各元素的相对灵敏度因子(RSF)分别为0.32μg/g和0.21μg/g。11次载气空白检测确定锂和镁的方法检出限分别为0.020μg/g和0.014μg/g。将实验方法用于高纯金属镱样品中锂和镁的测定,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)均小于5.0%。采用实验方法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)分别对高纯金属镱样品中的锂和镁进行定量分析,并对两种分析方法进行一致性检验。结果表明,锂、镁元素的t值均小于t0.05,10,说明LA-ICP-MS和ICP-MS两种方法结果一致性较好。 相似文献

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。 相似文献
