基于数字电路和通信电路中,常常需要单稳态触发器,特别是要求延时功能时间可以调节的单稳态触发器,采用可编程控制器的这一特殊方法来设计这一触发器,通过调整可编程控制器构成的单稳态触发器的时间常数,巧妙地完成了这一功能。该设计具有设计简单,完成方便,延迟精度高,延迟范围不受限制,延迟时间用软件就可调试,不需要对电路重新组装的特点。  相似文献

通过对三值触发器和绝热多米诺电路的研究,提出一种新颖低功耗多米诺JKL触发器开关级设计方案。该方案首先利用开关—信号理论,根据三值JKL触发器真值表,推导出三值绝热多米诺JKL触发器开关级结构式;然后利用三值JKL触发器实现三值正循环门电路和三值反循环门电路的设计;最后,经Spice软件模拟证明所设计的三值绝热多米诺JKL触发器逻辑功能正确,与常规三值多米诺JKL触发器相比,能耗节省约69%。  相似文献

基于探索微分型单稳态触发器仿真实验技术的目的,采用Multisim10仿真软件对微分型单稳态触发器的工作波形进行了仿真实验测试,给出了Multisim仿真实验方案,分析了电路由稳态进入暂态、暂态期间电容C充电、暂态结束电容C放电恢复、返回稳态的工作过程,给出缩短恢复时间的改进设计方案。结论是仿真实验可直观形象地描述微分型单稳态触发器的工作特性,有利于系统地研究电路的构成及设计。  相似文献

分析了各种多谐振荡器的电路结构及工作原理,并利用Multisim10.0对部分电路进行了仿真,重点介绍了单稳型多谐振荡器,讨论集成单稳态触发器74121定时元件RC对暂稳态的影响以及单稳型多谐振荡器的应用。Multisim软件是一种形象化的虚拟仪器电路仿真软件,它能比较快速地模拟、分析、验证所设计电路的性能,在课堂教学中引入EDA技术,使传统教学环节与先进的仿真技术相结合,实现授课的生动性和灵活性,增强学生对基本概念的理解,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养并有效提高学生综合分析、应用及创新能力。  相似文献

A simple circuit modification is presented for reducing the output jitter of the self-sustaining monostable multivibrator clock recovery circuit. Jitter is reduced by preventing the monostable multivibrator from being triggered by pulses that arrive early. Experimental results in a fibre-optic system employing the Petrovic code show that, with this modification, the jitter variance can easily be reduced by a factor of 6.  相似文献

The dynamic behavior of electrooptic bistable devices with delayed feedback is investigated theoretically and experimentally. The operation principle of the system is analyzed by the method of iterated maps. Stable, bistable, periodic, higher periodic, and chaotic solutions are discussed and realized experimentally by using an integrated Mach-Zehnder interferometer on LiNbO3as a basic nonlinear element. Taking into account the periodic modulator characteristic, the application of this device as a simple and fast bistable and monostable multivibrator is demonstrated. In addition, the synchronization properties of the astable multivibrator are investigated.  相似文献

A novel and simple clock extraction circuit is described. It is based on feedback around a monostable multivibrator resulting in a self sustaining clock signal. This paper presents two new monostable multivibrator circuits based on operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs). Both configurations use two OTAs with a few passive components. The first circuit is operated under the positive-edge triggering mode, and the second one is a negative-edge triggering mode design. The width and height of the output pulse are tunable via the bias current of OTAs or an external resistor. The proposed monostable multivibrators are more compact compared to the existing designs. In order to verify the feasibility of the presented circuits, prototypes are implemented, using commercial ICs and discrete components. In addition, the circuit principles are described and analyzed in detail. Experimental results are close to the theoretical analysis.  相似文献
