对于欠驱动连杆机构,混沌的控制和反控制研究是避免或利用其混沌运动的关键问题。在欠驱动平面五杆机构中加装一个线性弹簧,改变了机构的受力状况,从而实现了对机构混沌运动的控制与反控制。以弹簧安装位置为参数的分叉图显示,不同的弹簧安装位置可以使机构呈现出混沌运动、周期运动等多种运动形式,弹簧的安装位置可以通过螺旋机构进行调节,这样就形成了一种简单、有效的机构混沌运动控制和反控制的方法。机构运动的相图和最大Lyapunov指数验证了方法的有效性。  相似文献

Quality control of vegetable oils is becoming more stringent, and strict laws are being enforced, especially for avoiding adulteration. The public bodies that are responsible for the prevention of the adulteration of foodstuffs necessitate methods of analysis that could facilitate large-scale in situ controls. Similarly, oil producers constantly strive to speed up internal quality control. As a direct consequence, there is an increasing demand for innovative methods of analysis that could guarantee real-time in situ monitoring and provide adequate accuracy. On such bases, the present work addresses the possibility of monitoring qualitative characteristics of vegetable oils through microwave dielectric spectroscopy. To this purpose, the Cole–Cole dielectric parameters of different vegetable oils are evaluated through an innovative automatable procedure that suitably combines traditional TDR measurements, SOL calibration, frequency domain processing, TL modelling and, finally, a minimization routine. The proposed procedure is carried out first on different “pure” oils and, secondly, on some oil mixtures. The obtained results confirm that different dielectric characteristics are associated with different oils, thus confirming the considerable potential of dielectric spectroscopy for quality and anti-adulteration control purposes, especially in view of practical applications.  相似文献

Forecasting of the residual life of machine and structure elements requires consideration of the changes of the metal condition until it achieves its critical states. The failure of the KAMAZ truck spring during the cold operation period under the climatic and natural conditions of the North was studied taking the metal degradation in the zones of different loading into account. The structural damage was estimated using the microhardness and porosity parameters. The physical mechanisms that change the microhardness and the formation of the pore system in the spring steel were analyzed. It is shown that a deviation of the value of the metal microhardness from the normal distribution law is observed in the zone of development of a fatigue crack in the spring. Satisfactory resistance of the spring material to the development of a failure is revealed under the considered temperature–load conditions. A materials-engineering analysis confirmed the role of the road conditions as a more significant destructive factor during the working of the spring in the permafrost zone compared to the factor of the low temperatures.  相似文献

The dynamic friction characteristics of a reciprocating friction drive system are investigated under conditions of dry contact using 0·45% carbon steel pair. Three friction modes are found during the operation, i.e. stick-slip, sticking and a transition region. The critical operating conditions in classifying these three modes are examined under various driver speeds, normal loads and spring constants. The critical values of driver speed and normal load increase with increasing spring constant. Generally, in the friction drive system the disappearance of the stick-slip results in smooth rolling. It is also found that the slope at the first period of slip on the traction force–relative slip velocity curve would have a transition from negative to positive value when the friction mode of stick-slip changes into sticking. Moreover, results show that the sticking mode gives the best positioning accuracy with the least wear on the contact surfaces. In addition, a transition from severe wear to mild wear is found when the friction mode is transferred from stick-slip to sticking only.  相似文献

Renewable‐based lubricants are being considered as potential alternatives to petroleum‐based lubricants for various reasons, mainly increased environmental sensitivity. However, understanding the tribological performance of such vegetable‐based lubricants under elevated temperatures is critical for their industrial implementation. This study focuses on the friction and abrasion rate characteristics of soybean and sunflower base oils in comparison to a base mineral oil under sliding wear at elevated temperatures. It was found that the abrasion rate and friction were less severe for the vegetable‐based lubricants up to temperatures around 100°C. The observed performance of the vegetable‐based lubricants was verified using a kinetic reaction mechanism model of lubricant degradation. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A compact model approach of a network of spring elements for elastic loading is presented for the thermal deformation analysis of BGA package assembly. High-sensitivity moiré interferometry is applied to evaluate and calibrated the model quantitatively. Two ball grid array (BGA) package assemblies are employed for moiré experiments. For a package assembly with a small global bending, the spring model can predict the boundary conditions of the critical solder ball excellently well. For a package assembly with a large global bending, however, the relative displacements determined by spring model agree well with that by experiment after accounting for the rigid-body rotation. The shear strain results of the FEM with the input from the calibrated compact spring model agree reasonably well with the experimental data. The results imply that the combined approach of the compact spring model and the local FE analysis is an effective way to predict strains and stresses and to determine solder damage of the critical solder ball.  相似文献
