轧辊轴承是铝材轧机的重要组成部分,轧辊轴承油的泄露检测是业内一大难题。定量检测轧制油中轴承油的泄露,本文尝试通过红外光谱法对轧制油中轴承油含量进行检测,试验表明波数11 0 0 c m-1左右处,吸光度随轴承油含量的增加而增加,且具有极佳的线性关系,可以制作标准曲线对轴承油进行分析。由于轧制油中通常会添加酯类添加剂,而酯类添加剂对检测轴承油的含量有影响,利用轴承油标准曲线计算出轴承油总体计算含量,减去酯类添加剂的影响,得出实际轴承油的含量。多次试验表明红外光谱法定量检测轧制油中轴承油的含量数据准确性好,方法便捷、快速。 相似文献

单体酸甲酯化后用气相色谱.质谱联用仪测定单体酸的主要组成,共鉴定出硬脂酸(32.72%)、十八烯酸(25.53%)、肉豆蔻酸(12.16%)、棕榈酸(8.51%)等15种物质。用单体酸为原料制备生物柴油的方法为:单体酸与甲醇在对甲苯磺酸催化作用下,进行酯化反应来获得脂肪酸甲酯。考察了甲醇与单体酸的摩尔比、催化剂浓度、反应时间以及反应温度对酯化率的影响。结果表明,最佳酯化反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比3:1,对甲苯磺酸用量6%,反应时间3h,反应温度60℃。在此条件下,单体酸酯化率达98%,实验所得生物柴油的主要性能指标符合ASTN质量标准,并接近O#柴油性质。 相似文献

以毛叶山桐子毛油为原料,利用容量分析方法测定其酸值、碘值及皂化值。以甲酯化方法对山桐子油进行处理后,用GC-MS法对脂肪酸组成和相对含量进行测定,结果显示其碘值为52.15g·(100g)^-1,皂化值195.39mgKOH·g^-1,主要脂肪酸为反式-9,12-十八碳二烯酸、棕榈酸、棕榈油酸等,反式-9,12-十八碳二烯酸含量最高,达59.54%。 相似文献

Triglyceride composition and fatty acid profiles of pomegranate seed oil were evaluated by newly developed methods in reverse‐phase‐high performance liquid chromatography (RP‐HPLC) and gas chromatography (GC), respectively. Different compositions of the mobile phase (acetone and acetonitrile) and flow rates for the HPLC system were used to obtain better separation for accurate quantitative analysis. Triglycerides with conjugated fatty acids (CLnAs) were eluted in order of the polarity of their geometrical isomers (c, t, c < t, t, c < t, t, t). The dominant triglyceride was found to be PuPuPu (32.99 %) in pomegranate seed oil, followed by PuPuCa and PuCaCa containing punicic acid and catalpic acid with total triglyceridelevels of 27.72 and 10.11 %, respectively. For fatty acid composition analysis, triglyceride fractions were derivatized into their respective methylesters which were injected into gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry (GC‐MS) to identify and gas chromatography‐flame ionization detector (GC‐FID) to quantify the conjugated fatty acids of each fraction of triglycerides. Punicic acid was found to be dominant (76.57 %) followed by catalpic acid (6.47 %) and β‐eleotearic acid (1.45 %). Pomegranate seed contained greater amounts of conjugated linolenic acids. These results showed that the present study provides more information about the composition of the triglyceride and fatty acid profiles of pomegranate seed oil compared to the reported studies. Therefore, the developed methods in this study can be used for the identification of the triglyceride and fatty acid composition for pomegranate seed oils and some such specials edible oils including CLnA isomers. 相似文献

Hot melt polyamides exhibit high adhesive strength. The polyamides synthesized from dimer fatty acids and diamines can present low crystallinity and a broad range of melting temperatures. In this work, polyamides with different compositions of dimer fatty acids, piperazine, ethylenediamine, sebacic acid and stearic acid and different content of secondary diamine (piperazine) and primary diamine (ethylenediamine) were synthesized. Polyamides with higher purity of dimer acids showed greater molecular weight, adhesion performance and a better mechanical resistance evaluated in stress/strain test. Softening point increased with increase in monomers content. By differential scanning calorimetry analysis, it was observed that polyamides with low percentage of monomer content show only one narrow melting peak in 100 °C. The increase in the acids monomer content leads to a larger temperature range of melting peak. The use of dimer fatty acid with a low content of monomers (up to 6%) in the polyamides synthesis promotes the formation of hot melt adhesives with good adhesion performances. The lowest monomer content leads to an increase in molecular weight, viscosity and mechanical properties of polyamide. Increase in the content of primary amines in polyamides increases crystallinity, viscosity and mechanical properties due to the higher number of hydrogen bonds formed by amide groups. 相似文献

以乙醚为溶剂,采用索氏抽提法提取樱桃仁粗脂肪油,分别用氢氧化钾/甲醇碱催化甲酯化法和N,O-二(三甲基硅烷)乙酰胺硅酯化法进行衍生化处理,通过气相色谱/质谱联用技术分析脂肪酸的组成。结果显示,粗脂肪油提取量24.6%,主要成分为亚油酸、油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、亚麻酸以及二十碳二烯酸等,其中多不饱和脂肪酸占大部分,两种衍生化方法测得其总含量分别为79.21%和64.25%,三甲基硅酯化法是一种更全面的分析测定樱桃仁脂肪酸组成的衍生化方法。 相似文献
