基于Web使用挖掘的思想,通过在Web日志文件中加入用户页面动作记录,结合浏览页面和页面行为两方面的内容,设计算法计算支持度计数,进行关联规则挖掘,力图提取更加准确的用户购买模式;参照这些模式,利用一种混合模式算法对Web站点匿名访问用户的购买概率进行预测,建立预测模型,并给出了实验结果分析.提出的模型对企业的客户关系管理具有积极的意义.  相似文献

We analysed the effect of a well designed website in terms of five indicators: purchase intention, positive attitudes, trust, satisfaction and perceived risk. These effects (measured by 21 items) were successfully combined into a single construct using Rasch's Model. The construct was then tested by building a website designed by experts for a fictitious clothes company. It was compared with four less-well-designed websites created by modifying the well designed website by removing one of the four major constructs [web security; customer service; amount and quality of information provided; and usability]. These websites were surfed by 350 consumers (in five subsamples); the experts were then asked to express their perceptions and attitudes of the sites a posteriori. The association between the five websites and the 21 items was displayed visually through a perceptual map built with DYANE software. This showed that a well designed website does not always have the best effect on all 21 items measured.  相似文献

Website stickiness, the website's ability to retain online customers and prolong his/her duration of each stay, is one of the key factors to e-commerce success. However, how to make customers stick around is still unclear to online retailers. This paper examines the antecedents as well as effect of customer's intention to stick on a website. A model is developed and tested using a survey of 434 web users. The results confirm that the web user's willingness to stick to a website is a strong predictor of his/her intention to transact. Web managers thus need to put emphasis on the creation of the website stickiness. The results of this study also suggest that the formation of the stickiness is affected by web user attitude towards a website, trust in a website and the quality of website content. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.  相似文献

Product manufacturers have spent the last years improving productivity and process efficiency in order to face increasingly competitive markets. Today, the visibility of technological innovations has become essential to achieve the targeted market. It is now very difficult for a product manufacturer to reach customers without owning a website that is visible on search engine results pages. The goal of this paper is to build information channels between a company and its customers through improving both a company’s content of information on the Web and its website rank on the Internet through search engine results pages. Company information and knowledge are distributed through multiple stakeholders. The problem of building information channels between a company and customers is solved through a collaborative and distributed approach, on the one hand, and is supported by decision-making tools, on the other hand. The paper proposes an engineering model for building information channels and improving the visibility of the company on the Web. Agents are used for the implementation of the approach. The proposed model and its implementation handle the requirements, constraints, functions and solutions for improving Web visibility. The prototype tool, called CAWIS (Computer Aided Web Information Sharing), examines Web visibility in real time and evaluates the performance of the proposed content of information. CAWIS allows an exploratory and open way for building information channels and improving the visibility of product manufacturers on the Web.  相似文献

The growing availability of information on the Web has raised a challenging problem: can a Web-based information system tailor itself to different user requirements with the ultimate goal of personalizing and improving the users' experience in accessing the contents of a website? This paper proposes a new approach to website personalization based on the exploitation of user browsing interests together with content and usage similarities among Web pages. The outcome is the delivery of page recommendations which are strictly related to the navigational purposes of visitors and their actual location within the cyberspace of the website. Our approach has been used effectively for developing a non-invasive system which allows Web users to navigate through potentially interesting pages without having a basic knowledge of the website structure.  相似文献

We examined the actions of a customer when inferring product information from electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) material at a website. We developed a customer purchase intention model and simulated various eWOM levels within this, adopting an objectivity–subjectivity dichotomy, and considering quality and preference as the major antecedents of customer purchase intention. We inferred the information that the customers had obtained from the eWOM by categorizing the customers’ responses. The eWOM was parameterized using mean and variance; products that were categorized into quality and preference goods. We considered four cases in which customers infer different product information and exhibit different reactions. Items for quality and preference goods were developed by using a card-sorting method. An experimental survey was conducted on 121 Korean Internet shopping mall users. The hypotheses were partially supported using a Partial Least Squares path comparison method. Overall, our study should provide guidance to firms in their managing eWOM systems by identifying how customers react to them at various levels.  相似文献

The tourism industry has experienced a shift from offline to online travellers and this has made the use of intelligent systems in the tourism sector crucial. These information systems should provide tourism consumers and service providers with the most relevant information, more decision support, greater mobility and the most enjoyable travel experiences. As a consequence, Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) not only have to respond by adopting new technologies, but also by interpreting and using the knowledge created by the use of these techniques. This work presents the design of a general and non-invasive web mining system, built using the minimum information stored in a web server (the content of the website and the information from the log files stored in Common Log Format (CLF)) and its application to the Bidasoa Turismo (BTw) website. The proposed system combines web usage and content mining techniques with the three following main objectives: generating user navigation profiles to be used for link prediction; enriching the profiles with semantic information to diversify them, which provides the DMO with a tool to introduce links that will match the users taste; and moreover, obtaining global and language-dependent user interest profiles, which provides the DMO staff with important information for future web designs, and allows them to design future marketing campaigns for specific targets. The system performed successfully, obtaining profiles which fit in more than 60% of cases with the real user navigation sequences and in more than 90% of cases with the user interests. Moreover the automatically extracted semantic structure of the website and the interest profiles were validated by the BTw DMO staff, who found the knowledge provided to be very useful for the future.  相似文献

Nowadays, personal information is collected, stored, and managed through web applications and services. Companies are interested in keeping such information private due to regulation laws and privacy concerns of customers. Furthermore, the reputation of a company can be dependent on privacy protection, ie, the more a company protects the privacy of its customers, the more credibility it gets. This paper proposes an integrated approach that relies on models and design tools to help in the analysis, design, and development of web applications and services with privacy concerns. Using the approach, these applications can be developed consistently with their privacy policies to enforce them, protecting personal information from different sources of privacy violation. The approach is composed of a conceptual model, a reference architecture, and a Unified Modified Language Profile, ie, an extension of the Unified Modified Language for including privacy protection. The idea is to systematize the privacy concepts in the scope of web applications and services, organizing the privacy domain knowledge and providing features and functionalities that must be addressed to protect the privacy of the users in the design and development of web applications. Validation has been performed by analyzing the ability of the approach to model privacy policies from real web applications and by applying it to a simple application example of an online bookstore. Results show that privacy protection can be implemented in a model‐based approach, bringing values for the stakeholders and being an important contribution toward improving the process of designing web applications in the privacy domain.  相似文献

By applying the web content accessibility guidelines to a website the amount of possible users who can successfully view the content of that site will increase especially for those who are in the disabled and older adult categories of online users. We present the results of assessing the compliance of a selection of websites with guidelines set out by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). It was found that most sites evaluated were inaccessible to those with disabilities. Only one of the selected sites passed all three priority levels set out by the WAI. In many cases, minor modifications to sites will make them accessible to people with disabilities. Therefore it can only be speculated that the reasons for lack of conformance may vary from lack of awareness of the issue, time constraints or the general stress of having to keep up with new technologies. Companies who overlook users with disabilities however may be doing so at long-term risk to their legal position, public image and ultimately business success.  相似文献

随着Internet的基础结构不断扩大和其所含信息的持续增长,Internet用户越来越感觉容易在WWW服务中“资源迷向”。提高用户访问效率的方法有页面预取技术,站点动态重构技术和web个性化推荐技术等。现有的大多数web个性化推荐技术主要是基于用户使用记录的数据挖掘方法,没有或很少考虑结合页面内容—这才是用户真正感兴趣的。该文提出一种结合用户使用挖掘和内容挖掘的web推荐服务,该推荐服务根据频繁最大前向访问路径,提出含有导航页和内容页的频繁访问路径图概念,根据滑动窗口内的最近用户访问页面内容和候选推荐集中页面内容相关性,来向用户提供个性化推荐服务。经推荐质量分析,这种方法具有较好的推荐优化能力。  相似文献

Drive-by-download malware exposes internet users to infection of their personal computers, which can occur simply by visiting a website containing malicious content. This can lead to a major threat to the user’s most sensitive information. Popular browsers such as Firefox, Internet Explorer and Maxthon have extensions that block JavaScript, Flash and other executable content. Some extensions globally block all dynamic content, and in others the user needs to specifically enable the content for each site (s)he trusts. Since most of the web-pages today contain dynamic content, disabling them damages user experience and page usability, and that prevents many users from installing security extensions. We propose a novel approach, based on Social Network Analysis parameters, that predicts the user trust perspective for the HTML page currently being viewed. Our system examines the URL that appears in the address bar of the browser and each of the inner HTML URL reputations, and only if all of them have a reputation greater than our predetermined threshold, it marks the webpage as trusted. Each URL reputation is calculated based on the number and quality of the links on the whole web pointing back to the URL. The method was examined on a corpus of 44,429 malware domains and on the top 2000 most popular Alexa sites. Our system managed to enable dynamic content of 70% of the most popular websites and block 100% of malware web-pages, all without any user intervention. Our approach can augment most browser security applications and enhance their effectiveness, thus encouraging more users to install these important applications.  相似文献

Company websites are an important instrument for relationship marketing activities. We present a methodological framework that aligns website performance assessment and marketing intelligence for evaluating the performance of relationship marketing activities. In this context, we develop an extended web mining approach that integrates managerial perspectives in the analyst’s investigation of the customer-website interaction based on historical clickstream data.This approach enables quantification of the moderating effect of a website’s structure and content regarding website-based relationship marketing. The applicability of our approach is demonstrated by clickstream data of 477,471 visitor sessions on a software developer’s website. The results provide detailed insights into the usage behavior on a website and the mechanisms to enhance e-commerce efficiency via website optimization.  相似文献
