硫酸铝钾对天然硬石膏水化的激发机理研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文采用明矾(KA1(SO4)2·12H20)和煅烧明矾(Kal(SO4)2)作为天然硬石膏水化的激发剂,探讨了硫酸铝钾对天然硬石膏水化的激发机理.结果表明:煅烧明矾对天然石膏的水化激发效果更明显,明矾与天然硬石膏生成水化中间产物K2Ca(SO4)2·H2O复盐,煅烧明矾与天然硬石膏生成水化中间产物K2Ca(SO4)2·H2O和K3Ca(SO4)2复盐.明矾加人量为5%时,3d水化率达到45.1%;煅烧明矾加人量为6%时,3d水化率达到61.5%.   相似文献

本文以天然硬石膏为原料,用硫酸钠、硫酸氢钠、碳酸钾、硫酸钾、氧化钙和复合激发剂FG为激发剂,分别测试硬石膏的3d水化率。结果表明:硫酸氢钠激发水化效果好于硫酸钠;硫酸钾的激发水化效果好于碳酸钾;在这几种激发剂中,复合激发剂FG的激发水化效果最好,FG加入3%时,3d水化率达到63.8%。  相似文献

分别采用原状钛石膏渣和其与42.5号普硅水泥复合作为矿渣的单一激发剂和复合激发剂,制备出系列过硫钛石膏矿渣水泥,并对其性能进行了系统表征。结果表明:(1)原状钛石膏渣单独激发矿渣所制备水泥的早期抗压强度较低,28 d抗压强度随着钛石膏渣量的增加而降低,钛石膏渣量高于35%后,试样软化系数趋于降低;(2)原状钛石膏渣和42.5号普硅水泥复合作为矿渣的激发剂,所制备水泥的早期抗压强度(3 d)显著提高,其中加入5%42.5号普硅水泥量试样的28 d抗压强度最高,之后抗压强度随其增加而降低,42.5号普硅水泥量超过10%后试样的抗压强度降幅趋缓;(3)原状钛石膏渣和42.5号普硅水泥复合激发矿渣水泥的水化硬化产物,主要由CSH(水化硅酸钙)凝胶、钙矾石及过剩的钛石膏共同构成。  相似文献

利用天然硬石膏为主要原料,通过掺加激发剂、减水剂、保水剂、掺合料、骨科、纤维和减缩剂等进行改性处理,研制成功了一种天然硬石膏自流平抗裂砂浆;流动度达到150mm以上,抗压、抗折强度分别达到28MPa和9MPa,粘结强度达1.2MPa,主要技术性能指标均达到或超过JC/T 985-2005地面用水泥基自流平砂浆标准要求,同时还进行的材料抗裂性能研究,极大地改善了材料的抗裂性能.试验表明,天然硬石膏自流平抗裂砂浆流动性好、平整度高、凝结快速、强度高、抗裂性好,是一种理想的石膏基自流平地面材料,值得推广应用.  相似文献

为解决粉煤灰大宗利用的问题, 研究了复合激发剂对大掺量粉煤灰水泥强度的影响及其水化的机理。结果表明:NaOH、Ca(OH)2、Na2SO4三种激发剂协同激发效果显著, 3 d及28 d抗压、抗折强度均超过42.5水泥强度指标; 最终得到粉煤灰胶凝材料的质量配比为:粉煤灰75%、熟料20%、石膏5%、激发剂3%;对制备的粉煤灰胶凝材料进行凝结时间、胶砂流动度、安定性等物理性能进行测试, 结果均达到粉煤灰水泥的国标要求。研究表明:采用复合激发剂可以提高粉煤灰的胶凝活性, 所制备大掺量粉煤灰水泥可以进行工程实用。   相似文献

为分析碱激发粉煤灰胶凝材料的力学性能,在实验室开展了不同碱激发条件下粉煤灰胶结充填体的抗压强度试验,系统分析了激发剂类型、激发剂掺量及粉煤灰掺量对充填体强度的影响规律。结果表明:当粉煤灰掺量为10%~20%时,粉煤灰基胶结充填体抗压强度均随着粉煤灰含量增加而不断增大,并且添加碱性激发剂能有效提高强度指标;添加了激发剂的粉煤灰基胶结充填体强度在各龄期段的增长速率明显高于未添加激发剂的充填体强度增长速率;粉煤灰基胶结充填体抗压强度随着激发剂掺量增加均表现出先增大后减小的趋势,并且在激发剂掺量为3%时达到最大值;此外,添加Na OH的充填体强度明显高于添加Na2Si O3的充填体抗压强度,并且对28 d抗压强度的改善效果优势更为突出;随着养护时间增加,水化反应生成的凝胶物质也逐渐增多,水化产物填充了孔隙结构从而促使充填体具有较好的承载性能。  相似文献
