介绍了质量功能展开(QFD)理论、发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)、公理设计(AD)理论的基本原理和特点,分别针对其在工程应用中的不足,建立了基于QFD_TRIZ_AD的集成过程设计模型.首先,基于客户调研需求,利用QFD构建了用户需求与功能需求的质量屋模型,借助TRIZ标准解法解决了矛盾冲突,得到基于功能需求的初步概念设计模型.其次,基于AD理论将QFD功能需求映射为技术参数,得到设计矩阵,并判断矩阵是否耦合,若非耦合矩阵则产生创新方案,否则利用TIRZ工具箱进行解耦,以达到消除耦合的目的.最后,通过基于PRO/E的概念设计和虚拟演示,验证了设计方案可行. 相似文献

提出了一种冲突网络驱动下的反向迭代产品创新设计过程模型.通过产品需求分析和TRIZ进化理论建立产品的理想解(IFR)集合,确定对应于IFR的最小冲突集合C,之后运用TRIZ的问题解决工具解决C中的冲突及新衍生的冲突,反复迭代的结果可以获得产品完整的概念设计方案.通过一个工程实例对该过程模型进行了验证和说明. 相似文献

为解决雨后广场积水给人们出行带来不便的问题,提出广场积水快速清理装置的概念具体化设计。分析和总结了广场积水快速清理装置设计与开发的方法。首先通过用户访谈方法收集用户需求,并运用语义询问方法捕捉产品设计感;其次通过功能分析建立黑箱子模型,分析聚集子功能并建立细化的功能结构;然后建立多个备选概念设计方案,利用具体化核查列表进行方案筛选并得到最优方案。在此基础上进行优化方案的具体化设计。通过以上广场积水快速清理装置的概念设计分析,深入了解了产品概念设计的全过程,从而验证了该方法的有效性。 相似文献

针对计算机辅助创新(Computer-aided innovation,CAI)技术提出的创新概念方案不能顺利地输出给CAD系统的问题,从分析具备产品的功能信息及结构信息的CAD装配结构模型入手,通过建立产品装配结构的信息模型图,分析并确定装配模型存在的问题和冲突,然后应用计算机辅助创新(CAI)技术驱动的知识工程(Knowledge based engineering,KBE)及语义处理技术集成的创新技术进行解决,进而驱动产品结构设计,创新性地解决装配结构中存在的问题,形成从构思创新方案产生-形成知识-驱动结构设计的有机创新过程,初步实现了概念设计与详细设计的集成。进而建立了计算机辅助创新(CAI)技术驱动的产品概念设计和详细设计的集成过程模型,通过无磨损蝶阀产品的创新案例验证了该模型的可行性。 相似文献

为了实现机械产品功能原理的创新,提出了一种将创新设计理论与功能分析方法相结合的功能原理求解过程模型。在该模型中,功能分析主要包括总功能抽象、总功能原理解的确定以及功能分解等。总功能原理解的确定是功能正确分解的前提。为了给功能分解提供可以遵循的模式,提出了基于工艺功能分析的方法,引入了输入约束功能的概念,并给出了功能分解的5个详细步骤。为了给原理求解提供有力的工具支持,将创新设计理论中的物场分析、效应知识库以及冲突解决原理等嵌入到了总功能和分功能原理求解过程中,使得创新设计理论的优势在模型中得以有效发挥。应用这一模型,实现了颜料灌装机的创新设计。 相似文献

In general, it is difficult to select a satisfactory product concept because the information in the early stage of design process is subjective, qualitative, and even uncertain to design engineers. The correlations among engineering characteristics for a product concept also increase the complexity of conceptual design. Moreover, it becomes important to consider not only customer requirements but also product lifecycle requirements. In spite of these problems, the resources that can be allocated in the product development are limited so that a company should select the most satisfactory product concept within its available resources. Therefore, it is useful to develop a new method for efficiently supporting conceptual design under this complex design environment. To this end, this study proposes a decision support method with extended house of quality (HOQ). With the proposed method, the best product concept and the associated investment allocation can be decided concurrently under consideration of product lifecycle factors and resource constraints. As a mathematical model combined with the extended HOQ, a mixed integer nonlinear programming model is defined and three heuristic search algorithms are developed. 为消除产品概念设计过程中可能产生的二层问题的负面影响,提出了一种基于质量功能配置与创造性解决问题理论的三种技术工具综合的产品概念设计方法。该方法通过质量功能配置的质量屋分析确定需要改善的零部件;在对零部件进行负相关分析的基础上,应用创造性解决问题理论技术工具提出解决一对质量特性负相关的方案;然后通过多次循环的质量功能配置分析与创造性解决问题理论技术工具应用,预测可能产生的二层问题并降低其负面影响,进而形成有效的产品概念设计方案。通过在某全自动洗衣机研发过程中的实际应用,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。 相似文献

Quality function deployment (QFD) is a well-known technique used for designing products and services to reflect customer needs. The first phase of QFD, usually called house of quality (HOQ), is of fundamental and strategic importance in the QFD process. Although the traditional HOQ has been successfully used for several decades, it has often been faced with a number of problems in real application cases. This paper will discuss three main problems: (1) the conceptual gap between customers and designers, (2) the existence of the possible customer segments, and (3) the need for trade-off among different levels of customer needs, which tend to come up in the early stage of the HOQ process. In order to overcome these problems, a new methodology is proposed based on the integration of two marketing research techniques: conjoint analysis and two-stage cluster analysis. Conjoint analysis is used to bridge conceptual gap and to balance different levels of customer needs. A two-stage clustering method is employed to cluster customers into different segments based on the main benefits derived from the conjoint study, and to foster the development of a product family. This paper also introduces three indices, namely, the commonality percentage, the cost reduction, and the satisfaction percentage to analyze the results of developing a generic product in comparison with a product family. 针对信息不完备条件下的方案评估问题,结合质量功能配置的群体决策特点,提出了利用质量屋的方案选择模型。对传统的质量屋结构进行了改造,以方案排序决策矩阵代替技术竞争性矩阵,从而使质量屋能够适应多属性决策需要。基于质量屋的内在模糊性和个人偏好差异,对不同决策成员的评估结果进行综合,并利用质量屋输出的技术特征权重模糊值,推导加权决策矩阵。采用模糊折衷方法确定设计方案的优先次序。实例研究表明,质量屋方案选择模型为质量屋应用于设计方案择优提供了实用化方法。 相似文献

The original concept of QFD is focused only on the voice of customers, which means that the needs of customers should be satisfied from the design stage of products. However, some problems were found in using subjective and qualitative data when constructing a house of quality (HOQ). To solve the problems, Wasserman presented a methodology to consider correlation weights on the top matrix of HOQ, but the weights are subjective data and can not guarantee consistency and objectivity. The Wasserman’s weights are randomly determined under subjective conditions. This research applies Taguchi’s robust design method as another method for obtaining the HOQ top matrix weights. With the new weights, S/N-QFD is deployed, and the result of S/N-QFD is compared with W-QFD. As an application example, with a real process and quality data of a representative company product, the relationship and the correlation between the process characteristics and the quality characteristics are analyzed. Finally, this paper presents a new QFD processing methodology to determine the weights with more consistent and objective data. 相似文献

以3P机器人设计为例,提出了基于质量功能配置的机器人产品质量控制策略.阐述了质量功能配置设计在机器人设计过程中的主要步骤,建立了产品规划、零部件配置及工艺规划和工序质量控制质量屋,通过对HOQ矩阵的分析,得出了所有技术参数的最优值.结果表明,质量功能配置能有效的控制产品开发的进度、质量和成本,能够为机器人产品的设计质量控制提供参考. 相似文献
