目的:探讨椎间盘突出症术后复发的原因及其治疗方法.方法:回顾性分析2004年12月一2009年12月我院腰椎间盘突出症术后复发患者27例.男15例,女12例;年龄39~53岁,平均46岁,初次手术术式:全椎板间盘切除术3例;半椎板问盘切除术8例;椎板间开窗间盘切除16例.初次手术至复发时为6-156个月,平均36个月,再次治疗的手术术式:扩大开窗及神经根管扩大减压术3例,半椎板切除术2例,椎间植骨融合及椎弓根内固定术22例.结果:本组无围手术期死亡病例,术后所有病例平均随访24个月,Oswestry评分从术前(52.32±9.17)分改善至(20.33±5.72)分.73.5%的患者满意.结论:腰椎问盘突出症术后复发患者根据影像学和临床表现及手术史,采用相应的手术方法,充分减压,可获得较满意的临床疗效. 相似文献

Lithium calcium borate (LiCaBO3) polycrystalline thermoluminescence (TL) phosphor doped with rare earth (Tb3+ and Dy3+) elements was synthesized by novel solution combustion synthesis. The reaction produced very stable crystalline LiCaBO3:D(D=Tb3+ and Dy3+) phosphors. These rare earth doped phosphors material showed maximum TL sensitivity with favorable glow curve shape. TL glow curve of X-ray irradiated that LiCaBO3:Tb3+ and LiCaBO3:Dy3+ samples showed two major well-separated glow peaks. The TL sensitivity of these phosphors to X-ray radiation was comparable with that of TLD-100(Harshaw). Photoluminescence spectra of LiCaBO3:Tb3+ and LiCaBO3:Dy3+ showed the characteristic Tb3+ and Dy3+ peaks respectively. TL response to X-ray radiation dose was linear up to 25 Gy. 相似文献

In this paper,Dy3+incorporated BaSi2O5phosphors were synthesized by gel co mbustion method and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The effects of various heating rate s on thermoluminescence(TL)kinetics and glow peak temperatures of Dy3+incorporated BaSi2O5phosphors exposed toβirradiation at room temperature were investigated.The glow curves of the phosphor exposed toβ-irradiation(0.1-100 Gy)consist of four main peaks located at 87,130,271,and 327℃and exhibit a good linearity between 0.1 and100 Gy.Three experimental techniques including variable heating rate(VHR),repeated initial rise(RIR),peak shape(PS)and computerized glow curve deconvolution(CGCD)were employed to determine TL kinetic parameters.Our findings indicate that the TL glow peaks of the phosphor obey first-order kinetics.Analysis of the main dosimetric peaks through the techniques mentio ned above indicates that activation energies(E)and pre-exponential factor(s)are in the range of 0.80-1.50 eV and 1.15×108-3.28×1013s-1.Additionally,it is found that the temperature of the glow peaks shifts toward the higher temperatures and the TL intensity smoothly decreases as the heating rate increases.The effect on the TL intensities and glow peak temperatu res of the heating rate is discussed in terms of thermal quenching. 相似文献

Lithium triborate (LiB3O5) was synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction method, and then rare earth oxides were doped into LiB3O5 to enhance its thermoluminescent (TL) properties. The identification and characteristics of the obtained compounds were determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analyses, differential thermal analyses (DTA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The glow curves were obtained using a thermoluminescent (TL) reader. SrSO4:Dy,Tb nanocrystalline with crystalline size in the range of 44–54 nm was prepared by co-precipitation method followed by thermal treatment and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX) and UV-visible spectrometry. Our results provided direct evidence of incorporation of impurities into nanocrystalline SrSO4. The thermoluminescence(TL) properties of SrSO4:Dy,Tb nanocrystalline pellets irradiated with gamma rays at different doses were studied. The TL glow curve of SrSO4:Dy,Tb nanocrystalline pellets had a prominent peak at around 490 K and a small peak at around 430 K. The major peak in the TL glow curve was almost resolved from other peaks, which was analyzed using Chen's peak shape method to determine the TL kinetic parameters such as activation energy, E and kinetic order, b. The intensity of main dosimetric peak of SrSO4:Dy,Tb nanocrystalline pellets at around 490 K increased linearly with the increase in gamma dose. The TL response was linear in the range of 0.1–7 kGy. These properties made it a candidate as a dosimeter to be used for estimating the high dose of gamma rays. 相似文献

The thermoluminescence (TL) and photoluminescence (PL) properties of the phosphor NaSrBO 3 :Tb 3+ were reported and discussed. The combustion technique was used for the synthesis of polycrystalline samples of NaSrBO 3 :Tb 3+ . The TL glow curve of the compound had a simple structure with a single peak at 434 K. TL sensitivity of the phosphor was found to be more than that of (LiF:Mg,Cu,P). The TL glow curve was studied as a function of concentration of dopant and dose of gamma ray irradiation. The kinetic parameters of the thermoluminescence of NaSrBO 3 : Tb 3+ were calculated employing the peak shape method. The photoluminescence (PL) properties of Tb 3+ doped in NaSrBO 3 were studied over the 200-400 nm excitation range. The excitation spectra of NaSrBO 3 :Tb 3+ consisted of single narrow band peaking at about 236 nm. The emission spectra monitored at 236 nm excitation consisted of a series of sharp lines peaking at 489, 544, 586 and 622 nm corresponding to the 5 D 4 → 7 F j (j=3,4,5,6) transitions within the 4f 8 configurations of Tb 3+ . 相似文献

目的:比较颈椎椎弓根标本与CT图像测量椎弓根相关径线的差异,为临床颈椎椎弓根置钉手术前CT图像对椎弓根相关径线测量结果的临床应用提供依据.方法:分别在27具中国成人干燥颈椎(C3~C7)标本和CT图像上测量椎弓根高度(PH、PH′)、宽度(PW、PW′)、椎弓根轴线的骨性通道全长(TL、TL′)、两种椎弓根长度(PL1、PL2,PL1′、PL2′)进行线性测量,比较标本测量结果与CT测量结果两组数据的差异.结果:在同侧颈椎标本或CT图像上,不同节PW(PW′):C3、C4<C5、C6(P<0.05),C5、C6<C7(P<0.01);PH(PH′):各节之间差异无统计学意义;TL、PL1和PL2(TL′、PL1′和PL2′):不同节间差异无统计学意义;在同一颈椎标本或CT图像上,相同节段PW(PW′)<PH(PH′)(P<0.01﹚,PL1(PL1′)<PL2(PL2′)(P<0.01).CT图像上各径线的测量值与对应标本测量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:颈椎标本与CT图像测量椎弓根相关径线结果无明显差异,提示术前CT图像测量对颈椎成功置钉手术可提供可靠的参考依据. 相似文献
