刚果(金)KAMA氧化铜钴矿具有氧化率高、泥化严重、云母及滑石含量大等特点,采用单一浮选工艺难以获得较好的选矿指标。依据原矿性质,试验制定了先浮云母、滑石等可浮性好的脉石矿物,后浮易选氧化矿,最后采用磁选回收难浮的含铜钴矿物的原则流程,对含铜2.56%,钴0.31%的原矿,小型选矿试验获得品位铜32.20%、钴1.45%,回收率铜53.98%、钴20.75%的浮选精矿和品位铜8.89%、钴1.39%,回收率铜29.44%、钴38.07%的磁选精矿,铜总回收率83.42%,钴总回收率58.81%。  相似文献

针对刚果(金)某铜钴矿嵌布粒度较细、次生硫化铜含量高、含易浮脉石较多的矿石特点,采用"原矿细磨—预先浮选脱除易浮脉石—硫氧异步混合浮选"流程进行铜钴矿物的浮选回收。采用该技术,可从铜、钴含量分别为2.98%和0.030%的原矿,获得含铜28.54%、钴0.14%,铜、钴回收率分别为93.41%、44.47%的铜钴精矿,较好地实现了铜钴资源的综合回收。  相似文献

某硫化-氧化混合型铜钴矿氧化率高并含有大量的碳质泥,用常规浮选法不能得到好的综合回收效果。通过预先浮选脱泥消除碳质泥对浮选过程的影响,然后对硫化铜钴矿和氧化铜钴矿进行异步浮选,并采用硫化剂强化氧化铜钴矿的浮选效果,试验结果表明,对含铜2.63%、钴0.04%、碳6.63%的原矿,可获得铜品位21.12%、铜回收率高达88.55%,含钴0.116%、钴回收率为31.39%的铜钴精矿。研究还发现,硫化剂硫氢化钠与硫化钠相比更有利于氧化铜钴矿物的硫化浮选。  相似文献

针对刚果(金)某铜钴矿氧化率低、直接浸出回收率低的问题,采用浮选回收硫化铜钴精矿、硫酸浸出浮选尾矿工艺流程处理该矿石。结果表明,采用硫化矿闭路浮选得到的硫化精矿中铜品位50.81%、钴品位1.62%,铜回收率24.79%、钴回收率11.10%; 浮选尾矿在液固比2∶1、硫酸用量202 kg/t条件下常温搅拌浸出3 h,铜浸出率93.98%,钴浸出率72.44%; 选冶综合回收率铜95.47%,钴75.50%,酸耗199.58 kg/t。与原矿直接硫酸浸出工艺相比,铜回收率提高了14.95个百分点,钴浸出率提高了6.93个百分点。研究成果可为同类矿物的开发利用提供技术依据。  相似文献

刚果(金)某铜钴矿废石含铜1.4%左右、含钴0.5%左右,铜、钴氧化率均在96%以上。针对以往采用的重选工艺回收率低,单一磁选工艺难以获得合格的精矿产品,传统浮选工艺回收率较高但选矿成本较高的问题,根据废石性质开发出一种低成本浮磁联合新工艺。该工艺在粗磨条件下,采用常规药剂一段浮出易选氧化铜钴矿物,浮选尾矿再用高梯度强磁选机回收难浮铜钴矿物,能获得高品位浮选产品和较低品位的磁选产品,与常规工艺相比,铜、钴回收率均大幅提高,实现了低品位铜钴资源的低成本、高效开发与利用。  相似文献

刚果(金)某氧化铜钴矿含铜3.12%、含钴0.15%,铜、钴矿物赋存状态复杂,选矿难度大,采用"硫化矿与氧化矿分步浮选-硫化粗精矿再磨-氧化粗精矿再选抛尾"的选矿工艺,实现了铜和钴的高效回收。全流程闭路试验获得硫化精矿产品含铜71.13%、含钴0.16%,铜、钴回收率分别为46.47%、2.38%;获得的氧化精矿产品含铜31.66%、含钴1.32%,铜、钴回收率分别为38.23%、36.24%;铜、钴的总回收率分别达到84.70%和38.62%。钴主要因石英、白云石、绿泥石、针铁矿或赤铁矿及硬锰矿等矿物赋存钴而损失于尾矿中。  相似文献

对新疆某含砷低品位铜钴矿进行了降砷选矿工艺试验研究,并对伴生钴进行了富集回收探索研究。通过流程及浮选药剂条件试验,确定在-74μm 80%的磨矿细度条件下,采用优先浮选铜、抑制剂抑砷、尾矿回收伴生钴工艺,得到了铜品位24.29%、铜回收率83.16%、As品位低于3‰的铜精矿产品,得到钴品位4.72‰、回收率58.04%的钴硫精矿产品。  相似文献

以赞比亚某铜钴矿为研究对象,针对铜钴矿浮选回水回用导致铜钴难以有效分离的问题,本文研究了抑制剂对钴矿物的选择性抑制和活化剂对钴矿物的活化作用。采用“一粗、一扫、三精”优先选铜,选铜尾矿采用“一粗、一扫、两精”再选钴的优先浮选工艺,可得到铜品位为31.76%、回收率为94.03%的铜精矿,钴品位为3.25%、回收率为55.29%的钴精矿。本研究可以较好地解决浮选回水回用恶化铜钴分离的问题,实现铜钴的综合回收,为同类型铜钴矿浮选回水回用提供重要技术支撑。  相似文献

以NaHS作硫化剂、水玻璃和CMC作组合抑制剂、Y-89作捕收剂、MIBC作起泡剂, 采用预先浮选脱泥、NaHS诱导同步浮选的选别工艺流程对某复合型铜钴矿进行了选矿工艺研究。原矿中铜、钴品位分别为1.14%、0.18%时, 闭路精矿产品中, 铜的品位达到24.78%, 回收率为72.66%; 钴的品位为2.75%, 回收率达到51.10%。硫化剂诱导浮选氧化矿的作用机理分析表明, 硫化剂起作用的主要组分是HS-, NaHS与Na2S对浮选回收铜都表现出了很好的适应性, 但在相同用量条件下, NaHS由于能够在钴矿物表面形成更加稳定的金属硫化物膜, 因而对钴的浮选回收效果更好。  相似文献
