磁水对冷胁迫下水稻幼苗几个生理指标的影响   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
目的:探讨不同磁场强度的磁水对冷胁迫下的水稻幼苗恢复能力的影响。方法:用不同强度的磁水对水稻种子浸种及对冷胁迫下水稻幼苗进行浇灌,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定水稻幼苗的酯酶同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶含量。结果发现,一定磁场强度的磁水能提高冷胁下水稻幼苗的过氧化物酶同工酶、酯酶同工酶活性,并提高了水稻幼苗的恢复能力。结论:用磁水处理后水稻幼苗对冷胁迫的抵抗能力增强。  相似文献

研究外源ABA对低温胁迫的水稻幼苗酯酶同工酶的影响。结果表明,水稻幼苗经7℃-10℃低温处理6d,长势明显不降,与其相应的酯酶同工酶也发生变化。外施ABA提高了水稻幼苗的抗寒能力,同样在酯酶同工酶酶谱上也有相应改变。  相似文献

本文以小桐子为材料,研究了外源脱落酸(ABA)对低温胁迫下小桐子幼苗脯氨酸积累的影响。结果表明,低温胁迫(5℃)可促进小桐子幼苗体内脯氨酸的积累,上调脯氨酸合成关键酶Δ1-吡咯琳-5-羧酸合成酶(P5CS)和鸟氨酸转氨酶(OAT)的活性,上调P5CS基因(JcP5CS)的表达,及抑制脯氨酸降解酶脯氨酸脱氢酶(Pro DH)的活性。用外源ABA处理低温胁迫下的小桐子幼苗,发现150μmol·L-1的ABA可显著提高其低温胁迫下的脯氨酸含量,上调P5CS的活性和JcP5CS的表达水平,及抑制ProDH的活性。表明外源ABA可通过活化脯氨酸合成的谷氨酸途径和抑制脯氨酸的降解途径来促进低温胁迫下小桐子幼苗脯氨酸的积累。  相似文献

在-5℃低温胁迫下,夏威夷椰子(Pritchardia gaudichaudii H.Wendl.)幼苗叶片的丙二醛(MDA)含量逐渐增加,表明膜脂过氧化作用逐渐增强;含水量不断下降;细胞保护酶中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD) 过氧化氢酶(CAT)酶活性均先升高,然后下降。冷锻炼处理可以减缓夏威夷椰子膜脂过氧化作用的增强,促进SOD酶活性的提高,同时抑制POD和CAT酶活性的变化,因而使夏威夷椰子幼苗的抗寒性得以提高,在-5℃低温胁迫下的半致死时间从1.6d延长到2.2d。  相似文献

旨在探讨外源脱落酸(ABA)对低温胁迫下小桐子幼苗耐冷性及甜菜碱积累的影响。用150μmol/L ABA处理低温胁迫下的小桐子幼苗,研究其对小桐子幼苗存活率,根系活力,电解质渗漏率,MDA含量,甜菜碱含量及其代谢关键酶BADH活性和Jc BADH基因表达水平的影响。结果表明,外源150μmol/L ABA处理可显著提高低温胁迫下小桐子幼苗的存活率和根系活力,降低电解质渗漏率和MDA含量;ABA也提高了低温胁迫下小桐子幼苗的甜菜碱含量,上调了BADH的活性和Jc BADH的表达水平。因此,ABA可提高低温胁迫下小桐子幼苗的耐冷性,并且在ABA诱发的小桐子幼苗耐冷性的提高过程中,甜菜碱发挥着重要作用。  相似文献

以棉花幼苗为试材,通过叶面喷施不同浓度水杨酸的处理方法,研究外源水杨酸对低温胁迫下棉花幼苗的缓解效应。结果表明,0.6~0.8 mmol·L-1水杨酸预处理可以显著降低棉花幼苗叶片相对电导率(REC)和丙二醛(MDA)的积累量,从而缓解低温对质膜的过氧化伤害,并通过提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性和可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸等渗透调节物质的含量来适应低温环境。  相似文献

通过盆栽试验,研究了外源茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)处理对低温、干旱和极端高温胁迫下蝴蝶兰幼苗叶绿素荧光参数和抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明,较高浓度的MeJA(150和200μmol·L-1)提高了非生物胁迫下蝴蝶兰幼苗叶片最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和实际光化学效率(ΦPSII),降低了叶片相对电导率,还使得超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性升高,丙二醛(MDA)含量降低。表明MeJA作为一种生物调节剂,一定浓度的处理对蝴蝶兰幼苗抗逆性的提高具有明显效果。  相似文献

以不同浓度骆驼蓬提取液浸种处理小麦。研究对幼苗生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,骆驼蓬提取液浸种后小麦幼苗的根长、株高和干重增加,根冠比增大;幼苗根系活力增强,根系超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性提高,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性先升后降,过氧化物酶(POD)活性下降,过氧化物酶同工酶表达受抑;叶片叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量增加,叶片SOD、POD活性提高,过氧化物酶同工酶表达增强,CAT活性降低。根系和叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量下降。  相似文献

以水稻(Oryza sativa L.) 品种‘D奇宝优1号'幼苗为材料,采用20%聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟水分胁迫,研究外源一氧化碳(CO)对干旱胁迫下水稻幼苗抗氧化能力的影响,以探索CO提高水稻幼苗抗旱性的机制.结果显示,CO供体高铁血红素(Hematin,H)显著降低干旱胁迫下水稻幼苗叶片质膜相对透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白的含量,不同程度地促进叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,而CO清除剂血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,Hb)则逆转CO供体对干旱胁迫下水稻幼苗氧化损伤的缓解效应.由此表明,外源CO能通过调整保护酶活性和渗透调节物质含量来提高水稻幼苗的抗氧化能力,有效增强其抗旱性.  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

Summary Embryogenic tissues of sugi (Cryptomeria japonica) were induced on a modified Campbell and Durzan (CD) medium containing 1 μM 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and 600 mg l−1 glutamine, and subcultured in the medium of the same composition for over 1 yr. This resulted in a mixed culture of embryogenic and non-embryogenic cells. When embryogenic cells were isolated and cultured independently, their capacity to form embryogenic aggregates was lost. Thus, the non-embryogenic cells present within a mixed culture system were essential to the formation of embryogenic aggregates. When embryogenic tissues were isolated and cultured independently on a high glutamine-containing (2400 mg l−1) medium, dry weights and endogenous levels of glutamine increased, and the tissue could generate a large number of embryogenic aggregates. Amino acid analysis of embryogenic and non-embryogenic cells from the maintenance culture indicated a higher level of glutamine was present in the latter. The high endogenous level of glutamine in the non-embryogenic portion of mixed cell masses may be the supplier of glutamine for maintaining the embryogenic property of the tissues.  相似文献

The review deals with study of enzymologic properties of a novel highly specific acetylcholinesterase substrate, N-(β-acetoxyethyl) piperidinium iodomethylate (“piperidylcholine”), and its 30 derivatives that were tested as effectors of cholinesterases of mammals and various species of Pacific squids. It was proven for the first time that responsible for specificity of action was structure of cyclic ammonium grouping of the alcohol part of molecule of the ester substrate. Analysis of specificity is performed based on enzymatic hydrolysis parameters—activity of catalytic center of cholinesterases and bimolecular constant of the reaction rate that are determined at optimal and low substrate concentrations. Among the specially synthesized group of thioester compounds there is revealed one more highly specific acetylcholinesterase substrate—N-(β-acetoxyethyl) piperidinium.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

目的 针对医疗机构的合理用药水平进行评价研究。方法 根据医疗机构合理用药的具体要求,构建医疗机构合理用药评价指标体系,采用基于模糊群决策的方法和多指标评价分析法构建医疗机构合理用药评价模型。结果 构建了基于模糊群决策的医疗机构合理用药评价模型,并通过实例分析证明了评价模型的可行性。结论 建立的基于模糊群决策的医疗机构合理用药评价模型能够对医疗机构的合理用药水平进行科学评价,为提高医疗机构合理用药水平奠定基础。  相似文献
