为研究600 MPa级高强钢筋高温下的力学性能,对HTRB600级热处理高强钢筋进行高温下的拉伸试验,分别测得其在20,200,300,400,500,600,700及800℃高温下的弹性模量、比例极限、屈服强度、极限强度及应力-应变曲线.试验结果表明:HTRB600级高强钢筋高温下屈服强度、极限强度、比例极限与弹性模量均随着温度的升高而显著降低.500℃时其高温下的弹性模量、比例极限、屈服强度与极限强度降低为不足常温下的50%,800℃时已不足常温下的10%.高温下HTRB600级高强钢筋应力-应变曲线随温度的升高逐渐趋于圆滑,当温度达到200℃时,屈服台阶就已消失.600 MPa级钢筋高温下屈服强度和极限强度的降低程度明显大于其他钢筋500 MPa以下强度的钢筋.最后提出了适用于HTRB600级高强钢筋的高温下应力-应变曲线简化计算模型. 相似文献

采用Q235连铸坯在中板厂2800mm轧机上进行超级钢生产工艺试验,研究了轧制温度、中间坯厚度、待温期间冷却方式及轧后冷却方式对板材组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,12mm规格Q235板的屈服强度大于370MPa,最高达到397MPa,铁素体晶粒度达到9~9.5级;20mm规格屈服强度可达到330MPa以上,最高达到350MPa,铁素体晶粒度达到9~9.5级。 相似文献

安钢根据用户需求,结合GB 713-2014《锅炉和压力容器用钢板》标准,在标准内还没有10 mm以下厚度规格、500 MPa强度级别Q370R钢板技术条件的情况下,开发了6~10 mm厚度规格、正火态屈服强度370 MPa级别的AQ370R钢板。该产品采用铌和钒铁复合强化微合金化成分体系设计,通过严格的控制轧制和正火工艺,达到了用户的技术条件要求。实践表明:该产品的正火态屈服强度及抗拉强度分别在400 MPa和560 MPa以上,材料的塑性和低温冲击性能优越,各项性能指标完全满足用户的使用要求,同样适用于压力管道及移动台车式储运设备的制造。 相似文献

采用表层组织超细化轧制工艺在首钢3 500 mm中厚板生产线上进行了L245管线钢板的批量试制.结果表明,采用这种特殊的控轧控冷工艺,普碳钢的化学成分可保证钢板的力学性能达到厚规格L245管线钢板的要求.试制钢板表层铁素体晶粒达到12级,中心部位10级,屈服强度达到300~365 MPa,抗拉强度达到430~480MPa,同时保持29%~35%的伸长率,-10℃夏比冲击功130 J以上,剪切面积85%以上.在几乎不增加冶金成本的前提下,试制钢板具有优良的强度、塑性配合,优良的低温韧性水平. 相似文献

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。 相似文献
