镍基钎料钎焊GH586高温合金 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用非晶箔状BNi82CrSiB和BNi81CrB钎料以不同的保温时间进行钎焊实验,对钎焊接头进行了力学性能测试。利用扫描电镜和能谱分析对钎焊接头微观组织和断口进行观察和分析。结果表明,在钎焊温度下延长钎焊时间(60min)能够促进钎缝与扩散层的元素均匀分布,提高钎焊接头的室温和高温(930℃)拉伸性能。通过调整钎料合金成分,提高了钎焊接头的拉伸性能,高温拉伸性能提高22.5%。接头断裂发生在近缝区基体一侧,断裂形式主要为沿晶断裂。同时讨论了Si,B等元素对钎焊接头的组织和性能的影响。 相似文献

采用直接扩散焊和加中间层的扩散焊方法进行了TiAl合金和高温合金异种材料组合的连接实验。在1000℃/20MPa/1h规范下直接扩散焊获得的TiAl/GH2036接头组织中存在大量未焊合的孔洞,接头室温剪切强度平均值仅有16MPa。采用Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni合金作为中间层在935℃加压3MPa保温10min和1h进行了TiAl/GH3536组合接头的液相扩散焊,获得的扩散焊缝中含有Ti3Al,NiTi等多种物相,中间层合金与两侧母材发生作用形成了具有一定厚度的反应层。在935℃/3MPa/1h规范下获得了与两侧母材结合良好的无缺陷扩散焊接头,室温剪切强度达到125MPa。 相似文献

采用磁控溅射技术在TA15钛合金表面沉积Ti薄膜,在DD6单晶高温合金表面沉积Ni薄膜,以Ti,Ni薄膜作为中间层进行低温扩散焊研究.通过X射线衍射分析发现Ti,Ni薄膜均为多晶体结构.采用AFM分析发现,沉积薄膜后,TA15钛合金和DD6单晶基片的表面粗糙度均有所降低.以Ti,Ni薄膜作为中间层在800℃/20MPa/2h规范下实现了TA15钛合金和DD6单晶高温合金的异种材料低温扩散连接.通过扫描电镜和能谱分析表明,Ti,Ni两元素均扩散至另一母材界面,整个接头呈现分层组织,主要为Ti2Ni和TiNi相. 相似文献

Angle deviations between the two substrates during transient liquid phase (TLP) bonding single crystal superalloys cannot be avoided. In the present work, specimens have been prepared to investigate the influences of the various substrate orientations. It is found that the width of the non-isothermal solidification zone (NSZ) is linear with the square root of the isothermal solidification time. This suggests that the isothermal solidification process is B-diffusion controlled in different substrate orientation deviations. And also the width of the NSZ increases with increasing angle deviation, indicating that the isothermal solidification time needed in the TLP bonding increases with increasing orientation deviation between the two substrates. 相似文献

The Ni-base single crystal superalloy was bonded by the transient liquid phase(TLP) bonding,using a Ni-base flexible metal cloth as an insert alloy.TLP bonding of superalloy was carried out at 1473-1523K for 0.5-24h in vacuum.The [001] orientation of each test specimen was aligned perpendicular to the joint interface.The bonded region was observed by optical microscopy, and the microstructural and compositional analyses across the bonded interlayer were performed by using a scanning electron microscopy(SEM) .The electron back scattering diffraction(EBSD) method was applied to determine the crystallographic orientation.The resultsindicated that the chemical homogeneity across the bonded region can be achieved,and γˊphase both in the bonded interlayer and in the superalloy substrate is almost identical,while the bonded interlayer had almost matched the crystallographic orientation of the bonded substrates. 相似文献

On the basis of an investigation on σ phase inNi-base cast superalloy K24 and the results aboutσ phase in other Ni-base superalloys,an embrittl-ing mechanism and a softening mechanism,bywhich platelike σ phase weakens the Ni-basesuperalloys,have been proposed.It is consideredthat the platelike morphology and the habit precipi-tation along{111}of σ phase are necessary condi-tions for both mechanisms.The embrittling mecha-nism is dominant at room temperature and highstrain rate,and the softening mechanism is domi-nant at high temperature and low strain rate.Ac-cording to the idea of the softening mechanism andthe analyses of σ phase and alloy compositions,it isconsidered that Nb,Mo and W in the alloys may beresistant to the detrimental effect of σ phase on thestress-rupture properties of the alloys. 相似文献
