China Enters International Oil Storage and Transportation Market

China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd and Arab United Emirates National Oil Company Ltd signed two MOUs in Singapore on March for oil storage projects.     

CAOHC RESTRUCTURE AVIATION OIL CORPORATION WITH BIG-TWO OIL GIANTS

China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC),China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec) and China Aviation Oil Holding Company (CAOHC)signed a framework agreement in Beijing on November 8, 2004 to establish a limited aviation oil company on the basis of China Aviation Oil Supply Corporation, one of CAOHC's core companies. The new company is expected to be set up in 2005.

介绍了中国民航津京长185 km输油管道阴极保护系统的检测情况,检测结果表明,63个测点的数据绝大多数符合要求,但塘沽东盐桥至海防路长约4 km管道的阴极保护电位不合格,为此对牺牲阳极的布设和安装进行了改进,使该段管道的保护电位也达到了规范要求。     

生物油-柴油微乳液的配制及性能

以油酸,Span 80,Span 60及油酸三乙醇胺为主乳化剂,正丁醇为助剂制备了生物油-柴油微乳液,考察了主乳化剂种类及用量、助剂种类及用量、生物油用量、加料顺序等对微乳液性能的影响。结果表明:在温度为25℃,主乳化剂中油酸5.0份(质量份,下同)、Span 80 3.0份、Span 60 1.0份及油酸三乙醇胺3.54份,生物油和柴油混合液中生物油与柴油的质量比20:80的条件下,将10.0份主乳化剂先加入5.0份正丁醇,再加入混合均匀的100份生物油和柴油混合液,最后采用滴加的方式加入水的工艺所制备的微乳液可以稳定存放220 d,最大增容水量可达22.3%,铜片腐蚀1 a级;与柴油相比,生物油-柴油微乳液的燃烧放热量较低,在相同温度下的运动黏度偏高。在柴油发动机上的应用试验结果表明,生物油-柴油微乳液燃烧尾气中一氧化碳、氮氧化合物及碳氢化合物含量稍高。

To relieve the shortage in crude supply, sharp reduction of crude production by Daqing Oil Field in particular, Sinopec Corp has recently signed an agreement with OAO Yukos Oil Company to import 17 million tons of crude oil from Russia's second largest oil firm via a railway over the next four years.The first batch of the Russian oil will be delivered starting May 1 by a rail link from Russian territory to Erlianhaote in China's Inner Mongolia.

2014年《石油地球物理勘探》共出版6期正刊(161篇)、1期增刊(42篇),合计发表论文203篇.本文对6期正刊从地震资料采集方法与技术、地震资料处理方法与技术、地震反演与综合分析研究、偏移成像、地震正演模拟、地震地质、岩石物理、综述和非地震9大类别进行评述.本年度期刊总体呈现中青年、高学历作者占据多数,作者所属单位范围不断扩展,得到国家级和省部级各类基金或项目资助的论文显著增加,出版周期稳定在16~18个月等特点.认为该刊客观全面展示了我国油气物探领域科研生产的最新成果,发表论文的质量较高,内容普遍具有创意,基本铸就了油气地球物理勘探的一流平台.最后,笔者针对该刊的现状提出几点改进建议.     

罗家地区高密度三维地震勘探实例

随着近年地震勘探装备技术的提高,以高空间采样率为显著特征的高密度地震勘探技术取得了重大进展。本文介绍的胜利油田罗家地区陆上高密度三维地震采集试验,首次进行了超万道、全数字、单点、三分量高密度三维地震采集。在区域噪声特征分析的基础上,采用束状正交集中式对称观测系统,提高了采集数据的连续性和均匀性;施工前采用多种手段进行详细的表层结构调查,建立了精细表层结构模型;采集作业中,在改进检波器耦合条件的同时,强化了试验资料和施工记录的现场监控处理分析,获得了高品质的高密度多波资料,探索并形成了高效的高密度超万道地震数据采集组织管理模式。

COSCO Calls for Boost of China''s Oil Fleet Capacity

Dalian Ocean Shipping Company (COSCO Dalian)said recently that China should strengthen its maritime oil transport capacity to ensure the security of China's oil supply. Meng Qinglin, Managing Director of COSCO Dalian, said at the 2006 China Oil and Gas Summit that with the rise of China's oil imports, the weak maritime oil transport capacity has become a major threat to China's oil supply security.
