采用免疫组织化学SABC法,对甲硫氨酸脑啡肽(M-ENK)在柄袋沙蠋体壁及其附属物鳃、疣足和消化系统各器官中的分布进行了研究.结果 表明,柄袋沙蠋体壁、鳃、疣足以及各消化器官的上皮细胞中均有不同程度的M-ENK阳性反应,且体壁、消化道的食管、肠、直肠中阳性反应多集中在上皮细胞的游离端;体壁肌肉中环肌层M-ENK阳性反应比纵肌层强;食道侧囊上皮细胞和结缔组织中也有M-ENK分布.M-ENK在柄袋沙蠋的体壁、鳃、疣足及消化系统各器官中均有分布,且分布密度不同,可能与各部位的功能有关.  相似文献

虫龄对蠋蝽捕食斜纹夜蛾幼虫行为参数的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
捕食行为是评价捕食性天敌控制害虫作用的重要依据,常用的数学模型估计捕食行为参数或者在没有植物存在的微生境中直接观测捕食行为的方法,往往会高估或低估捕食性天敌的控害作用。为评价龄期如何影响蠋蝽(Arma chinensis)对斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera litura)幼虫的捕食作用,本研究将蠋蝽不同龄期若虫(2、3、4和5龄)和斜纹夜蛾不同龄期幼虫(1、2、3和4龄)交叉组合为16个处理,接至盆栽大豆(Glycine max)苗上,连续观测蠋蝽若虫的捕食行为,分析在遭遇不同龄期猎物时蠋蝽若虫的捕食行为随自身龄期增大的变化趋势。结果表明:在遭遇1、2或4龄斜纹夜蛾幼虫时,蠋蝽若虫的处理猎物时间随自身龄期增大表现出二次方曲线下降的趋势;在遭遇3龄幼虫时,处理时间表现出三次方曲线性下降的趋势。在遭遇2、3或4龄斜纹夜蛾幼虫时,蠋蝽若虫的捕食量随自身龄期增长表现出直线增大的趋势;在遭遇1龄幼虫时捕食量表现出"中间高两端低"的变化趋势。蠋蝽若虫的刺扎次数不受自身龄期的影响,仅受斜纹夜蛾幼虫龄期的影响。在遭遇2龄斜纹夜蛾幼虫时,蠋蝽若虫的捕食成功率仅随自身龄期增大呈直线上升趋势;在遭遇1、3、4龄幼虫时,捕食成功率与自身龄期无关。研究结果说明,在利用捕食行为参数评价蠋蝽对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的捕食作用时,需同时考虑蠋蝽和猎物的虫龄大小。  相似文献

[目的] 马铃薯甲虫是我国已公布的全国农业植物检疫性有害生物名单中的害虫,自新疆传入后对我国马铃薯产业造成了巨大的损失,研究蠋蝽成虫对马铃薯甲虫卵和低龄幼虫的捕食能力,可为利用天敌防治马铃薯甲虫提供理论依据。[方法] 采用室内饲养观察研究方法,并用Holling Ⅱ型圆盘方程对研究结果进行拟合,计算寻找效应。[结果] 蠋蝽成虫能够捕食马铃薯甲虫卵和低龄幼虫,且捕食功能反应均符合Holling Ⅱ型圆盘方程,蠋蝽成虫对马铃薯甲虫卵和低龄幼虫的功能反应方程分别为Na=0.2862N/(1+0.0198N)和Na=0.8400N/(1+0.0709N);在一定范围内,蠋蝽成虫对马铃薯甲虫卵和低龄幼虫捕食量在理论上随密度的增加而增加,当马铃薯甲虫的卵和低龄幼虫的密度分别达到20粒和20头时,蠋蝽成虫的捕食量最高;蠋蝽成虫对马铃薯甲虫卵和幼虫的最大日捕食量是14粒和12头,瞬时攻击率是0.2862和0.8400;蠋蝽对马铃薯甲虫卵的控制能力(4.1299)小于对低龄幼虫的控制能力(9.9526)。[结论] 蠋蝽成虫对马铃薯甲虫卵和低龄幼虫有较好的捕食能力,但控制能力不同。  相似文献

无柄蔓足类属节肢动物门甲壳纲,是海洋生态系统和污损生物群落中极为重要的组成部分,在中国海域分布着6科25属110种,主要种类为纹藤壶(Balanus amphitrite amphitrite)、网纹藤壶(B.reticulatus)、高峰星藤壶(Chirona amaryllis)、泥藤壶(Balanus uliginosus)、白脊藤壶(B.albicostatus)、三角藤壶(B.trigonus)、红巨藤壶(Megabalanus rosa)、钟巨藤壶(M.tintinnabulum tintinnabulum)、白条地藤壶(Euraphia withersi)、鳞笠藤壶(Tetraclita squamosa squamosa),其中纹藤壶在黄、渤海为优势种,网纹藤壶则在热带和亚热带海区占优势;泥藤壶多出现在沿海河口的咸淡水交汇处;三角藤壶、红巨藤壶和钟巨藤壶等种类分布于盐度较高的海域。环境因子可对无柄蔓足类的生长发育、繁殖附着、分布状况及形态特征等产生显著影响。幼虫发育阶段要经历6期无节幼虫和1期金星幼虫,青岛大扁藻(Platymonas helgolandica)、牟式角毛藻(Chaetoceros muelleri)和亚心形扁藻(Platymonas subcordiformis)均是幼虫培养较为理想的饵料;金星幼虫可在4—8℃下保存1周左右。藤壶胶粘物由蛋白亚基聚合而成,其初生胶和次生胶组成基本相似。无柄蔓足类不仅是开展防除测试和生态科学研究的理想材料,而且还应进一步分析其在海洋生态系统中的地位和作用,并从分子水平探讨幼虫附着机理、胶粘物作用机制、种类相互关系与系统发生史。  相似文献

【目的】明确蠋蝽对茄二十八星瓢虫的捕食能力。【方法】在实验室条件下测定蠋蝽5龄若虫对茄二十八星瓢虫2和4龄幼虫的捕食功能反应及搜寻效应。【结果】蠋蝽5龄若虫对茄二十八星瓢虫2和4龄幼虫的捕食行为均符合Ⅱ型功能反应;随着茄二十八星瓢虫密度的增加,蠋蝽的搜寻效应逐渐降低,蠋蝽5龄若虫对茄二十八星瓢虫2龄幼虫的搜寻效应明显大于4龄幼虫;蠋蝽5龄若虫对茄二十八星瓢虫2和4龄幼虫的实际最大捕食量分别为15和10头。【结论】蠋蝽5龄若虫对茄二十八星瓢虫幼虫具有较好的捕食作用。  相似文献

本文研究了葛藤天敌紫茎甲Sagrafemorata Lichtenstein的空间水平分布和垂直分布,结果表明:(1)紫茎甲幼虫在水平呈聚集分布,基本成分是个体群,且具聚集度对密度的依赖性,幼虫田间理论抽样公式N=(3.3401/M+0.5147)/D2;(2)紫茎甲幼虫垂直分布符合负二项分布和核心分布.  相似文献

本科种类很少,全世界仅知十余种,胡经甫(1938)《中国昆虫目录》中仅有3种。本文记载7种,包括1新种。从幼虫特征可分为2属:1.Brahmaea,2.Brahmophthalma(有人作亚属)。从成虫亦有显著区别,即 Brahmophthalma 前翅中带后方有一圆球形斑纹,分布于华南及东南亚一带,而 Brahmaea 的前翅中带俱为长卵形斑纹组成,主要分布于旧北区。故本科实为两属。蛹与天蛾相似,喙离体成壶柄状。幼虫主要寄生在木犀科植物上,为林木害虫。  相似文献

为了明确沙障材料差异性对固沙林地面节肢动物群落结构的影响规律, 以腾格里沙漠东南缘2013年布设的麦草、尼龙网两种沙障模式下的固沙林地为研究样地, 于2018年春、夏、秋季, 研究了沙丘底部和顶部不同沙障模式下的固沙林地地面节肢动物群落组成及多样性分布特征。结果发现: (1)沙丘底部, 2种沙障林地地面节肢动物优势类群除了均包括蠼螋科、步甲科、叶甲科外, 麦草方格林地还包括拟步甲科和鞘翅目幼虫2个类群, 而尼龙网方格林地还包括鳞翅目幼虫1个类群; 但在沙丘顶部, 2种沙障林地地面节肢动物优势类群均为蠼螋科、步甲科、叶甲科和拟步甲科。(2)沙丘底部和顶部, 优势类群步甲科、叶甲科个体数在2种沙障林地间均无显著差异; 但优势类群拟步甲科个体数表现为麦草方格林地显著高于尼龙网方格。在沙丘底部, 蠼螋科个体数表现为2种沙障林地间无显著差异; 而在顶部, 蠼螋科个体数表现为麦草方格林地显著高于尼龙网方格。(3)沙丘底部和顶部, 地面节肢动物个体数、类群数均表现为麦草方格林地显著高于尼龙网方格, 但Shannon指数、优势度指数2种沙障林地间均无显著差异。(4)RDA和偏RDA分析结果表明, 花棒冠幅与高度、油蒿冠幅是不同微生境中地面节肢动物个体数分布产生差异的主要因素。(5)研究表明, 沙障材料对地面节肢动物群落组成、个体数和类群数分布均产生显著影响, 而且地面节肢动物群落组成分布亦受到沙丘微地形的影响, 但沙障材料对地面节肢动物多样性分布的影响较小。  相似文献

近几十年来,沙蜇的频繁暴发给东亚海域的海洋生态系统带来了广泛影响。在秋季,沙蜇成熟的雌雄水母体在沿岸水域聚集产卵,有性繁殖产生的受精卵发育成新的底栖螅状体,为螅状体种群数量进行补充。河口浅滩海域为沙蜇的繁育地,沿岸盐度较低,在秋季降雨期盐度多变,较低、多变的盐度可能对沙蜇有性繁殖阶段的早期发育产生重要作用,从而影响螅状体种群数量的补充。实验设置了4种不同盐度(15、20、25、30)试验组,在不同盐度下对沙蜇受精卵进行培养,探讨盐度对沙蜇早期发育过程中受精卵、浮浪幼虫发育以及早期螅状体生长及存活的影响。试验结果:沙蜇受精卵胚胎发育的适宜盐度为20,发育基本与盐度25、30同步,盐度15受精卵细胞发育迟缓,发育率显著降低;浮浪幼虫发育适宜盐度为20和25,两组浮浪幼虫附着变态率高于盐度15、30,盐度15时浮浪幼虫活力明显降低、发育迟缓,浮浪幼虫在盐度15时水中存活时间较长可达8 d,但附着时间集中在培养后的3、4天,与其他组相同;早期螅状体幼体适宜盐度为20、25、30,早期螅状体存活率、相对增长率及特定生长率均显著高于盐度15,三组间差异不显著。结果表明,盐度显著影响沙蜇有性繁殖阶段的早期发育,随着受精卵至螅状体的发育生长,其对盐度的适应范围逐步扩大。  相似文献

【目的】明确雷公藤Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f.生物碱对粘虫Mythimna separata (Walker)神经系统的影响,为阐明其杀虫作用机制提供依据。【方法】采用载毒叶片法测定粘虫5龄幼虫经雷公藤总生物碱处理后体内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)、Na+, K+-ATPase、Ca2+, Mg2+-ATPase、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)等重要神经系统酶活性及乙酰胆碱(ACh)、谷氨酸(Glu)和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)等神经递质的含量。【结果】雷公藤总生物碱处理对粘虫5龄幼虫AChE无明显影响,麻醉期处理粘虫幼虫体内ACh相对含量与同期对照无显著差异。处理粘虫幼虫在轻度麻醉期、深度麻醉期和复苏期体内GABA和Glu含量显著升高,GABA含量分别升高了89.86%, 49.28%和20.29%,Glu含量分别升高了24.55%, 23.33%和8.13%。处理粘虫幼虫GPT活性明显受到抑制,而GAD活性无明显变化。处理明显抑制粘虫幼虫头部Na+, K+-ATPase和Ca2+, Mg2+-ATPase活性,但对中肠两种ATPase活性影响不大。【结论】研究结果有助于了解雷公藤生物碱对昆虫神经系统的影响,也为进一步阐明其作用靶标奠定了基础。  相似文献

Increased urbanization of coastal areas has led to increased contaminant levels in adjacent sediments and waters. Consequently, many studies have been conducted to determine the potential impacts on estuarine organisms, including the grass shrimp, Palaemonetes pugio. This study investigated baseline levels of four cellular biomarkers (glutathione (GSH), lipid peroxidation (LPx), acetylcholinesterase (AChE), and cholesterol (CHL)) in multiple life stages (stage IV, V, VI, and VII embryos, newly-hatched larvae, 18-day-old larvae, juveniles, and adults) of P. pugio to determine which biomarkers may potentially be useful as indicators of contaminant exposure. There was a similar pattern in both LPx and AChE levels, with a clear increase occurring from the embryonic to the adult stages. Detectable levels of AChE did not occur until embryo stage V. Glutathione shared a similar pattern to LPx and AChE from the newly-hatched larvae through the adult stage, however, it did not exhibit any distinguishable pattern overall with highly variable levels among all life stages. Likewise, CHL did not exhibit any distinguishable pattern, but in contrast, CHL levels were similar throughout all life stages. This research provides valuable background information that may be used in future assessments of grass shrimp population health.  相似文献

The cholinesterase (AChE) activity and total protein in homogenates of unfed larvae of Amblyomma americanum (L.), A. cajennense (Fabricius), A. maculatum Koch, Anocentor nitens Neumann, and Boophilus microplus (Canestrini) were determined weekly in ticks 1-6 wk of age. There was a considerable variation in total protein, AChE, and the ratio of AChE to protein as the ticks aged. However, AChE activities were constant or increased with age and total protein levels were constant or decreased. No direct relationship was detected between AChE activity and total protein levels. 采用点滴法测定了细辛醚对粘虫Mythimna separate Walker 5龄幼虫的触杀毒力,观察了细辛醚对粘虫的致毒症状,并测定了对不同中毒阶段其头部或中肠乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和腺苷三磷酸酶(ATPase)离体活性以及乙酰胆碱(ACh)含量的影响。结果表明:细辛醚对粘虫5龄幼虫12 h的触杀LD50值为106.93 μg/头;中毒粘虫依次表现出兴奋、痉挛、麻痹和死亡等症状,类似于神经毒剂的致毒症状,但试虫从中毒到死亡历期较长,且中毒试虫肠内有气泡产生,此现象异于典型的神经毒剂;对Na+,K+-ATPase有较强的抑制作用,在兴奋期、痉挛期和麻痹期,酶抑制率分别为33.29%、44.45%和23.98%;对AChE活力在不同阶段的抑制率分别是21.64%、29.75%和35.22%;ACh含量有所增加。  相似文献

Summary Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) is mainly membrane bound in the central nervous system (CNS) of larvae and in the head and thorax of adults of Drosophila melanogaster; it is mostly soluble in the larval carcass, the adult abdomen, similar to that of the embryos (Zador et al. 1986). The enzyme shows the same number of isozymes (four or five) in larvae and adults as in the head of the fly or in embryos (Zador et al. 1986). In the Df(3R)GE26/MKRS stock both the membrane bound and the soluble enzyme are at about half normal levels while in the Df(3R)Ace HD1/MKRS stock this is true only for the membrane bound AChE. Therefore the effect of the above deficiencies in larvae and adults is consistent with that in embryos (Zador et al. 1986). While multiple DNase activities occur in the excretory/secretory products (ESPs) of the adult Haemonchus contortus, the DNase activities in ESPs of the infective larvae (L3) have not been studied. Thus, the DNase activities in ESPs of H. contortus L3 were investigated and compared to those of adults for developmental stage-specific analysis. The DNase activities had relative molecular masses (M rs) of 34 and 36 kDa upon zymographic analysis at pH 5.0 and 7.0 when the larvae were incubated for over 48 h. The 34 and 36 kDa DNases of L3 ESPs were also detected in adult ESPs with similar characteristics. However, the 37 and 38.5 kDa DNases of the adult ESPs were not detected in the L3 ESPs. Since the 37 and 38.5 kDa DNase activities were mainly detected in adult ESPs, these activities appear to be specific to the adult stage whereas the other ESP DNase activities appear to be expressed during multiple stages of the parasite's life cycle. While the difference in DNase activities of L3 and adults remains obscure, the role of DNase in larval development should be further clarified and the identification of stage-specific developmental markers will lead to the discovery of specific factors that stimulate larval development.  相似文献

Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in the echinoid Lytechinus variegatus has been characterized. Kinetic parameters V(max), K(m), K(ss), and b were 2594+/-1048 nmol ATCh hydrolyzed/min/mg tissue wet weight, 185+/-11 microM, 308+/-100 mM, and 0.2, respectively for the substrate ATCh and 17.8+/-6.87 nmol BTCh hydrolyzed/min/mg tissue wet weight, 654+/-424 microM, 36+/-31 mM, and 0.6, respectively for BTCh. Pharmacologic analyses were performed with four inhibitors of cholinesterases, physostigmine, BW284c51, ethopropazine, and iso-OMPA, and yielded IC(50) values of 106+/-4 nM, 718+/-118 nM, 2.57+/-0.6 mM, and >0.0300 M, respectively. Both kinetic and pharmacologic results confirmed the existence of AChE in larval L. variegatus. Dimeric and tetrameric globular forms (determined by velocity sedimentation on sucrose gradients) were present in L. variegatus larvae. Activity of AChE increased significantly as larvae progressed in development from embryos to eight-arm larvae. Acetylcholinesterase activity of F1 larvae derived from sea urchins collected from wild populations and of F1 larvae derived from sea urchins cultured in the laboratory and fed two different diets suggest that the nutritional and/or environmental history of the adult sea urchin affect the developmental progression of AChE activity in the F1 offspring.  相似文献

In the human fetus, obtained postmortem at estimated gestational ages of 8-22 weeks, biochemical activities of cortical choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) were comparable to those of adult brain tissue. In contrast cholinergic receptor binding, including muscarinic M1 and M2 subtypes (measured by displacement of [3H]N-methylscopolamine with, respectively, pirenzepine and carbachol) and [3H]nicotine (putative nicotinic) binding were undetectable before 13-14 weeks and even at 22 weeks were substantially (three- to fourfold) below the respective adult values. Cortical ChAT activity decreased significantly with gestational age whereas binding to the three receptors, including the proportion M1/M2, increased significantly. AChE was present at all ages investigated as the two molecular monomeric (G1) and tetrameric (G4) forms. The proportion of G4, which was much more soluble in fetal compared with adult cortex, increased approximately threefold. Histochemically AChE, although intense in the nucleus of Meynert, was generally confined to subcortical white matter at early fetal developmental periods, appearing later in the cortex localized to nerve fibres and occasional cell bodies. These observations suggest that during the second trimester of human fetal development, cortical cholinergic function may be preceded by relatively high ChAT activity and paralleled not only by increasing receptor binding but also by a proportional increase in the tetrameric form and histochemical reactivity of AChE.  相似文献

Summary The myotome of early chick embryos was investigated histochemically by means of the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) reaction.Light-microscopically, at the cervical level, the myotome was first recognized and AChE activity demonstrated at stage 13 (2 day-old embryo). Subsequently, the myotome elongated ventro-laterally along the inner surface of the dermomyotome and reached the ventro-lateral end of the dermomyotome at stage 17 to 18 (3 day-old embryo). AChE activity in the myotome showed subsequent increase in intensity during the course of development. The myotome consisted mainly of AChE-positive cells displaying enzymatic activity along the nuclear membrane and within the cytoplasm. In contrast, almost all cells of the dermomyotome and the interstitial cells were AChE-negative.Electron-microscopically, the myotome cells of the 2 day-old embryo and the cells in the dorso-medial portion of the myotome of the 3 day-old embryo were morphologically undifferentiated; AChE activity was detected in the nuclear envelope and in single short profiles of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). On the other hand, in the 3 day-old embryo the cells in the ventro-lateral portion of the myotome showed AChE activity in the nuclear envelope, numerous profiles of the ER and some Golgi complexes. These AChE-positive cells were regarded as developing myogenic cells based on their morphological characteristics.The present findings indicate (i) that the appearance of AChE activity in the cytoplasm is the first sign of the differentiation of myogenic cells, and (ii) that in these myogenic cells the increase in AChE activity is based on the development of the ER.  相似文献
