高速加工需要高转速的机床,电主轴作为机床高速化的发展方向,在高速加工中得到越来越广泛的应用.高速轴承技术是电主轴的关键技术,其技术水平决定了电主轴的转速及承载能力.同时,轴承的摩擦功率产生的热量,使得电主轴温度升高,产生一定热应力和热变形,影响加工精度.因此,有必要对轴承的摩擦功率进行深入研究.研究了电主轴中几种常见的轴承支撑技术,从理论和实际应用上分析了其摩擦功率大小,可以为电主轴的轴承设计提供依据. 相似文献

介绍了紧凑型高速电主轴的结构设计,建立了主轴-拉刀机构双转子系统模型,研究了电主轴拉刀机构的静动态特性,得到了工作状态下电主轴的静态位移、振型、固有频率以及关键点的响应位移。对主轴-拉刀材料、轴承预紧力、轴承组跨距、主轴-拉刀接触刚度以及主轴-刀柄接触刚度等参数进行优化设计。结果表明优化后电主轴的静动刚度均满足要求、固有频率提高、电主轴安全工作频率区间增大。电主轴模态测试结果证明了以上结果的可靠性。该研究为紧凑型高速电主轴的设计提供了理论基础。 相似文献

为降低数控车床使用过程中的能耗,针对主传动系统中的主轴部件提出一种面向节能的结构优化设计方法。首先构建主轴单元功率模型并分析其动静态性能指标;然后基于均匀试验和灵敏度分析,选取对主轴单元能耗和动静态性能影响较大的尺寸参数作为优化变量,再通过响应面法拟合指标函数;之后利用主成分分析法降低函数维度,建立主轴单元结构节能设计优化模型;最后采用实体实验验证仿真结果的可靠性,并使用模拟退火粒子群混合算法对该优化模型进行求解。优化前后主轴的仿真实验和谐响应分析对比结果表明:相对优化前,优化后主轴最大变形减小1.67%,二阶频率提高6.83%,空载能耗降低3.69%,该优化设计方法在降低主轴能耗的同时提高了主轴动静态性能。 相似文献

A hydrodynamic bearing with non‐uniform herringbone grooves has been developed for use with high‐speed motor spindles. The grooves gradually become narrower, shallower and less straight (curved) towards the herringbone centre along axial direction, resulting in an increased pumping effect of the spiral grooves. The optimum dimensions of the grooves for increasing the critical bearing number were clarified theoretically, and bearings with non‐uniform herringbone grooves were found to increase the critical bearing number against the half‐frequency whirl up to about 50% in comparison to bearings with uniform herringbone grooves. Experiments to investigate the suitability of the proposed bearing for high‐speed spindles showed that the maximum rotational speed of a spindle with this bearing was about 20% higher, close to the theoretically predicted 23%, and thus proved that application of this bearing should enable spindles to achieve faster stable rotation as theoretically expected. With increasing popularity in high-speed machining for its high efficiency, motorized spindles have been widely utilized in modern production facilities. Due to the combination of tools and built-in motors, the dynamic characteristics of motorized spindles are more complex compared with conventional spindles, and it is becoming necessary for engineers to thoroughly realize the influences of the system parameters to the system dynamics with considering the multi-physics coupling property. This paper presents an integrated model to study the electro-thermo-mechanical dynamic behaviors of motorized spindles. The integrated model consists of four coupled submodels as follows: bearing, built-in motor, thermal, and shaft model. Based on the proposed model, a design flow chart is developed and six design parameters are identified. The integrated model is validated experimentally and a design sensitivity analysis of the six parameters is then conducted based on a 170MD15Y20 type spindle. The results show that the integrated model is capable of accurately predicting the dynamic characteristics of motorized spindles, and the sensitivities of the six design parameters to the nature frequencies of the spindle system are obtained with and without the influence of the multi-physics coupling property. The coupling relationship among the electrical, thermal, and mechanical behaviors of the spindle system becomes clear from the results. 相似文献

纺纱锭子性能的优劣对生产效率和纱线质量具有决定性的影响。以纺纱锭子运转中的噪音信号为考察对象,对纺纱锭子运转过程进行分析。利用快速独立成分分析FastICA算法对工作状态中的锭子声压信号进行噪音源数据分离分析,得到工作状态下源信号的主频率。将工作状态下源信号的主频率与锭子不运转下的噪音主频率进行对比,38.88%分离主频率与锭子不运转下的噪音主频率一致,44.44%分离主频率与锭子不运转下的噪音主频率相近,最小误差为0.05%。实验与分析结果表明,FastICA算法用于噪音源信号主频率分离的有效性和正确性。 相似文献

This paper presents a dynamical model of high speed motorized spindles in free state and work state. In the free state, the housing is modeled as a rotor with equivalent masses including bearing pedestals, motor stator and rear end cover. As a consequence, a double rotor dynamics can be modeled for high speed motorized spindles by a bearing element which connects the housing and bearing pedestals. In the work state, the housing is fixed and the system becomes a bearing-rotor dynamical model. An excitation-measurement test in the free state is designed to analyze the cross spectral density and auto spectral density of input and output signals. Then the frequency response function of system and coherence function of input and output signals which are used to analyze the inherent characteristics of the double- rotor model can be obtained. The other vibration test in the work state is designed to research the dynamical supporting characteristics of bearings and the effects from bearings on the inherent characteristics of the system. The good agreement between the experimental data and theoretical results indicates that the dynamical model in two states is capable of accurately predicting the dynamic behavior of high speed motorized spindles. 相似文献
