添加表面活性剂后,碱性氰化液中的金被高效萃取,水分子在萃合物结构中提供氢键。以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为表面活性剂,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为萃取剂的体系具有很好的萃金效率,用~(198)Au示踪活化、微库仑水分测定(卡尔-费休法)和红外光谱法对该体系进行了分析,并用线性拟合的方式研究有机相中水和金的定量关系。结果表明,萃合物中水浓度与金浓度线性相关,摩尔比约为4;红外光谱分析结果显示,有机相中的金、氰根和水的含量有固定比例,萃合物具有稳定的化学组成。 相似文献

A novel fluidized-bed reactor was designed and installed for bloleaching in a semi-continuous way, by which a process for biuleaching-cyanidation of Jinya refractory gold arsenical concentrate was studied. The arsenic extraction rate reaches 82.5 % after 4-day batch biooxidation of the concentrate under the optimized condition of pH 2.0, ferric ion concentration 6.Sg/L and pulp concentration 10%. And leached rate of gold in the following cyanida.tion is over 90%. The parameters of three series fluidized-bed reactors exhibit stability during the semi-continuous bioleaching of the concentrate.Armmic in the concentrate can be got rid of 91% after 6-day leaching. Even after 4 days, 82% of arsenic extraction rate was still obtained. The recovery rates of gold are 92 % and 87.5 % respectively in cyaniding the above bioleached residues.The results will provide a base for further commercial production of gold development. 相似文献

The solid-phase extraction(SPE) technique applied to the extraction of organic compound was creatively used as the extraction of inorganic gold in the paper.Two types of techniques were proposed and explored,namely the SPE and the liquid–liquid extraction(LLE) of the quaternary ammonium surfactant [cetytrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB),cetyl pyridine bromide(CPB),benzyl dimethyl dodecyl ammonium chloride(BDMDAC),and dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DTMAC)].The surfactant could react with Au(CN)_2~-to form the ionic complex,and the compound could be extracted by SPE column of reversed-phase bonded silica gel.Hence,a new method of SPE was proposed to extract gold with these features of the high selectivity,the reliability,and the simplicity.The experimental result shows that the recovery rate of gold is more than 98 %,and the solid-phase extraction column is not easily damaged and it can be repeatedly used.The new method can be used as the extraction process of gold from alkaline cyanide solution as well.Besides,the paper also puts forward a new process of gold extraction. 相似文献

Cloud point extraction (CPE) with Tergitol TMN-6 was applied for the extraction of trace amounts of palladium (Pd(Ⅱ)),platinum (Pt(Ⅳ)),and gold (Au(Ⅲ)) in the soil of industrial sewage.Ammonium pyrolysine dithiocarbamate (APDC) was adopted as the chelating agent prior to CPE and then was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS).Different parameters such as the concentration of surfactants,chelating agent and salt,sample pH,equilibration temperature and time,centrifugation time and rates,and the effect of foreign ions were studied.Under optimum conditions,the low limits of detections are 1.4,2.8 and 1.2 ng.ml-1 and the enrichment factors are 21,12,and 24 for Pd(Ⅱ),Pt(Ⅳ),and Au(Ⅲ),respectively.The relative standard deviations vary from 0.6% to 1.0% (n=11).All correlation coefficients of the calibration curves are >0.9960.The proposed method was successfully applied for the determination of Pd(Ⅱ),Pt(Ⅳ),and Au(Ⅲ) in the real soil of industrial sewage samples. 相似文献

研究酰胺N503和TBP从碱性氰化液中萃取低浓度Au(Ⅰ),考察N503体积浓度、水相pH值、TBP浓度、NaCl浓度、改性剂种类和相比等因素对萃取率的影响.结果表明:当溶液的pH在7~11范围内,Au(Ⅰ)的萃取率均大于98%;当pH>11后,Au(Ⅰ)的萃取率显著变小;尽管TBP的浓度对Au(Ⅰ)萃取率的影响较小,但提高TBP浓度可以提高萃取pH50值.对矿山浸出液的萃取结果表明,N503/TBP萃取体系对金具有良好的选择性, 其萃取金属氰配阴离子的由难至易的次序为Fe(CN)64->Ni(CN)42->Zn(CN)42->Cu(CN)32->Au(CN)2-. 相似文献

This treatise offers a brief but comprehensive glimpse of how microbeam analytical techniques have been applied over the last
20 years to resolve problems in gold ore processing. It covers only those techniques that are being used on a routine basis
to study gold occurrences in plant samples. To facilitate the readers’ understanding, the microbeam techniques are introduced
(and assessed) from a problem-solving point of view. These microbeam techniques form an intricate part of the comprehensive
mineralogical and analytical approach used to establish on a direct and quantitative basis the occurrence of gold in tailings.
Gold deportments determined by microbeam analytical techniques will identify opportunities for optimization and provide realistic
targets for reducing the gold content in tailings streams. This approach has been applied in a number of gold operations,
with the ultimate benefit of improved gold recovery.

研究β-二酮(HA)与CYANEX923或LIX84I的混合萃取剂在氨性溶液中的萃锌行为;系统讨论有机相萃取剂浓度、水相pH、总氨浓度、温度和阴离子等对萃取性能的影响,从锌萃合物及β-二酮萃取剂结构方面讨论2个混合萃取体系的协同萃取机理。结果表明,HA与CYANEX923混合比与LIX84I混合具有更加明显的协同效应;水相pH和总氨浓度的升高均使萃取性能降低,因为升高pH或氨浓度会促使锌氨配合物的生成,降低水相自由锌离子的浓度,但HA与CYANEX923混合体系在较高pH或总氨浓度下仍具有明显的萃取性能;不同阴离子对HA与CYANEX923混合萃取体系的性能没有明显影响,但在HA与LIX84I混合萃取体系和单独使用HA萃取过程中以(NH4)2SO4NH4NO3NH4Cl顺序降低。 相似文献
