采用氯磺化聚已烯(CSM)、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、氯醇橡胶(CHR)三者并用,有机过氧化物硫化,填充一定量的阻燃剂研制出的适用于恶劣环境作业的阻燃矿用电缆护套橡皮,可适用于高温、强酸、矿物油、化学药品等作业环境。试验发现:CSM/CPE/CHR并用比值在60~40/20~30/20~30之间,填充氢氧化铝、Sb2O3、卤素阻燃剂,RaSO4等,共硫化剂选用HVA-2/TAIC,研制出的橡皮氧指数达到42~43电缆性能满足GB12972GB7594、GB12666、IEC90-359之要求。 相似文献

本工作用机械共混方法,以氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)为增容剂,制备得PA1010/CSM/EPR共混增韧尼龙材料.用XLY-Ⅱ型毛细管流变仪研究了PA1010/CSM/EPR共混物的流变性能,重点讨论了CSM对共混物流变性能的影响.结果表明:共混物的非牛顿指数n<1,符合假塑性流体的流动规律;共混物的表观粘度随着表观剪切速率和剪切应力的增大而降低:共混物中CSM含量增大,共混物的表观粘度降低,流动性增大,非牛顿指数呈减少趋势,但不太明显.本研究为共混物的配方设计及成型加工提供了重要依据. 相似文献

采用对比试验法和正交试验法,研究了氧化铅硫化体系中配合剂的种类和用量对氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,在CSM氧化铅硫化体系配合中,氧化铅和促进剂TRA是影响性能的主要因素;促进剂TRA并用促进剂DM后,可提高CSM硫化胶的拉伸强度、定伸应力;促进剂TRA与TT相比,CSM硫化胶拉伸强度和定伸应力大,永久变形小;氢化松香作为活性剂与松香、SA相比,CSM硫化胶拉断伸长率和撕裂强度高,拉伸强度和定伸应力较大;采用PbO/MgO并用硫化剂,CSM硫化胶硬度、拉伸强度和定伸应力提高,拉断伸长率和撕裂强度下降。 相似文献

Natural rubber (NR) was blended with chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) with various formulation and blend ratios (NR/CSM: 80/20 –20/80, wt/wt). Rubber blends were prepared by using a two‐roll mill and vulcanized in a compression mold to obtain the 2 mm‐thick sheets. Tensile properties, tear resistance, thermal aging resistance, ozone resistance, and oil resistance were determined according to ASTM. Compatible NR/CSM blends are derived from certain blends containing 20–30% CSM without adding any compatibilizing agent. Tensile and tear strength of NR‐rich blends for certain formulations show positive deviation from the rule of mixture. Thermal aging resistance depends on formulation and blend ratio, while ozone and oil resistance of the blends increase with CSM content. Homogenizing agents used were Stuktol®60NS and Epoxyprene®25. Stuktol®60NS tends to decrease the mechanical properties of the blends and shows no significant effect on blend morphology. Addition of 5–10 phr of epoxidized natural rubber (ENR, Epoxyprene® 25) increases tensile strength, thermal aging resistance, and ozone resistance of the blends. It is found that ENR acts as a compatibilizer of the NR/CSM blends by decreasing both CSM particle size diameter and α transition temperature of CSM. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. ABSTRACT The impact strength and the tensile behavior of an impact grade of isotactic polypropylene (impact i-pp)/chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) rubber blends are studied at the CSM rubber concentrations 0 to 23.4 vol%. The impact strength, which increased with CSM rubber concentration, has been analyzed on the basis of the interphase adhesion and crazing mechanisms. Tensile modulus and strength decreased whereas breaking elongation increased with increase in CSM rubber content. Predictive models have been used to explain the tensile modulus and strength properties. Scanning electron microscopy has been employed to study the phase structure. 相似文献

Natural rubber (NR), epoxidized natural rubber (ENR), and chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) composites filled with conductive carbon black and aluminum powder have been prepared by using a two‐roll mill. An electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness of those rubber composites was carried out in the frequency range of 8–12GHz (X‐band microwave). The increase of filler loading enhanced shielding effectiveness of the rubber composites. Conductive carbon black was more effective in shielding than aluminum powder. Binary filler‐filled rubber composites showed higher shielding effectiveness than that of single filler‐filled rubber composites. It has been observed that the shielding effectiveness of these rubber composites could be ranked in the following order: ENR ≥ CSM > NR, whereas the mechanical properties of the rubber composites were in the order of CSM > ENR > NR. The correlation between shielding effectiveness and electrical conductivity as well as mechanical properties of the rubber composites are also discussed. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)和氯化聚乙烯(CM)对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)物理性能及耐热老化性能的影响。结果表明:CSM具有独特的氯磺酰基,添加CSM的EPDM胶料定伸应力与拉伸强度增大,耐热老化性能明显提高;添加CM的EPDM胶料耐热老化性能无明显改善;添加气固法CSM3570与溶剂法CSMTS530的EPDM胶料耐热老化性能相近;气固法CSM3570用量为5份时,EPDM胶料耐热老化性能较好,性价比较高。 相似文献
