对攀钢4#高炉在原燃料条件劣化的情况下如何实现低燃料比生产操作进行了总结分析.通过高炉操作制度的优化,不断提高煤气利用率、提高风温等技术手段,同时改进炉前工作,及时排放渣铁,攀钢4#高炉使用经济型炉料维持了长期稳定顺行,获得良好的技术经济指标,利用系数达到2.555t/(m3·d),燃料比降到549kg/tp,在一定程度上较好的实现了低能耗高炉操作.     

强化冶炼条件下的炉体侵蚀及长寿化研究

对攀钢 2 #高炉第二代炉役炉体侵蚀作了系统地研究 ,分析了炉体侵蚀的原因 ,弄清了强化冶炼条件下攀钢高炉侵蚀的特点 ,进一步揭示了含钛物料的护炉机理 ,提出了实现攀钢高炉高效长寿的技术措施。

攀钢1号高炉(1200m~3)第三代炉役始于1990年6月,至今已连续生产10年(无中修),单位炉容产铁量达5400 t/m~3,达到了长寿高炉的水平。目前,1号高炉仍保持着较高的冶炼强度(各项技术经济指标见表1),

380 m3高炉第一代炉役生产技术回顾

安钢第1座380 m3高炉第1代炉役生产8年7个月零1天,单位炉容产铁量达1073343 t/m3,首次超过10000 t/m3。从强化冶炼、炉况处理、环保、技术管理等方面,回顾其实现高效、长寿、清洁生产的生产技术,提出了一些有待在生产中不断改进的问题。     

攀钢1号高炉炉役后期强化冶炼实践

攀钢1号高炉第三代炉役已连续生产10年(无中修),单位炉容产铁现已达6467t/m3.在炉役后期,在局部炉壳变形开裂、冷却壁损坏较多的情况下,通过采取修补炉体、强化高炉冶炼和管理等一系列措施,高炉冶炼指标逐步得到优化.
