浮游植物物候能够反映浮游植物的生长变化与湖泊生态系统的变化,水温、营养盐浓度等因素对物候有重要影响。太湖富营养化程度较高,水温的影响作用日趋显著,物候与水温关系的研究对理解、控制和改善太湖生态系统具有重要意义。本研究利用2003—2018年MODIS遥感数据计算浮游植物物候指标和湖泊水表温度(Temperature of Water Surface,LSWT),通过分析太湖浮游植物物候时空变化特点探究了不同区域的物候特征,并结合LSWT揭示了浮游植物物候对LSWT变化的响应关系。结果表明:① 不同浮游植物物候指标具有不同空间分布特点,水华发生次数、峰值叶绿素a(Chla)浓度和水华总持续时间呈现由西部沿岸向湖心区递减的趋势;浮游植物生长开始时间和峰值Chla发生时间分布复杂但在沿岸区域相对较早;② 太湖可被划分为4种具有不同物候特征的区域,Ⅰ类区域主要位于贡湖湾、东部沿岸以及太湖中部开阔水域,该区Chla浓度范围为50~60 μg/L,且波动平缓,水华发生次数最少、开始最晚、持续时间最短;Ⅱ类区域主要分布于太湖西部沿岸,Chla浓度范围为50~90 μg/L且变化剧烈,该区水华发生次数最多、开始最早、持续时间最长;Ⅲ和Ⅳ类属于过渡区域,前者主要分布于梅梁湾、竺山湾及入湾口,后者主要位于南部沿岸以及太湖中部;③ 浮游植物物候对LSWT变化的响应受营养水平影响,当营养水平较高时,浮游植物的生长受LSWT的促进作用显著,LSWT年际变化的升高趋势对浮游植生长物候提前、生物量增加的影响明显,反之,则LSWT变化对浮游植物生长的影响减弱。  相似文献

To understand the factors causing frequent outbreaks of harmful algae blooms in the Taihu Lake, China, we studied water quality and nutrient budget in Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) farm ponds in the eastern part of the lake from November 2007 to December 2009. We estimated the nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and chemical oxygen demand (COD) loads. Materials input and output ponds, water exchange, and applied management practices of 838.5-hm2 crab ponds were surveyed using questionnaires. Water quality of 12 ponds, which were located no more than 2 km from East Taihu Lake, were monitored. The results show that water quality in the crab ponds was better than reference data. Feeds, including corn seed, commercial feed, trash fish, and gastropod, were the major sources of N and P input in the crab ponds, contributing 88.7% and 94.9%, respectively. In total, 60.5% of N and 37.3% of P were sequestered by macrophytes, and only 15.7% and 8.5% of them were discharged as effluent. The net loads of N and P in effluent were 16.43 kg/hm2/cycle and 2.16 kg/hm2/cycle, respectively, while the COD load was -17.88 kg/hm2/cycle. This indicated that crab farming caused minor negative impact on the trophic status of the lake area, which was attenuated by macrophytes. 由于近年来社会经济的迅速发展,湖泊富营养化问题日趋严重。其中湿地的破坏是导致人湖营养盐增加的一个重要原因。对湿地变化与湖泊营养盐状况关系的分析是制定湖泊环境整治和生态修复的重要科学依据。湖泊沉积物含有丰富的生物和理化方面的信息,在缺乏长期湖泊监测记录的情况下。可以用来重建湖泊及其流域过去变化的历史。根据龙感湖表层沉积物^210Pb活度比变化,分析了该地区近百年来沉积物中湿地花粉、总磷和磁性参数.探讨了湖泊营养化过程及机理。研究表明,龙感湖近百年来营养级的增加是与湿生植被的破坏密切相关。20世纪上半叶的湖泊富营养化响应于磁性参数指示的流域土壤侵蚀速率的增加,而20世纪70年代以来湖泊营养程度的加重则与龙感湖流域农业化肥的使用和湿地植被破坏而导致湿地功能减弱有关。龙感湖流域内人类对湖周潍地的改造.破坏了湿地植被,助长了人湖物质的增加。湖泊营养相对富集,最终导致水体富营养化发生。  相似文献

Food web structures are well known to vary widely among ecosystems. Moreover, many food web studies of lakes have generally attempted to characterize the overall food web structure and have largely ignored internal spatial and environmental variations. In this study, we hypothesize that there is a high degree of spatial heterogeneity within an ecosystem and such heterogeneity may lead to strong variations in environmental conditions and resource availability, in turn resulting in dif ferent trophic pathways. Stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes were employed for the whole food web to describe the structure of the food web in different sub-basins within Taihu Lake. This lake is a large eutrophic freshwater lake that has been intensively managed and highly influenced by human activities for more than 50 years. The results show significant isotopic dif ferences between basins with dif ferent environmental characteristics. Such differences likely result from isotopic baseline dif ferences combining with a shift in food web structure. Both are related to local spatial heterogeneity in nutrient loading in waters. Such variation should be explicitly considered in future food web studies and ecosystem-based management in this lake ecosystem.  相似文献

Although biomass variations in Microcystis and microcystin have been widely reported,few studies have addressed whether different trophic states of natural lake water affect the spatial-temporal variations in abundances of microcystin-producing Microcystis in a given bloom.In this study,we used a harmful algal bloom in Chaohu Lake,eastern China,as an example to investigate the mutual relationship between different nutrient states and environmental factors,and the impact on Microcystis.Overall,cyanobacteria and Microcystis were more abundant in the middle and western parts of the lake under high nutrients levels,while in the eastern part,nutrient concentrations were low enough to limit biomass,and their fluctuations affected the contents of toxic Microcystis.Moreover,microcystin concentration was correlated positively to nutrient levels and Microcystis biomass during bloom developing in 2013 from June to August.Temporally,the cellular content of total microcystin was lowest when the bloom peaked in intensity.Our results suggest that lake eutrophication not only results in cyanobacterial blooms,but may also increase the proportion of toxic Microcystis species and their cell-bound MCs contents(i.e.microcystin cell quotas) under mild eutrophication.The present investigation provided molecular evidence for the selection of MC-producing and non-MC-producing genotypes.The current study provides new evidence advocating the monitoring of partitions of large lakes when studying cyanobacteria and toxin-contaminated freshwaters,which will be beneficial for both water agencies and water researchers.  相似文献

滇池是中国最大的高原淡水湖泊,是长江上游生态安全格局的重要组成部分。自2008年起政府在滇池湖滨带大规模退耕还草还林,以恢复滇池及其湖滨生态。湖滨带植被对滇池总磷浓度的影响是一个长期过程,需要通过遥感长时间连续监测的数据来评价。本文以滇池和滇池湖滨带为研究区,从空间分布、季节差异2个角度,结合入湖河流总磷负荷,研究2005—2018年滇池湖滨植被时空变化对滇池总磷浓度的影响。主要结论如下:① 滇池总磷浓度由湖缘向湖心逐渐降低,并且北部和南部偏高;2005—2018年,滇池总磷浓度呈现显著下降趋势;② 2011—2018年滇池总磷浓度显著减小与湖滨带植被的拦截作用密切相关;③ 2005—2018年滇池湖滨带草本和木本植物面积都显著增加,增加最剧烈的年份是2010—2011年;④ 相比于平水期和丰水期,枯水期NDVI与强影响区总磷浓度负相关关系最强,且木本植物NDVI与强影响区总磷浓度负相关性强于草本。本文利用长时间序列数据评价滇池总磷浓度与其湖滨植被的响应关系,可为滇池湖泊生态恢复提供科学依据。  相似文献

The Taihu Lake region in southern Jiangsu is one of the regions with flourishing economy and the highest level of urbanization due to favourable natural conditions and socio-economic foundation. However, there emerge a seriers of urban ecological problems on continuous stretch of cities and towns, a vague division of urban functions, ground subsidence, serious pollution of atmosphere and waters arising from dense population, irrational distribution of industry, backwardeness of municipal engineering facilities, and inexperienced scientific management of water resources. In order to improve the urban eco-environment in this lake region, we should work out an overall regional eco梕nvironmental programme, perfect the urban economic set-up from the reqirements of urban material circulations and energy exchanges, and finally put into practice the urban functional regionalism, so that the Taihu Lake region in southern Jiangsu has not only a higher economic benefit, but also a beautiful and comfortable eco-env  相似文献

In the mid-eastern China,there are few or no lakes which are in the absence of anthropogenic disturbances,or their sediments remain undisturbed.As a result,the reference lakes distribution and paleolimnological reconstruction approaches usually are inappropriate to estimate lake reference conditions for nutrients.This yields the necessity of using the extrapolation methods to estimate the lake reference conditions for nutrients within those regions.The lake reference conditions for nutrients could be inferred inversely from the law of mass conservation,current lake nutrient concentration,and the loadings from watershed.Considering the scarcity of hydrological and water quality data associated with lakes and watersheds in China,as well as the low requirement of the watershed nutrient loadings models for these data,the soil conservation service(SCS) distributed hydrological model and the universal soil loss equation(USLE) were applied.The SCS model simulates the runoff process of the watershed,thereby calculating dissolved nutrients annually.The USLE estimates the soil erosion and particulate nutrients annually in a watershed.Then,with the loadings from atmospheric deposition and point source,the previous annual average nutrient concentrations could be acquired given the current nutrient concentrations in a lake.Therefore,the nutrient reference conditions minimally impacted by human activities could be estimated.Based on the proposed model,the reference conditions for total nitrogen and total phosphorus of Chaohu Lake,Anhui Province,China are 0.031 mg/L and 0.640 mg/L,respectively.The proposed reference conditions estimation model is of clear physical concept,and less data required.Thus,the proposed approach can be used in other lakes with similar circumstances.  相似文献

Sediments have a significant influence on the cycling of nutrient elements in lake environments. In order to assess the distribution characteristics and estimate the bioavailability of phosphorus and nitrogen in Dianchi Lake, organic and inorganic phosphorus and nitrogen forms were analysed. The 210 Pb radiometric dating method was employed to study temporal changes in the phosphorus and nitrogen pools in Dianchi Lake. The result show that the total phosphorus(TP) and total nitrogen(TN) were both at high concentrations, ranging from 697.5–3210.0 mg/kg and 1263.7–7155.2 mg/kg, respectively. Inorganic phosphorus(IP) and total organic nitrogen(TON) were the main constituents, at percentages of 59%–78% and 74%–95%, respectively, in the sediments. Spatially, there was a decreasing trend in phosphorus and nitrogen contents from the south and north to the lake centre, which is related to the distribution pattern of local economic production. The burial rates of the various phosphorus and nitrogen forms increased in same spatially and over time. Particularly in the past two decades, the burial rates doubled, with that TN reached to 1.287 mg/(cm~2·yr) in 2014. As the most reactive forms, nitrate nitrogen(NO_3-N) and ammonia nitrogen(NH_4-N) were buried more rapidly in the south region, implying that the potential for releasing sedimentary nitrogen increased from north to south. Based on their concentrations and burial rates, the internal loads of phosphorus and nitrogen were analysed for the last century. A TP pool of 71597.6 t and a TN pool of 81191.7 t were estimated for Dianchi Lake. Bioavailable phosphorus and nitrogen pools were also estimated at 44468.0 t and 5429.7 t, respectively, for the last century.  相似文献

本文对滇池的污染成因进行了综合分析。滇池污染是由两大因素造成的:一是水流太慢,二是污水南侵。从这两大污染因素可以找到两大对策:一是加速湖水流动,二是阻止污水南侵。基于滇池污染实际上是北部污染南部造成的,改变滇池出水口,开挖一条新河道,让滇池水倒流,滇池从原来的下游方换到上游方,城区污水不入滇池,即使进入也能让它快速从北部流出去,北部的污染负荷很容易从北部流出去,南部高水位的水位势压力阻止了北部负荷南侵,解决了滇池污染。  相似文献

新生代形成的东非裂谷是威尔逊旋回萌芽阶段的典型陆内裂谷,长期以来备受国内外地质学家关注。Albert湖凹陷位于东非裂谷系的西支最北端,整体呈北西向带状展布的不对称(半)地堑。目前,该区已有较好的工业性油气发现,分析其沉降演化规律对进一步揭示该凹陷的构造沉降特征及其油气勘探潜力具有重要的意义。基于钻井资料,结合地震资料解释、沉降史、埋藏史与断层活动性分析,重新划分了构造单元,总结了构造沉降特征,探讨了沉降与断裂的关系、沉降中心迁移的规律及其对油气勘探的指示意义。研究表明:Albert湖凹陷东部的次级构造单元主要受到东部边界断裂的控制,F1、F2断层对东部陡断带、东部断阶带以及三个构造调节带的沉降变化及其形成起主要控制作用;南部次凹在早期沉降速率较大,有利于晚中新世形成巨厚的烃源岩,随着沉降中心向北迁移,北部次凹发育了上中新统和下上新统烃源岩;沉降中心周缘的构造带是油气运聚的有利指向区。研究成果为东非裂谷系Albert湖凹陷油气进一步勘探提供了新的依据。   相似文献

The Holocene environmental evolution in coastal area, including deltas and estuaries, is vital to the Neolithic colonization in the eastern China. A 29-m long sediment core XL was obtained from the region between the Taihu Lake and Qiantang Estuary, and multiple analyses on the core sediments have been done to investigate the evolution history of the inner coastal zone of Hangzhou Bay during the Holocene. Six sedimentary facies are identified since the late Pleistocene, including the paleosol at the bottom, overlain by tidal-flat-channel complex(TFC), tidal-distributary-channel(TDC), inner estuarine basin(IEB), subtidal-to-intertidal-flat, and fluvial-plain facies. The TFC and TDC facies are dated to be formed before 8500 cal yr BP, featured by relatively coarse sediments, high magnetic properties and less abundant foraminifera, denoting the tide-influenced setting with large terrestrial inputs. The IEB facies characterized by the most abundant foraminifera fossils and the lowest sediment magnetic properties, is inferred to be deposited during the maximum flooding period between 8500 and 7900 cal yr BP. The branch estuary was then infilled by local sediments with a shallowing-upward subtidal-to-intertidal sequence during 7900–4300 cal yr BP. At last the fluvial plain system developed since no later than 4300 cal yr BP, favouring the rapid development of Neolithic cultures in the region.  相似文献

Eutrophication or the process of nutrient enrichment of stagnant waters due to excessive use of fertilizer is becoming a critical issue worldwide. Lake Gregory, an artificial lake situated in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka was once a very attractive landscape feature and recreational area attracting a large number of visitors. Rapid urbanization in surrounding areas and the consequent intensification of agricultural and industrial activities led to eutrophication and siltation in the lake. Present study was conducted to detect cyanobacterial diversity and their ability to produce hepatotoxic microcystins using polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based techniques. Twenty five water samples (surface and bottom) were collected from the lake and total nitrogen and total carbon were estimated. Cyanobacterial cultures were grown in appropriate media and microscopic observations were used to determine the morphological diversity of cyanobacteria isolated from different sites. Genomic DNA was isolated and purified from cyanobacteria using Boom’s method. DNA samples were analyzed by PCR with oligonucleotide primers for 16S rRNA gene and mcyA gene of the operon that encodes a microcystin synthetase. The 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed the presences of cyanobacteria belong to Synechococcus sp., Microcystis aeruginosa, Calothrix sp., Leptolyngbya sp., Limnothrix sp., order Oscillatoriales and order Chroococcales. The sequences obtained from this study were deposited in the database under the accession numbers (GenBank: GU368104-GU368116). PCR amplification of mcyA primers indicated the potential for toxin formation of isolated M. aeruginosa from Lake Gregory. This preliminary study shows that the Lake Gregory is under the potential risk of cyanobacterial toxicity. Clearly more work is needed to extend this finding and clarify if other cyanobacterial isolates have genetic potential to produce microcystin since this lake is utilized for recreational activities.  相似文献

Two short sediment cores named ZS and THS dated by the 210Pb or 137Cs method were collected from the northwest and southwest of Taihu Lake respectivly,and total organic carbon(TOC) and nutrients including total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP) were determined to analyze the chronology and nutrients change in recent sediment.The results show that 137Cs activities are low(less than 15 Bq/kg) in the two cores,attributed to the 137Cs migration.Based on 210Pb constant rate of supply(CRS) model,the sedimentation accumulation rates range from 0.13 g/(cm2·yr) to 0.76 g/(cm2·yr) in the ZS core,and from 0.10 g/(cm2·yr) to 0.56 g/(cm2·yr) in the THS core.A remarkable increase in organic matter and nutrients has occurred in the two dated cores since the mid-1980s.The historical changes of organic matter and nutrients in the two cores are consisitent with the monitoring data for surface sediment after the 1960s.The TP accumulation rates after the early 1980s are 0.97 and 0.92 times higher than those from the 1950s to the 1980s in ZS and THS cores,respectively.Higher TP concentrations in the past two-decade deposits of Taihu Lake are due to both diagenetic factors and human activities.  相似文献

湖泊富营养化是当前全球范围内最为典型且严重的水环境问题之一,但过去偏重营养盐向湖泊的点源和面源输入评价,常常忽视地表水-地下水相互作用在湖泊水质形成与演化中的作用。总结了地下水-湖水相互作用模式,重点评述了地下水排泄过程对湖泊水文与水质影响的研究进展,对比了渗流仪测量、水量平衡、氡质量平衡、温度示踪、数值模拟等量化方法的优劣性与适用性,探讨了地下水向湖泊排泄的时空变异性、地下水-湖水界面氮磷的迁移转化等难点问题的研究现状,提出该领域未来研究方向主要包括:综合运用多种技术方法,表征湖底地下水排泄的时空变异性;揭示界面水文生物地球化学过程,量化地下水向湖泊排泄氮磷负荷;评估强烈人类活动改造对地下水-湖水相互作用的影响。   相似文献

本文提出了一种湖面面积误差机理模型。首先,以椭圆形(或圆形)、三角形、六边形的面状地物为例,推算不同空间分辨率遥感影像提取面积间的关系,据此推测不同空间分辨率影像提取的湖面面积之间存在着较为固定的函数关系,且函数的系数与湖面的几何形状有关。然后,构建了不同空间分辨率影像的湖面面积间的误差模型,并用多组不同影像提取了艾比湖、阿雅克库木湖面积数据验证其有效性和适应性。结果表明:误差机理模型成功模拟了低空间分辨率影像提取的湖面面积与高空间分辨率影像提取的湖面面积之间的误差关系,可在一定程度上估计误差的具体数值并予以校正。因此,该模型具有校正低分辨率影像提取的湖面面积的能力,为在大区域范围准确地提取湖面面积创造条件。  相似文献

With the increase in the need for flood prevention and lake resource used by humans,the construction of floodgates and sluices has changed the hydrological connection between rivers and lakes,and between adj acent lake s.In river-disconnected lake s,exploitation and use of lake re sources have resulted in water quality decline and mechanical disturbance intensification to a different degree.Of the large number of river-disconnected lakes in the middle-lower reaches of the Changjiang(Yangtze) River,the Futou Lake,and the Xiliang Lake lie close together and are,historically,directly connected,and so do Liangzi Lake and Baoan Lake.The extent of human disturbance is severe in the Futou Lake and the Baoan Lake,but relatively mild in the Xiliang Lake and Liangzi Lake.The freshwater rosette-forming submerged plant Vallisneria natans is one of the dominant species in the four lakes.Using microsatellite markers,we studied the genetic variation of V.natans subpopulations in lakes with different intensities of human disturbance and historical direct hydrological connections.Our results showed that human disturbance decreased plant density and clonal growth in V.natans,but might increase genetic and clonal diversity at a subpopulation level and enhance gene flow among subpopulations by sexual propagule movement.Under similar climatic conditions,different intensities of disturbance seem to have such a high selective potential to differentiate genetically adjacent lake populations that they outperform the forces of gene flow through historical direct hydrological interconnection,which tends to produce genetic homogeneity.Our findings imply that human disturbance has a profound effect on the evolutionary process of natural populations of submerged plants.Moreover,increased subpopulation genetic diversity can enhance resistance and resilience to environmental disturbances.To a certain degree,we could expect that disturbed populations have the possibility of re storing spontaneously if humans cease to perturb natural ecosystems in the future.  相似文献

Remote sensing techniques is used to quantify the total suspended matter concentration (C TSM). In this study, we used remotely sensed data to retrieve the C TSM for the Taihu Lake, China, and developed an atmospheric correction algorithm especially for CBERS-02B CCD data. We simulated the remote sensing reflectance (R rs) of CCD bands using in-situ observations made in a cruise over the Taihu Lake in autumn 2004, from which a retrieval model is established with simulated R rs(830) and measured C TSM. In addition, we applied the atmospheric correction algorithm and retrieval model to process the CCD data over the lake in 2008 and to retrieve the C TSM. The RMS relative error between the C TSM retrieved from MODIS and from the CCD images is about 42.9%, indicating that algorithms described in this paper can be used for the application of CCD data in monitoring the C TSM distribution in the Taihu Lake.  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the distribution characteristics of phosphorus and its species in 14 sediments samples collected from Lake Hongfeng based on sequential extraction. Lake Hongfeng, a major drinking-water source for Guiyang City in southwestern China, is one of the largest artificial reservoirs located in a typical karstic area of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau.
