研究了组合夹具结构设计自动化理论和方法 ,在“广义映射原理”指导下 ,开发了支持“top -down”风范的夹具设计自动化软件系统。在对零件夹持特性分析基础上 ,提取夹具设计需求 ,并对组合夹具功-构映射关系进行全面分析 ,对组合夹具概念结构实施多方案重构 ,并进行了实例验证。为夹具结构设计自动化软件系统的开发探索出一条新的途径。  相似文献

为解决功能-结构映射问题,首先提出了功能表面映射模型。功能表面作为功能-结构映射的信息载体,可分为定位表面和使定表面,进而提出了基于功能表面的功能传递链。通过对生物个体与产品的类比,提出了概念结构生长型设计方法,依据广义定位原理和分解重构理论,建立了基于功能表面的功能模式,具体包括执行模式、传动模式和定位模式,得到了基于功能模式的概念结构生长型设计过程模型。最后,以偶件滚字夹具设计为例,说明了基于功能模式的生长型设计过程。  相似文献

以实现功能创新组合为设计目标,对现有产品功能进行创新组合具有非常重要的实用价值.通过对典型多功能组合产品各分功能之间关系分析,引入功能主题链这一概念,构建不同产品之间功能主题链,以此为组合设计前提;提出基于功能本体的创新组合设计策略,利用功能本体知识库,查找匹配各产品主要部件的功能语义,列出相同或相近的功能语义表述,以此为组合契合点.由功能-结构相互映射关系,实现已有产品功能到其结构的映射,在结构模型上进行组合设计,结合设计相关知识及联系实际得到满足社会和技术需求的创新组合产品模型.最后,用实例验证了上述组合创新设计方法的可行性.  相似文献

在保证加工质量的前提下,合理设计及应用组合夹具替代部分专用夹具,可以大大降低生产成本,缩短生产准备周期,加快新产品的研制及生产速度;应用组合夹具还可以大量减少专用夹具的存储空间,有利于现场管理。在特殊情况下,还可以设计制造形状特殊的专用件与组合夹具元件配合使用,既减少了专用夹具数量又扩大了组合夹具的应用范围。同时,组合夹具元件可以重复使用,符合可持续发展战略。  相似文献

目的 探索情感映射方法在校园文化纪念品设计中的应用价值和创新策略,为校园文化纪念品创新设计提供方法与思路。方法 基于对校园文化纪念品的特性与需求分析,运用情感映射方法对校园中的有形之象与无形之意进行原型提取,进而从图形映射、指示映射、象征映射3个层面分别论述了引发校园纪念品情感共鸣的实现路径,通过设计实践提出具体的实施程序与设计方法。结论 在校园文化纪念品设计中引入情感映射方法,有助于丰富校园文化创意产品的品类和设计形式,实现校园文化与师生情感的浓缩和物化,提升其在校园文化精神传承中的感染力与影响力,为文化纪念品创新设计提供新的思路和方法。  相似文献

针对夹具参数化生成和成组夹具设计的需求,在比较UG现有参数化设计方法的基础上,采用重用库的方法进行标准件参数化设计,既方便扩展又支持智能装配.对于非标准件,通过二次开发,实现基于图形模板的参数化设计,该方法可最大化地重用夹具设计中的知识和经验.在零件参数化设计的基础上,建立基于装配关系和关联驱动的产品级参数化方法.利用本文研究的成组夹具参数化设计方法建立了典型凸轮成组夹具库,并以凸轮夹具为例对所提方法实现夹具参数化设计的有效性进行验证.  相似文献

Fixture design is a complex problem that requires a designer to ensure that a workpiece is located deterministically, totally restrained and sufficiently supported during a manufacturing process. The use of modular fixtures, while presenting an opportunity to improve the responsiveness of a manufacturing system, adds to the complexity of the fixture design problem. The complexity is a result of the large number of fixture elements in a modular fixture system and the constraints of specified locations in which fixture elements can be placed in a grid-based modular system. This paper presents an evolutionary search algorithm that aids a fixture designer by exploring the large number of possible fixture designs and suggesting an appropriate one. The algorithm can explore the large solution space using a flexible and generic representation and it considers fixture layout and fixture configuration constraints concurrently in arriving at appropriate solutions. The initial results of the algorithm are promising.  相似文献

Fixture is an important manufacturing activity.Afixture design system based on case-based reasoning(CBR) is proposed in this paper.A nwe method of case representation on the basis of fixture function is presented,where the case representation is constituted of workpiece knowledge,processing feature knowledge,and fixture feature knowledge.Running the prototype system shows that the knowl-edge representation method ,using cases,is a better way to transform and explain the design knowl-edge.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to trace the evolution of modular fixturing systems (MFS) and its impacts on high-precision machining industries. The strength of current computer-aided tools for modular fixture design is reviewed together with their weaknesses. Recent trends in the integration of knowledge-based and 3D solid CAD techniques for modular fixture design, pricing and inventory control are described. 目的 提高大型复杂构造产品在概念设计的可控性与创意效率,探索从功能分析到创意的迭代过程。方法 依据产品功能布局与各个部件的相互作用关系,分析进行功能模块化定义的条件与原理,从不同功能层进行功能分解,通过图形化的方式展开功能示意,梳理模块化概念设计的基本过程;以一款平地机产品为例,对其驾驶舱、动力舱、车身、作业模块等功能区分及布列进行规划分析,形成不同的划分组合,提供不同的造型选择,利用工业设计的创意方法,在此基础上展开外观造型创意,利用计算机辅助设计软件进行创意方案的设计表达,最后基于方案的效果进行概念化设计评价。结果 完成该产品的概念设计,验证模块化功能分解的效果。结论 在概念设计阶段,模块化的功能分解方法有效引导了设计团队的创意方向,为大型复杂产品提供了创意设计参考。  相似文献

Modular assembly systems are a category of changeable manufacturing systems, which can handle the rapid change in customer demands, product design change and market fluctuations. On the operational level, jigs and fixtures are fundamental elements of assembly systems. They are used to hold parts and subassemblies in place, and directly affect assembly cost, quality and time. Therefore, modular fixtures that can adapt to different geometries are becoming a very important enabler for changeable manufacturing. In this paper, two mathematical models are presented to optimise the use of a passive modular assembly fixture plan in an automated assembly system by considering different production scenarios and constraints. These models optimise the changeability plan of the modular fixture by minimising the number of dowel replacements between different part geometries assuming that the candidate dowels locations for each part have been determined using existing methods in the literature by considering different assembly requirements. The first model, LRTE, considers all possible part rotations and translations on the fixture to minimise setup time. In addition, the second model, SLRTE, enables the system to simultaneously optimise job sequence. This paper presents various examples in different sizes, and the results show that the model can effectively reduce the fixture setup time up to %50.  相似文献

Fixture design plays an important role at the planning stage before shop-floor production. A desired fixture design can be employed to hold the workpart securely so that slippage and excessive deformation can be prevented during machining. Therefore, appropriate fixturing contributes highly to machining quality. To reduce lead time and the human effort devoted to fixture planning, computer-aided fixture design (CAFD) is required. In this paper, a CAFD system consisting of three modules, i.e. Fixture Data Management, Fixture Element Selection and Fixture Layout Design, is developed. According to fixture feature recognition and classification, a comprehensive fixture database in the Fixture Data Management module is constructed to maintain efficiently the fixture-related data. The domain of the fixture database consists of modular mechanical fixtures, modular hydraulic fixtures and modular V-blocks. After expertise extraction, suitable fixture elements can be automatically selected according to the machining conditions in the Fixture Element Selection module. Finally, by integrating previous reasoning algorithms, fixturing locations and orientations are determined. Feasible fixture layouts that meet manufacturing and inspection specifications can be generated in the Fixture Layout Design module. The prototype system is implemented under commercial CAD and database management system (DBMS) software. Comprehensive fixture databases and a rule-based knowledge base are built to provide effective data management. The paper aims to propose a systematic CAFD framework and application system to provide efficient decision support for different types of fixture planning.  相似文献

目的 基于模块化功能配置,探索共享快递包装从功能分解、创意重组到替换重构的迭代过程,创新共享快递包装设计方法,设计一种多功能共享快递包装,以此满足不同产品的功能需求,迎合消费多元化发展。方法 在问题导向视角下,通过共享快递包装现状,探讨功能配置应用在共享快递包装设计中的可行性。在设计过程中,对共享快递包装进行功能需求转换,分析共享快递包装功能,划分层级模块,借助图形化方式,展开功能模块组合、分解示意,创新性地提出共享快递包装设计新形式,并以共享快递包装设计实践进行验证,证明基于功能配置下共享快递包装设计方法的有效性。结论 在包装概念设计阶段,将模块化功能配置应用到共享快递包装设计中,厘清了共享快递出现的问题,引导了共享快递包装的设计路径,为共享快递包装提供了创意设计参考,有助于共享快递可持续发展。  相似文献

An index system to exploit similarities among workpiece shapes or locating methods in modular fixtures is proposed in this paper. It is developed to apply to case-based reasoning (CBR) technology. An index system signifies all the important characteristics to classify a number of parts to different groups. Each group is identified by a multiple digit alphanumeric code. A seven-digit code is designed in this study to represent and classify the modular fixtures. Using this index system, past experience in modular fixture design is saved and then the design is also simplified by referring to past design cases. A CBR system, based on this index system, has been developed to assist in modular fixture design.  相似文献

目的探索基于产品设计系统思维的家电产品模块化设计思路。方法模块划分是产品模块化设计的基础与关键,可看作是基于需求层、功能层、结构层的过程而进行,该过程注重对产品功能属性的塑造而缺乏审美精神属性的把握。基于产品设计系统思维,结合多种形式及放置方式的移动插线板模块化设计实例,将产品设计系统之设计要素映射于模块划分的不同层次,从设计系统的角度对家电产品模块划分进程给予指引与限定,使设计结果兼具人文精神内涵。结论从设计系统角度进行家电产品模块化设计,其设计结果兼具了产品的功能与精神双重属性,既发挥了模块化的自身优势,又补充了模块化设计在人文精神表达上的缺憾。  相似文献
