研究了3-(2'-苯基-1', 2', 3'-连三唑-4'-基)-4-氨基-5-巯基-1, 2, 4-三唑(1)与取代苯甲酸和脂肪酸(2a-r)在POCl3催化下的反应, 共合成得到18个新的3-(2'-苯基-1', 2', 3'-连三唑-4'-基)-6-烷基/芳基-均三唑并[3, 4-b]-1, 3, 4-噻二唑(3a-r), 经元素分析,IR, 1H NMR和MS进行了结构确证。 相似文献

利用1-[5'-氨基-1'-(4'-氯苯基)-1', 2', 3'-三唑-4'-甲酰基]-4-芳基氨基硫脲在汞盐Hg(OAc)2-HOAc中加热缩合, 制得11种新的2-芳胺基-5-[5'-氨基-1'-(4'-氯苯基)-1', 2', 3'-三唑-4'-基]---1, 3, 4-恶二唑。所有化合物的结构经元素分析, IR、MS以及1H NMR确认。选择代表物作生测试验, 结果表明, 2b, 2k中MIC3.1mg/L时, 对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌繁殖有明显抑制。 相似文献

本文通过2-苯基-3-N,N-二烷基氨基苯噻唑并[2,3,d]-2,3-二氢-1,2,4,3-三唑磷茂啉(1)与酚和醇的反应合成了三稠环系三唑磷茂啉的两个新的系列化合物2a~2f和3a~3j.测定了这十六个新磷杂环化合物的IR, ^3^1P, ^1^3C和^1H NMR以及2a的MS和X-ray数据,初步解析了它们的结构。 相似文献

在三乙胺的作用下,将邻苯二甲酰亚胺基丙酰氯与含1-苯基-3-甲基-5-氯/苯氧基-4-吡唑基的席夫碱通过[2+2]环加成反应生成8个单环β-内酰胺类化合物。无论用旋光的还是外消旋的丙氨酸为原料制酰氯,反应后都得到反式构型的β-内酰胺产物,这一点由^1H NMR谱及^1H-^1H COSY、NOESY、HMBC、HMQC二维核磁谱得到确证。目标化合物经元素分析、IR、^1H NMR谱确证结构。 相似文献

1,2,3-Triazole derivatives have been reported as inhibiting tumor proliferation, invasion, and metastasis[1]. The fused l,3,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles derivatives show various biological effects such as antifungal[2], antibacterial, hypotensive and CNS depressant activities[3]. We have reported several 6-aryl-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles in the previous paper[4]. The novel 6-aryl-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[2,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles 6a-j have been synthesized by the condensation of 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazole 5 with various aromatic carboxylic acids in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. The mercaptotriazole 5 was prepared from 4,the latter being prepared from 1 throng 2 and 3. The title compounds 6 were depicted in scheme 1. 由苯氧乙酸出发,经多步反应,制得3-苯氧甲基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2, 4-三唑,它与2-氯-2',4'-二氟苯乙酮进行环化反应,生成3-苯氧甲基-6-( 2,4-二氟苯基)-7H-1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b][1,3,4]噻二嗪,通过元素分析、红外 光谱、核磁共振氢谱与碳谱、质谱进行表征,并利用单晶X射线衍射法测定其结构 。晶体属单斜晶系、P2_(1/c)空间群,a = 1.339(3) nm, b = 1.4683(4) nm, c = 0.8606(2) nm, β = 108.49(2)°, Z = 4, F(000) = 736, R_1 = 0.0509。还 对均三唑并噻二唑两类稠杂环的晶体结构作了比较。 相似文献

Reaction was studied of 3,4-dihydroxyhexa-2,4-diene-1,6-dioic acid esters with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine that led to the formation of esters of (3E)-3-[2-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-hydrazinylidene]-4-oxohexane-1,6-dioic and (3E,4E)-3,4-bis[2-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)hydrazinylidene]-hexane-1,6-dioic acids. 以对氟苯甲酰肼为初始原料,经成盐、环化和一锅法反应制得中间体5-对氟苯基-2,4-二氢-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮磷亚胺(4);4与芳基异氰酸酯发生氮杂Wittig反应,后经成环反应合成了11个新型的含氟6-芳氨基-1,2,4-三唑[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物(6a~6k),其结构经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,IR和HR-MS表征。对单、双子叶植物的除草活性测试结果表明:浓度为100 mg·L~(-1)时,6c和6f对稗草和萝卜的茎和根的生长表现出优异的抑制活性,抑制率高达100%。 相似文献

The unsymmetrical mesoionic münchnones 13 (3-benzyl-2-methyl-4-phenyl-1,3-oxazolium-5-olate) and 14 (3-benzyl-4-methyl-2-phenyl-1,3-oxazolium-5-olate) react with the N-protected 2- and 3-nitroindoles 1 (ethyl 2-nitroindole-1-carboxylate), 6 (3-nitro-1-(phenylsulfonyl)indole), and 17 (ethyl 3-nitroindole-1-carboxylate) in refluxing THF to afford in good to excellent yields the pyrrolo[3,4-b]indoles 15 (2-benzyl-1-methyl-3-phenyl-4-carboethoxy-2,4-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-b]indole), 16 (2-benzyl-3-methyl-1-phenyl-4-carboethoxy-2,4-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-b]indole), 18 (2-benzyl-1-methyl-3-phenyl-4-(phenylsulfonyl)-2,4-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-b]indole), and 19 (2-benzyl-3-methyl-1-phenyl-4-(phenylsulfonyl)-2,4-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-b]indole). In several cases the regiochemistry, which is opposite to that predicted by FMO theory, is very high and leads essentially to a single pyrrolo[3,4-b]indole; e.g., 6+13→19 in 74% yield. 相似文献

Several 3-alkyl-6-(2,4-dichlorophenoxymethyl)-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles 3a-3e and 6,6′-bis(3-aryl-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles) 3f-3j were synthesized.
