对轮旋压机对于超大型薄壁筒形件的柔性制造具有重要意义。开展了立式对轮新型旋压机的结构设计,采用Solidworks软件对各部件和整体结构进行有限元仿真,并进行结构设计优化。结果表明,该设备中各部件结构的最大位移量均小于0. 15 mm,最大等效应力远低于所用材料的屈服强度,设备可以在给定载荷下安全工作。此外,机床框架增设加强筋,可以有效提高结构刚度和设备精度。在此基础上,最终制造出径向承载60 k N和轴向承载150 k N的立式四对轮新型旋压机,并成功地进行了铝合金筒形件的对轮旋压工艺实验。 相似文献

A technological and mathematical understanding of the sheet metal spinning process allows to predict dynamic instabilities which lead to wrinkling and other defects in the workpiece depending on the axial feed of the roller tool, the design and the number of the forming passes as well as the angular velocity of the workpiece. The development and combined application of methods of statistical design of experiments, nonlinear time series analysis and finite element analysis yields insight into the dominant effects. The results will allow to predict wrinkling and to design and control the process as to avoid it. Preventing workpiece damage by wrinkling, this methods will help to significantly improve process efficiency. 相似文献

A study of effects of roller path profiles on tool forces and part wall thickness variation in conventional metal spinning 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Sheet metal spinning has seen significant developments in recent years. However, in the present industrial practice, the process design still highly relies on undocumented expertise; trial-and-error approach is commonly used to design the roller path and passes. In this paper, four different roller path profiles, i.e. combined concave and convex, convex, linear, and concave, have been designed and used to carry out spinning experiments and to conduct finite element (FE) analysis. The effects of these roller paths on tool forces, part wall thickness and stress variations in conventional metal spinning have been analysed numerically. The results show that the concave path produces highest tool forces among these four roller path profiles. Using the concave roller path tends to cause higher reductions of wall thickness of the spun part and using the convex roller path helps to maintain the original wall thickness unchanged. A greater curvature of the concave path would result in more thinning in wall thickness of the spun part. 相似文献

针对汽车发电机离合器使用的P6PL118型多楔带轮,提出了一种镦粗成形与旋压成形相结合的新工艺。基于Deform软件,研究了镦粗与旋压成形过程中摩擦因子、尾顶压下量与旋轮进给量对金属流动的影响,并研究了旋压成形中成形载荷及成形结束时的应变分布情况。在旋压机上进行试验,结果表明,得到的多楔带轮满足尺寸要求,晶粒更加细化。齿顶和齿底处加工流线清晰,沿齿形外廓线分布。旋压成形后工件顶部硬度提高最为明显,其次是工件中部,工件底部硬度提高最少。旋压件与毛坯态相比,维氏硬度平均提高25.9%,并具有更好的齿面硬度与耐磨性。 相似文献
