加工误差导致的定子形变会显著影响永磁电机的齿槽转矩。文章通过建立理论解析模型对考虑了定子形变的齿槽转矩进行了分析,并发现定子形变引入的极数的倍数次的转矩谐波分量是齿槽转矩增大的主要原因。在进一步研究中,文章提出了一种齿槽转矩的抑制方案,即根据定子冲片形状,采用按一定规律将定子沿轴向逐段偏移的方法来削弱齿槽转矩。有限元分析和样机测试均证实了该方法的有效性。 相似文献

在简述齿槽转矩产生机理的基础上,根据解析表达式讨论了定子槽数对齿槽转矩的影响。并建立电机电磁场模型,通过有限元法,定量分析永磁电机齿槽转矩,对不同结构的辅助槽对应的齿槽转矩进行对比计算,并对定子齿开槽对齿槽转矩的影响进行分析。结果表明,合理的定子齿开槽可以有效抑制齿槽转矩。 相似文献

在分析齿槽转矩产生的原理基础上,以8极48槽内置式混合永磁记忆电机为例,利用有限元方法分析了定子齿开槽法、定子齿开反槽方法对电机齿槽转矩的影响,并提出了定子齿开反槽与转子开孔结合的方法。有限元仿真表明,定子齿开反槽与转子开孔结合法可以明显地削弱内置式混合永磁记忆电机的齿槽转矩。 相似文献

齿槽转矩是齿槽类无刷永磁电机的固有指标,在定子绕组断电状态下,由永磁体的永磁场与定子铁芯的齿槽结构相互作用形成电磁力,进而在圆周方向产生周期性的固定转矩。本文从能量守恒的角度出发,根据齿槽转矩的产生机理推导出齿槽转矩与电磁结构的公式关系,以3对极和6对极两款直流无刷电机为例,利用二维有限元法分析了齿槽转矩在圆周方向的能量分布,研究表明,相同槽数的电机在一个周期内符合能量守恒定律,极对数的不同会造成齿槽转矩不同,通过选择合理的方法能够有效的利用齿槽转矩达到电机断电制动的效果。 相似文献

A variety of techniques are available to reduce cogging torque in permanent-magnet brushless DC motors. Theoretically, all the techniques are quite effective for minimizing the cogging torque. This paper presents the efficacy of these methods in mass production subject to manufacturing tolerances/variations. The cogging torque minimization becomes a challenging task when the requirement is very stringent in applications such as electric power steering and robotics. Some of the known techniques for reducing the cogging torque are the magnet pole design, skewing, step skewing, and dummy slots in the stator lamination. They will be discussed in this paper considering manufacturing tolerances/variations when used in mass production. Finite-element analysis is carried out to determine the worst case scenarios. The research demonstrates that the cogging torque amplitude and frequency are highly sensitive to magnet shapes, dimensions, locations and magnetization pattern, as well as slot/pole combination. In reality, the cogging torque may not be eliminated completely but minimized to a satisfactory level depending on the application requirements. 相似文献

The permanent-magnet motor is often the most important element in hard disk drive (HDD) spindles and is also a frequent source of vibration and acoustic noise. Eccentricity between the stator and rotor is inevitably introduced during the manufacturing process, and includes mass unbalance, shaft bow and bearing tolerances. This paper analytically discusses the effects of rotor eccentricity on motor performance for symmetric and asymmetric motors, such as local traction, unbalanced force, cogging torque, back electromotive force (EMF), phase current and torque ripple. An asymmetric motor, mostly chosen to reduce the cogging torque, shows a worse effect on cogging torque and unbalanced force when the eccentricity exists. This article discusses the causes of cogging torque pulsations in a deenergized brushless dc motor (BLDC) with a tooth stator and magnetoelectricity stimulation. Based on the causes that we identify, we propose a method of reducing cogging torque pulsations in order to improve the rotation speed uniformity of a BLDC. The method is based on optimization of the number of stator slots, which determines the type of stator winding for a given number of poles in magneto-electric machines. For the maximum possible reduction of cogging torque pulsations, it is proposed to bevel the stator slots at an angle divisible by the main tooth harmonic period. All analytical calculations were performed with the use of numerical methods for mathematical modeling of the magnetic field in the magneto-electric machines with the use of Elcut specialized software. Based on the calculation results, recommendations for the design of a BLDC with a minimum level of cogging torque pulsations were elaborated. Our theoretical studies have been checked by experimental investigations of a DBM 142-18-3 motor and applied to the design of the BLDC (DBM series) manufactured by JSC Electroprivod, Kirov. 以1台5 kW背绕式高速永磁同步电机为研究对象,建立其电磁场解析模型。将电磁场求解域划分为气隙子域、永磁体子域、槽口子域和槽子域,求解相应的拉普拉斯方程或泊松方程,解析模型计及电枢反应场、永磁场和定子开槽的影响。计算了该电机的气隙磁密、绕组磁链、绕组反电动势、齿槽转矩和电磁转矩,并将结果与二维有限元法计算结果和试验数据比较,比较结果说明了解析模型的准确性。最后以槽口开度为变量,研究其对气隙磁密分布和齿槽转矩的影响。 相似文献

针对聚磁反应造成定子永磁型轴向磁通切换电机(SPAFFSPM)的齿槽转矩偏大、噪声大等问题。以减小定子永磁型轴向磁通切换型电机的齿槽转矩,提高电机的输出性能为目标,利用能量摄动法推导出电机的齿槽转矩解析表达式,分析影响齿槽转矩的定转子结构参数。基于响应面法与有限元法构造出定子槽弧宽、转子齿倾斜角及永磁体形状系数与齿槽转矩之间的响应面数学模型,推导出使齿槽转矩最小的定子槽弧宽、转子齿倾斜角及永磁体形状系数最优组合。最后建立优化前后电机三维有限元分析模型,搭建样机的实验平台,验证优化方法的合理性及准确性。结果表明,优化后的电机齿槽转矩减小约82.5%,且电机的输出性能得到明显提高。 相似文献

为了有效削弱轴向磁场磁通切换永磁电机的齿槽转矩,采用能量差分法,建立了该种电机齿槽转矩的解析表达式,针对表达式中的电机结构参数,利用全场域三维有限元法.分析了一台三相12/10极轴向磁场磁通切换永磁电机在不同结构参数下的齿槽转矩,得到当定子齿宽、定子槽口宽与永磁体磁化厚度均占内径圆弧7.5°,转子齿宽占内径圆弧10.5°,且为准扇形齿时.该电机的齿槽转矩最小;在定子轭部铁心不饱和的情况下,齿槽转矩随定子厚度减小而减小,而受转子厚度的影响较小.综合考虑电机不同结构参数对齿槽转矩和感应电势的影响,得到了削弱轴向磁场磁通切换永磁电机齿槽转矩的有效方法,有效地改善了该电机的运行性能. 相似文献
